1. Bestimmungsgemäßer Einsatz
Der Gerätesteuerungsanschluss ist für die fol-
genden zwei Einsätze vorgesehen:
1. Steuerung der Helligkeit des Projektors,
einschließlich dem Ein- und Ausschalten,
über einen potentialfreien Kontakt oder
1–10V Ansteuerung. Der Projektor kann
hierüber mit einer externen Anlage gesteu-
ert werden.
2. Aktivierung des eingebauten Taktschwel-
lers, der ein kontinuierliches Ein- und Aus-
blenden der Projektion ermöglicht. Die Ge-
schwindigkeit und die Intervalle sind vorge-
geben und können nicht verändert werden.
ACHTUNG! Der Projektor kann bei unsachge-
mäßer Verwendung des Gerätesteuerungsan-
schlusses beschädigt werden. Verbinden Sie
den Projektor nur mit geeigneten Steuerungen
und folgen Sie dabei den Anweisungen in den
Nutzungsinformationen.

3. Lieferumfang
• Runde Steckverbindung, Typ Phoenix Con-
tact SACC-M12FS-5PL: zur Verbindung ei-
ner 1–10V Steuerleitung mit dem Linde
Warning Projector 85 pro.
• Kabelbrücke 40 mm mit Schutzkappe: zur
Aktivierung des eingebauten Taktschwel-
lers.
Ansteuerung potentialfreier Kontakt:
geschlossen = 0% | oen = 100% Helligkeit
Verwenden der Ansteuerung über 1-10V DC:

4.1 Gebrauch der Steckverbindung
1. Wählen Sie eine geeignete Leitung mit min-
destens 2 Leitern entsprechend der Vorga-
ben in der Zeichnung.
2. Entfernen Sie die Isolierung am Leitungsen-
de entsprechend der Vorgaben in der
Zeichnung.
4. Anschließen eines potentialfreien Kontakts
oder einer 1–10V Ansteuerung
4.2 Belegung
HINWEIS: Verwendung des
Push-Lock-Anschlusses
Flexible Leiter ohne Aderendhülse oder Leiter
mit großem Querschnitt lassen sich mit Hilfe
der Hebel einfach anschließen. Dazu wird die
Klemmstelle durch den farbigen Hebel voll-
ständig geönet und verharrt in dieser geöne-
ten Position. Für den Leiteranschluss wird der
Hebel geschlossen. Starre Leiter und Leiter mit
Aderendhülse verdrahten Sie durch direktes
Stecken. Ein vorheriges Önen der Kontakt-
stelle ist nicht erforderlich. Zum Lösen eines
angeschlossenen Leiters wird der Hebel in die
Önungsposition gebracht und die Klemmstel-
le geönet. Der Leiter kann dann ohne
Kraftaufwand gezogen werden.
4.3 Verschließen der Steckverbindung
1. Verschließen Sie die Steckverbindung ent-
sprechend der Vorgaben in der Zeichnung.
2. Schließen Sie die Steuerleitung mit der
Steckverbindung am Gerätesteuerungsan-
schluss des Projektors an und xieren Sie
die Steckverbindung mit der Rändelmutter.

5. Aktivierung des Taktschwellers
5.1 Einsatz der Kabelbrücke
1. Entnehmen Sie den Anschlussblock aus
der mitgelieferten runden Steckverbindung,
Typ Phoenix Contact SACC-M12FS-5PL.
2. Setzen Sie die mitgelieferte Kabelbrücke
wie in der Abbildung dargestellt ein.
HINWEIS: Verwendung des
Push-Lock-Anschlusses
Flexible Leiter ohne Aderendhülse oder Leiter
mit großem Querschnitt lassen sich mit Hilfe
der Hebel einfach anschließen. Dazu wird die
Klemmstelle durch den farbigen Hebel voll-
ständig geönet und verharrt in dieser geöne-
ten Position. Für den Leiteranschluss wird der
Hebel geschlossen. Starre Leiter und Leiter mit
Aderendhülse verdrahten Sie durch direktes
Stecken. Ein vorheriges Önen der Kontakt-
stelle ist nicht erforderlich. Zum Lösen eines
angeschlossenen Leiters wird der Hebel in die
Önungsposition gebracht und die Klemmstel-
le geönet. Der Leiter kann dann ohne
Kraftaufwand gezogen werden.
5.2 Abschluss der Installation
1. Verschließen Sie den Anschlussblock mit
der mitgelieferten Schutzkappe.
2. Stecken Sie den Anschlussblock in den Ge-
rätesteuerungsanschluss des Projektor und
xieren Sie ihn mit der Rändelmutter.
3. Nach dem Einschalten des Projektors wird
die Projektion dauerhaft ein- und ausge-
blendet.
HINWEIS: Die Geschwindigkeit und die Inter-
valle des Taktschwellers sind vorgegeben und
können nicht verändert werden.

1. Intended Use
The device control connection is intended for
the following two applications:
1. Controlling the brightness of the projector,
including switching it on and o, via a po-
tential-free contact or 1-10V control. This al-
lows the projector to be controlled with an
external system.
2. Activation of the built-in automatic dimmer,
which allows the projection to fade in and
out continuously. Speed and intervals are
pre-set and cannot be changed.
ATTENTION! The projector may be damaged
if the control connector is used improperly..
Only connect the projector to suitable control-
lers and follow the instructions in the informa-
tion for use.

control cable to the Linde Warning Projector
85 pro.
• Cable jumper 40 mm with protective cap:
for activating the built-in automatic dimmer.
Control via potential-free contact:
closed = 0% | open = 100% brightness

4.1 Use of the Connector
1. Choose a suitable cable with at least 2 con-
ductors according to the specications in
the drawing.
2. Remove the insulation at the end of the
cable according to the specications in the
drawing.

4.2 Assignment
NOTE: Using the Push-Lock connection
Flexible conductors without ferrules or con-
ductors with large cross-sections can be easily
connected using the levers. The terminal point
is completely opened by the coloured lever and
remains in this open position. The conductor
connection is made by closing the lever. Wire
rigid conductors and conductors with ferrules
easily: through direct insertion. The contact
point does not have to be opened rst. To dis-
connect a connected conductor, the lever is
moved to the open position and the terminal
point is opened. The conductors can then be
removed with ease
4.3 Closing the Connector
1. Close the connector according to the spe-
cications in the drawing.
2. Connect the control cable with the con-
nector to the projector's control port and x
the connector with the knurled nut.

5. Activation of the Automatic Dimmer
5.1 Inserting the Cable Jumper
1. Remove the terminal block from the sup-
plied round connector, type Phoenix Con-
tact SACC-M12FS-5PL.
2. Insert the supplied cable jumper as shown
in the illustration.
NOTE: Using the Push-Lock connection

5.2 Completing the Installation
1. Close the terminal block with the protective
cap supplied.
2. Insert the terminal block into the projector's
control port and secure it with the knurled
nut.
3. When the projector is switched on, the pro-
jection fades in and out continuously.
NOTE: The speed and intervals of the auto-
matic dimmer are pre-set and cannot be
changed.
