The relays are turned On by a 5 volt signal.
LIGHT 0 Turns all relays Off
LIGHT 1 Turns On RELAY 1 (turns all other relays off)
LIGHT 2 Turns On RELAY 2 (turns all other relays off)

(9-pin straight through) or a USB-RS232 converter (for example ComCab-003).
