STEP 1: DOWNLOADING AND CONFIGURING YOUR FREE SMARTPHONE APP
A.
For iOS devices
For Android devices
Open 'App Store' in your iOS
Smartphone.
Open 'Play store' in your Android
Smartphone.
B. Search for 'LifeSmart Sugar Cheq’(for Android & iOS) - ( )
C. Install the app in your Smartphone.
D. Once installed, open the installed app.

E. Go to ‘Setting’ tab at bottom right corner. It will show you all available settings.
F. Go to ‘Telehealth Service’ and select ‘Smarthealth Server – Official’.
G. Go back and press ‘Profile’ tab. Please set your profile accordingly.

H. Go back and press ‘Health Target’ tab. Please set your desired goal in either mmol/L or mg/dL.
STEP 2: SET-UP YOUR SMART DEVICE
A. Insert 2 AAA batteries (included) with correct polarity, into the blood glucose monitor.
B. Please follow instructions on Page 12 and 13 in the User Manual.

Now let's connect the device with your Lifesmart Sugar Cheq app
STEP 3: PAIRING YOUR DEVICE WITH THE APP
NOTE: Please make sure that your Smartphone's Bluetooth is turned ON and is discoverable.
A. Open your LifeSmart Sugar Cheq app, and go to ‘Setting’ from bottom right corner.

B. In your app settings console, press 'Bluetooth Smart Meter'. Search and add the device. You can
also find the instructions on page 22 in user manual.

You have just configured your device. It’s now ready to use.
