Data Erasing Instructions
Master Reset:
1. Unlock the screen by touching the Lock Icon or pressing the Unlock Key on the left side of your
phone, then touch Menu.
2. Touch the Settings icon.
3. Touch Phone Settings.
4. Touch Security.
5. Enter the four-digit lock code.
6. Touch Reset Default.
7. Touch after reading the warning message.
8. Touch REVERT .
Call List:
1. Unlock the screen by pressing the Unlock Key on the left side of your phone, then touch Menu to
access the menu.
2. Touch the Call History icon.
3. Touch All Calls.
4. Touch Options to Erase All calls
The following instruction will give you all the information you need to remove your personal
information from your phone. Before recycling your device please also remember to:

Voicemail:
1. Unlock the screen by pressing the Unlock Key on the left side of your phone, then touch Menu to
access the menu.
2. Touch the Messaging icon.
3. Touch Voicemail.
4. From here touch Clear to delete, and then touch Yes.
Text Messages:
1. Unlock the screen by pressing the Unlock Key on the left side of your phone, then touch Menu to
access the menu.
2. Touch the Messaging icon.
3. Touch Inbox.
4. From here touch Clear to delete, and then touch Yes.
