ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
This high precision smart weighing device is used for accurate measurement of human body
fat. It is professionally designed to bring balance to your daily life and diet with its invaluable
assistance of knowing your fitness progress. It also comes with a built-in step on technology
which facilitates instant activation of the scale after initial insertion of batteries.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION:
1. Insert two AAA Alkaline batteries into the battery compartment.
2. Place the body scale on a firm, level and dry surface.
3. Avoid places where potential water splashes may occur.
4. It is advised to keep the scale away from daylight for better visibility of the display.
Installing the Application:
1. Please scan the QR code below to download the “Lifelong Smart” Home App.

2. If you don't have an app account, you can choose to register using an email address.
3. Go to the registration page, then click on “Get Verification Code” and enter it.
4. Set your password and click “OK” to register.
Adding the Device to your Phone:
1. Make sure your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your mobile phone.
2. In the Lifelong Smart App home page, tap the icon “+” on the top right corner or
click the “Add Device” button.
3. Select “Auto Scan” from the top carousel.
4. Press your foot on the body scale to activate it.
5. The body scale will be detected automatically in a few seconds and added

PRODUCT OPERATION:
1. You may now rename the device as per your choice.
2. You will then be prompted to select the unit of weight measurement (lb or kg).
3. In the subsequent steps, you are asked to enter your gender, date of birth and height
along with a username.
4. To add more users, this step can be repeated from the settings> Members> Add member.
5. On returning to the main screen of the body scale, you can now select the User and start
measurements.
6. You can also set your target weight and target fat % on the main screen.
7. Once the measurement is completed, the data is transferred from the body scale to
the mobile app. Please remember to keep Bluetooth enabled on your mobile during
measurements.
8. The measured weight and body parameters can be viewed by scrolling down the main
screen.
9. You can also view your measurements Trend and History from the bottom carousel.
10. History and Trend is stored for each user separately.
11. The battery level can be monitored from the app settings.
Note:
A. It is important to select the User before the start of the measurement. If not,
the data of the other person will be recorded under the historic data of the user
selected in the app. It is not possible to delete individual historic data entries.
B. Body weight can be measured even if the body scale is not connected to the
mobile app.
But later when the body scale is connected to the app, all the data stored during the
disconnected time will show up as “Unallocated Data” in the app. This data must be
deleted manually before starting a new measurement

Low Battery:
The LED will indicate “Lo”, Please open the battery cover and replace the new battery
with correct way.
Faulty Measurement:
Measurement fail indicates”Err1”, for below 2 conditions:
1. Body fat percentage is less 5% or over 50%,
2. Unsuccessful test.
Overload Or Measure in Error Operations: The LED will indicate” Err”, when the scale is over
max capacity. Please remove the weight to avoid any damage.

1. Thiswarrantyis voidif:
a. Thecompletelyfilledwarrantycardisnotpresented
atthetimeofservicingtheproduct.
b. Theproductisnotoperatedaccordingtothe
instructionsgivenundertheusermanual.
c. Damagesare caused by lightning, abnormal
voltage,waterorotherliquidintrusion,fire,flood,
accident,negligenceorimproperhandling.
d. Product has been damaged due to installation,
epairs, alterationsor modifications by unauthorized
serviceorganizationsorpersons.
e. Productlabelspecifyingthemodelnumber,serial
number and production code has been removed
andaltered.
f. Defects orparts requiring replacement due to
ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, rust or stains,
scratches,dentsonthecasingorpaintworkof the
product.
g. Claims damaged and/or missing parts
(accessories)after7daysfrom theoriginaldateof
goodsreceived.
h. Defects or faultsinproduct which have been used
for commercial/industrialpurposesor which have
beenrented/leasedorhavebeenotherwisesubject
tonon-household/non-domesticuse.
2. Repairsorreplacementswillbecarriedoutby
authorizedserviceprovider.
3. During the limited warranty period, Lifelong or its
authorized service provider will repair without charge
the defective unit inclusive of laborand parts and
restore the unit to its optimum working condition. All
defectivepartsusedforthewarrantyrepairshouldbe
surrenderedto Lifelongand/oritsauthorisedservicer.
4. Allexpenses incurred in collectingtheunit(s)or
part(s)thereoffromauthorisedserviceprovideras
will asanyother expenses and incidentals will be
bornebytheconsumer.
5. Lifelong obligations are limited to the repairand
replacement of the defective product. Except as set
forth above, there are no other express or implied
warrantyandallwarrantied,conditionsorotherterms
implied by statute or common law (including any
warrantyof satisfactoryquality, merchantabilityor
fitnessforaparticular purpose)are excluded to the
fullestextentpermittedbythelass.
6. Lifelongtotalliabilityfordamagesrelatingtoorarising
outofthepurchaseoruseoftheproductregardlessof
the type or cause of such damage of the form of
characterization of the claim asserted (e.g. contract or
tort) shallnot exceed the original purchase price paid
fortheproduct.
7. HoweverinnoeventshallLifelongandLifelong
authorizeddistributorsbe liable foranypunitive,special
incidental, indirect or consequential losses or damages
whatsoever(including without limitation,damages for
the loss of revenue, business, profits, goodwill, or
contracts, business interruptions, loss of business
information orany other pecuniary loss.) Whether or
notLifelonghasbeen advisedof the possibilityof such
damages.These limitations shallapply not with
standing the failure of the essential purpose of any
limited warranty. Thislimited warranty does not affect
consumer's statutoryrightsunderthelaw.
8. Nocarrier,dealeroremployeeisthereofauthorizedto
make modifications to thiswarrantyandyoushould not
replyon any such representation.Lifelongreserves the
righttoamendthetermsandconditionsifnecessary.
