⚫New user or repairing this product must be performed by the experts or qualified person or those who have gotten
the license of installation, or those who are authorized by the manufacturer.
⚫When installation or maintenance, please obey the following instructions carefully to ensure the safety use of this
appliance.
⚫Please keep this instruction Manual for future reference, or hand it to next user.
⚫Put off the package to make sure none of the parts is missing or damaged. If there is any doubt about the product,
please do not use it, and consult it to the experts.
⚫Keep the packing material out of reach of the children to avoid accident( Especially the plastic bag, screw etc.)
⚫This appliance could be only operated by the person who is familiar with the unit.
⚫When not using the appliance or the operator is absent, please turn off the unit to avoid any accidental injury or
damage.
⚫When it needs to be repaired, please ask for expert, and use the original fitted spare part. It will be dangerous if not
following the above requirements.
⚫This appliance is just for commercial using, not for any other use, otherwise, it may be dangerous.
⚫Do not rinse the equipment with water directly.
⚫Clean the surface of stainless steel periodically with appropriate method to prevent any damage brought by
oxidization or any other chemical interference.
Function
1.Each deck for the oven is controlled separately. You can use them at the same time or use any deck individually.
2.Operating temperature range is 20℃-400℃you may select the temperature per your demand and it can be constant
temperature automatically.

Remarks
1.The illustrative diagram is just for single deck. Other models are the same as above.
2.The product is equipped with not-auto-reset overheating protector. It will cut off the heating circuit when the
temperature is 60℃higher than the highest heating temperature which caused by broken temperature controller. user
should cut off the power and open the door ,check and remove the broken temperature controller carefully. Then connect
to the power after at least 25 minutes. The oven should be working normally.
3.Rubber-plastic copper power supply cord with double insulation and oil-resistant is used for the oven. Please use the
exactly same type of power supply cord to assure your safety if you need to change it.
Operation & Notice
When you switch on the power, the electric power will be supplied to each deck (you may choose to work individually or
work together at the same time according to your requirement). Press the power switch to on position, rotate the knobs
which control top and bottom heating respectively to select requested temperature. The oven will be constant
temperature automatically to your selected temperature. Based on different material and situation of cooking, the
temperature of top and bottom should be selected accordingly.
Maintenance
Infrared heating technology is applied in these series products. It is suitable for cooking cakes, biscuits, breads, meat and
medicinal materials, etc. The product can be used in long-term without any faulty by using and maintenance correctly. We
are not responsible transportation or malfunction which caused by wrong wiring or any action not following instruction
manual.
Transportation & Storage
The oven should be loaded and unloaded carefully with correct position to avoid damaging during transportation. Upside
down is forbidden during transportation or storage. The packaged oven should be stored in the warehouse which the
relative humidity is not more than 85% and with good ventilation. And please apply rain protection if you have to put it
outdoor temporarily.
Installation & Environment
1.The place where to locate this product must be at good air circulation. Exposing to the sun outdoors, damp or
circumstances with corrosiveness gas are strictly prohibited.
2.Circumstance temperature range:-10℃-40℃, relative humidity is no more than 85%.
3.The oven should be placed apart the wall not less than 20cm to insure enough space for air outlet. Any flammable
materials close to the oven or placing next to the wall are strictly prohibited.
4.The power of this oven is three-phase voltage and four wire, the voltage should fluctuate less than +10% (there is single
phase 220V of LR-ES-12
5.Users must install power switch, fuse and leakage protector in compliance with this oven and earth wire complying with
safety regulation.
6.If the oven is close to other electrical equipment, their” isoelectric connection terminal” should be earthed reliably with

copper core wire (not less than 2.5mm²) (the “isoelectric connection terminal” of this oven is in left underside of the back.)
7.Please do check the connection of every electric component, the power is connected correctly and oven is earthed
before using.
8.Unconnected the power first then clean the oven and using hose to clean is strictly prohibited.

ONE YEAR PARTS WARRANTY
LINKRICH warrants to the original purchaser of every new LINKRICH product, under normal and proper use
and maintenance service as specified by LINKRICH and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance
with the instruction packet supplied with each LINKRICH unit. LINKRICH’s obligation under this warranty is
limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation.

What is not connected by this Warranty
Linkrich’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts, Subject to the additional
limitations below.
This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume obligations other than those expressly
covered by this warranty. This warranty is limited to replacement of parts, and the shipment charge is not
included.
No consequential damages. Linkrich is not responsible for Economic loss; or special, indirect, or
consequential damages, including without limitation, losses or damages arising from food or product
spoilage claims whether or not account of refrigeration failure.
Warranty is not transferable. This warranty is not assignable and applies only in favor the original
purchaser/user to whom delivered. Any such assignment or transfer shall avoid the warranties herein made
and shall avoid all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
Improper usage. Linkrich assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or other
damages resulting from improper usage or installation or failure to clean and/or maintain product as set
forth in the warranty packet provided with the unit.
Residential applications: linkrich assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for component failure or
other damages resulting from installation in non-commercial or residential applications.
Alteration, neglect, abuse, issue, accident, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, acts of god.
Linkrich is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any parts that linkrich determines have been
subjected after the date of manufacture to alteration, neglect, abuse, accident, damage during transit or
installation, fire, flood, or act of god.
Improper electrical connections. Linkrich is not responsible for the repair or replacement of failed or
damaged components resulting from electrical power failure, the use of extension cords, low voltage, or
voltage drops to the unit.
No implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose: there are no other warranties,
expressed, implied or statutory, except the one (1) year parts warranty as described above. These
warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, including implied warranty and merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. These are no warranty which extend beyond the description on the face
hereof.
