It is important for the safety of persons to follow all instructions.

The drive shall be disconnected from its power source during cleaning, maintenance and while replacing parts.
Do not allow children to play with the appliance or its controls, including remotes.
Watch the moving door and keep people away until the door is completely opened or closed.
Take care when operating the manual release since an open door may fall rapidly because of the wind and
may cause harm to people or objects.
Frequently examine the installation, in particular check cables, springs and mounting for signs of wear, damage
or imbalance.
Do not use if repair or adjustment is needed since a fault in the installation or an incorrectly balanced door may
cause injury.
Each month check that security features are working correctly and efficent.
If necessary, adjust and re-check since an incorrect adjustment can present a hazard. If re-adjustment does not

Check monthly that the safety devices are functioning and efficient.
If necessary, adjust or recheck, incorrect adjustment can present a hazard.
If the intervention does not restore the correct functioning of the automation, contact the authorized

The automation must not be installed at an altitude above 2,000 m above sea level.
In accordance with the installation rules, insert a device that ensures complete disconnection from the
power supply with a contact opening distance in overvoltage category III.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance
service or in any case by a person with a similar qualification, in order to prevent any risk.
Automation for swing gates
The gate can operate unexpectedly, therefore do not allow anyone or
anything to stop in the gate movement area.

To this can be connected to safety devices such as an emergency arrest button.
When released the command does not do an automatic arrest , it is instead necessary to give a new
movement command. Leave the bridge in place if no devices are installed.

The command determines the opening of only one side. Can be given by remote or clamps
When using the terminal block a bridge will be obtained and the clamp n°8 will be OPEN , the clamp n°9 will CLOSE
this bridge will be connected to a switch at clamp n°6 common. The command PEDESTRIAN from terminl block
won’t have the OPEN and CLOSE commands.

- Before proceeding with the links and connections carefully read what is presented in the PRESCRIPTIONS AND
WARNINGS FOR SECURITY and PRESCRIPTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR THE INSTALLATION.
- All of the linking and connecting operations must be performed with the power source disconnected , if the device is not
visible a sign must be applied : “ WARNING UNDER MAINTENANCE ”.
Stocking antenna input , use RG58-50 Ohm cable.

PHOTO1: With OPTION 1 Led 4, the input becomes N.C. for the connection of a photocell that intervenes
in Opening and Closing.
Input N.O. Controls the movement of the gate according to the following cycles:
FOUR STEPS MODE: Open, Pause, Close, Pause.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC MODE: Open, Stop, Close, Stop.
CONDOMINIUM MODE: Opens (automatic closure with active pause time).
PHOTO: N.C. input for photocells or safety devices. During the opening of the gate it does not intervene; in
closing it causes the inversion of the movement until the complete opening.
Leave the jumper if no device is provided.

RELAY CONTACT: Dry contact Relay Max 3A, default for the connection of an Open gate light. With the
activation of OPTION 2 Led 2 becomes a command for the courtesy light timed at 3 minutes.

PEDESTRIAN: The command causes an opening of only one leaf. It can be given by a remote control or by terminal board.
This terminal is obtained by bridging terminal 8 OPEN with terminal 9 CLOSE, this jumper then connects with a switch to
terminal 6 COMMON. The PEDESTRIAN command from the terminal board excludes the OPEN and CLOSE commands.

In order to optimize electrical consumption
we introduced the ES function.
After 10’ from the central
programmation the Leds of the front
panel will turn o and the keyboardwill
be deactivated.

2.2 RUN PROGRAMMATION AND SHUTTERS OFFSET

If the result is not satisfying it is possible to execute a manual programmation to define different
offsets.Refer to chapter n°7.
a) Position the shutters at a 45° angle.
b) Press the button for 5” , the 5 Leds
c) Press the gate will execute this sequence :
- Closing Shutter 2,
- Closing Shutte 1,
- Opening Shutter 1, with offset
- Opening Shutter 2,
- Closing Shutter 2, with offset
- Closing Shutter 1.
N.B. In case only one motor is being used connect it with the n°35 and n°36 clamps.
Make sure to fix the mechanical limit switches of opening and closing of the automation
When the programmation is done for 10 minutes the button can be used as a STEP command
N.B.
In order to totally reset the unit , before giving power, press and keep pushed the button, release
after the central unit.
2 CENTRAL UNIT PROGRAMMATION
2.1 TOTAL RESET

To optimize energy consumption,
we have introduced the Energy
Saving function. After 10 minutes
from the control unit setup, the front
panel LEDs turn off and the use of
the keyboard is inhibited. To
reactivate it, it is necessary to switch
the control unit off and on again.
CONTROL UNIT SETUP
Power off the system, hold the start button, power on again and release the start button once the
red leds come on.
PROGRAMMING THE TRAVEL AND THE LEAVES’ SHIFT
N.B. If only one motor is used, connect it to terminals 35 - 36.
Make sure you have fixed the mechanical opening and closing limit switches of the automation.
Place the leaves at 45°
Press and hold down the START button for
5 seconds until all 5 red LED’S blink.
Press START, the automation performs in sequence:
- closure leaf 2;
- closure leaf 1;
- opening leaf 1, with phase shift;
- opening leaf 2;
- closure leaf 2, with phase shift;
- closure leaf 1.
Once programming is complete, the two green LEDs will flash, while the two red LEDs will turn on with
a steady light.
The START key at the end of programming, for 10 minutes can be used as a STEP command
If the result is not satisfactory, it is possible to carry out a manual programming to define the different
phase shifts. See chapter No. 7.

3 REMOTE GESTION
The control unit is equipped with an integrated radio receiver with 750 code memory, on a frequency of
433.92 MHz with LIFE Rolling Code and Auto-Code coding
3.3 Deleting all of the remotes settings
3.1 REMOTE LEARNING
a) Press the button for 5” , the left green
led will turn on and then start blinking.
b) Push for 5” the button and the leds will blink
alternately
As soon as the Leds will stop blinking all
of the remotes settings will be deleted.
a) Press the button for 5” , the left green led
will firstly turn on and then will start blinking.
b) Keep on pressing the remote button until all of the
five Leds will light up the remote
setting will be deleted.
3.2 Removing an already existing remote setting

a) Press the button the left green Led and the
[A] Led will turn on.
b) Keep the button P1 of the radio control pressed until
all five LEDs light up
a) Press twice the button and the left green led
and the [B] Led will turn on
b) Hold down the P2 button of the radio control until

REMOTE CONTROL MANAGEMENT
The control unit is fitted with a built-in radio receiver with a 750 code memory and 2 channels with a
433.92 MHz frequency with LIFE Rolling Code and Auto code encoding.
- Press the key fob selection button (top left); the left green LED
under “–“ symbol and the first red dot (A) beside “– “symbol, will
light up.
- Hold down the P1 button on the transmitter that you want to
pair to perform a total opening until all five LEDS light up.
PEDESTRIAN OPENING LEAF N.1
- Press the key fob selection button (top left) twice; the left
green LED under “–“ symbol and the second red dot (B)
beside “– “symbol, will light up.
- Hold down the button on the transmitter that you want to
pair to perform a partial opening until all five LEDS light up.
Wait 20 "or press again the key fob selection button to
quit the setup mode.
REMOVE AN EXISTING REMOTE TRANSMITTER
- Press and hold the key fob selection button for 5 seconds
until the left green light under “–“ symbol comes on and
then starts blinking.
- Hold down the button on the transmitter that you want to
remove until all five LED's light up.
REMOVE ALL EXISTING REMOTE TRANSMITTERS
- Press and hold the key fob selection button for 5 seconds
until the left green light under “–“ symbol comes on and then
starts blinking.
- Press and hold the key fob selection button down again for
5 seconds and the LED’s will blink alternately.
- As soon as the flashing stops, all remotes will be
uccessfully deleted.

An automatic closure is activated after a set PAUSE TIME.

7 MANUAL PROGRAMMING
Press for 5 seconds , the 5 leds will light up and then
start blinking.
Manual programming can be done with a button
connected to terminals 6 - 10 (Step-by-Step) or with
radio control previously memorized, page 7 cap.3.1.
Position the motors at 45 °.
7.1 CLOSING FINISHES LEARNING
During the flashing of the 5 LEDs give a command of
Step by step the leaf [2] must move first in closing,
when he arrives at the stop he has to stop and the Led of the
Right goes on with fixed red light.
Give a second Step-by-Step command the leaf [1] must
move in closing, when it comes in batting it must stop and
the Left LED lights up with a fixed red light.
Give a Step-by-Step command the leaf [1] opens, al
reaching the point where you want to open also
the leaf [2] give a further step-by-step command.
The two wings now proceed in opening until they reach the
respective mechanical stops, the two red LEDs of left and
right they remain in red light.
Give a Step-by-Step command the leaf [2] closes, al
reaching the point where you want to close also
the leaf [1] give a further step-by-step command.
The two doors proceed now in closing until they reach the
respective mechanical stops, the two red LEDs of left and
right they remain in red light.
7.3 LEARNING CLOSING OFFSET
7.2 LEARNING OFFSET AND FINISHES
The automation is now programmed in semi-automatic mode.
If the result obtained is not satisfactory, perform the
reset the control panel and restart from point 7.

Manual programming can be done with a button connected
to terminals 6 - 10 (Step-by-Step) or with the previously
memorized radio control, page 7 chap. 3.1.
Place the motors (leaves) at 45 °.
Hold the START button for 5 seconds, the 5 LEDs first light
up and then flash.
CLOSING LIMIT SWITCH LEARNING
While the 5 LEDs are flashing, give a Step-by-Step
command; the leaf [2] must move first performing a closure;
when it reaches the mechanical stop it must stop and the
Right LED lights up with a red steady light.
Give a second step-by-step command; the leaf [1] must
perform a closure, when it reaches the mechanical stop it
must stop and the Left LED lights up with a red steady light.
OPENING AND CLOSING PHASE SHIFT LEARNING
Give a Step-by-Step command; the leaf [1] starts opening; as
soon as it reaches the point where you want to start opening
leaf [2] give a further Step-by-Step command.
The two leaves now proceed to open until they reach their
respective mechanical stops, the two red LEDs on the left
and on the right remain with a steady red light.
