SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
BEFORE OPERATING THIS VACUUM CLEANER, READ THIS SERVICE MANUAL THOROUGHLY,
AND OBSERVE EACH POINT CAREFULLY.
1. Empty the dust tank, when the dust thank is full.
1) If the dust thank is full, intake power will be
reduced.
2. Filter
1) The filter is composed of Air filter and Exhaust
filter.
2) Never use the vacuum cleaner without filters.
It may harm to the motor and cleaner does not
work properly.
3) After cleaning, separate the Air filter and clean it
using water and brush.
NOTE : Reuse of Air filter
• Never wash the filter in a washing machine or in a
dishwasher.
• Never use hot water for washing the filter.
• Reuse the filter after drying it completely in the
shade for a day.
• Do not dry near fire or direct sun ray.
3. Avoid suction such materials as:
1) Inflammable liquids such as benzene, alcohol or
solvents.
2) Burning objects such as cigarette butts or hot
ash.
3) Bulky objects such as vinyl, paper etc.
4) Sharp and hard objects as pins, needles, stones,
small toys etc.
4. Attachments
• Main spray nozzle : Shampoo cleaning for carpet
and floor.
• Window master : Shampoo cleaning for window.
• Small shampoo nozzle : Shampoo cleaning for
sofa and chair etc.
• Carpet/Floor nozzle : For cleaning wooden floor,
the room floor and carpet.
• Carpet master : For carpet cleaning
• Crevice tool : For cleaning any crevice, inside
corners window frames. (However,
do not use the crevice tool more
than 20 minutes.)
• Dusting brush : For delicate vacuuming of fabrics
on the furniture, curtains, etc.
• Upholstery Nozzle : For vacuuming the dust on
the upholstery.
5. Close supervision is necessary when this
vacuum cleaner is used by or near children.
Children's cardlessness may cause damage to
the cleaner or injure persons.
6. Air exhausted from the vacuum cleaner is
normally warm.
But if extraordinarily hot air is exhausted, check
if the tube, hose or air filter is clogged or not.
7. Electric shock could occur if used outdoors or
on wet surfaces.
CAUTIONS
BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO SERVICE OR ADJUST ANY PART OF THE VACUUM CLEANER,
DISCONNECT THE ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY CORD FROM THE WALL OUTLET.
1. Motor exchange
1) Separate the Body Cover and Body Base by
unfastening the screws.
2) Disconnect lead wires.
3) Remove the old motor and replace it with a new
one.
2. In case of exchanging other parts, refer to the
exploded view.

DISASSEMBLY
1. Open the Top Cover Assembly.
1) Separate flexible hose Assembly. 2) Grasp clamps and open the Top Cover Assembly by
lifting.
NOTE : Before attempting to service or adjust any part of the vacuum cleaner, disconnect the electrical power
supply cord from the wall outlet.
• Almost all the parts of this vacuum cleaner can be assembled with a screw driver and each connecting component
easily fits each other.
Disassemble one by one referring to the exploded view.
• If possible, don't disassemble except for the necessary parts. It is not necessary to disassemble the parts that are
not detailed in the exploded view.

3) Separate Dust Tank and Shampoo Tank.
2. Body Base Assembly Replacement
1) Separate Exhaust Cover Assembly .
2) Remove seven screws fastening the Body Cover
Assembly on the Body Base Assembly
3) Separate Body Cover Assembly by lifting.

3. Motor Assembly Replacement
• Lift the motor assembly in direction of the arrow.
• Stripe off lead wires.
4. Cord Reel Assembly Replacement
• Lift the Cord Reel Assembly from the body base in
direction of the arrow after stripping off lead wires.
5. Pump Assembly Replacement
1) Take out the Snap Ring and pull out the pump
tube.
2) Take out buttons on button setting.

3) Remove two screws fastening Button Setting and
separate the button setting on body base.
4) Remove four screws fastening the Pump on the
Body Base.
5) Separate E-ring using pump nipple.
