NOTICE
CAUTION—Use of controls or adjustments or performance of procedures other than those
Federal Laser Product Performance Standard (FLPPS) contained in the regulations in 21 CFR
Subchapter J. CLASS 2 laser products can be hazardous when directly viewed.
Avoid direct viewing of a CLASS 2 laser energy. For reference the FLPPS requirements
for demonstration laser products like laser pointers are limited to CLASS 2 levels of laser
accidental viewing at a relatively short distance from the laser aperture. As similar with all
bright light sources, when you operate this device in unsupervised general public areas, it is
recommended that up close access to the BlissLights be restricted or prevented.
This laser display device incorporates a CLASS 2 laser system which, by itself, may be
hazardous. However, this laser display device incorporates a protective housing and
human access to laser radiation during operation or maintenance above the CLASS 2 limits.
Each individual laser beam power is under 1mw which is less than a standard laser pointer.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE shall attempts be made to open the protective housing or
operate the device if the aperture windows are damaged.
All service to this laser display device requiring the protective housing to be opened and/
or removed shall be performed by BlissLights service personnel or their authorized agents
only. The opening of the BlissLights protective housing by any unauthorized individual
or agent automatically voids the manufacturer’s warranty.
NO LASERS SHOULD BE POINTED INTO THE SKY WITHIN 10 NAUTICAL MILES
OF AN AIRPORT. IF YOU ARE LOCATED WITHIN THIS SPECIFIC PERIMETER, WE
RECOMMEND THE LASERS BE POINTED DOWN AT THE GROUND SO NO STRAY BEAMS
ARE PROJECTED INTO THE AIR. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL AIRPORT OR COUNTY
GUIDELINES FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the BlissLights Spright Smart. The BlissLights Spright Smart's
performance embodies all the indoor/outdoor commercial - quality projection features of
our original metal Spright xtures, but with a more rugged composite xture cover that is
stronger, easier to handle and superior to metal in outdoor environments - especially wet
locations or when in use near coastal water areas. This newly designed xture generates a
vast and vibrant stareld that lets you create your own starry skies indoor and outdoor under
any ceiling/canopy and breathtaking "rey" eects under trees and all around your
landscape. We hope you enjoy this unique lighting experience.
Each individual xture projects thousands of points of light covering up to 2500 square feet
of area in a matter of minutes.You'd need many more ordinary landscape xtures or
hundreds of feet of rope lights to cover an area that size with a great deal more time and
eort and you still wouldn't achieve the magical eects produced by a single BlissLights
Spright Smart!
BEFORE YOU BEGIN

SETTING UP THE BLISSLIGHTS SPRIGHT SMART
Before operating your Spright Smart, please read the “Before you Begin”section and “Notice” section of this
user guide.
STEP 1 : First locate the 2-prong plug
connected to the cable exiting the
BlissLights Spright Smart head. If using the
timer, plug this end into the matching hole
on the end of the timer and screw the cap
on to complete the water tight seal. Then
plug the 2-prong connector on the timer
into the matching holes on the end of the
12V Manufacturer provided transformer.
Screw the cap to complete the water tight
seal. Next plug the standard 3-prong plug
on the other end of the transformer into an
outdoor/Indoor outlet.
STEP 2 : Stake the BlissLights Spright Smart
into the desired location. To attach or
detach the stake, twist the stake into place
on the bottom of the Spright Smart. Do
the ground, grasp by stake only. Use the
adjust the angle.
INSTALLATION TIPS
• For scheduled or nighttime-only operation, use with a timer. Do not connect the
light to a dimmer pack, it will damage the light. Use with manufacturer provided
transformer only.
• The darker the area the light is being used in, the brighter the projection. Try to stay
away from areas with street lights or other bright lights.
• If you are going to hang the BlissLights Spright Smart, it is recommended that, for
safety purposes, your lights are properly mounted using a suitable hanging clamp and
safety cable.
• The BlissLights Spright Smart will cover an area of about 30’X 30’ for every 10 feet
away from surface (equivalent to the size of about 2 two-car garages).

OPERATING THE BLISSLIGHTS SPRIGHT SMART
The BlissLights Spright Smart operates in temperatures of -15°F to 90°F (-26°C to 32°C).
There may be a slight delay if operating in temperatures below 55°F (13°C). Please allow up
to 10 minutes for light to warm up and reach its full projection potential at temperatures
at or below 55°F (13°C).
USING THE TIMER
The BlissLights Spright Smart will function with or without the timer. The timer that
is provided is a 6-18 timer. With this timer, BlissLights Spright Smart will stay on for 6 hours,
For example, the consumer may want to initially plug in their BlissLights Spright Smart and
timer at 8 PM. The BlissLights Spright Smart will turn on every night at 8 PM, run for 6
hours, then shut o for 18 hours.
To use the timer, the transformer must be plugged into a standard 110V wall outlet, the
two-prong connector on the timer is then connected into the transformer, and the 2-prong
connector on the BlissLights Spright Smart is then inserted into the timer.
To change the time the BlissLights Spright Smart turns on, simply unplug the transformer
and timer combination from the wall, then plug it back in at the desired start time.
To operate the Blisslights Spright Smart manually without the timer, plug the two-prong
connector on the BlissLights Spright Smart directly into the transformer.
Screw the cap on to complete the water tight seal. Next plug the standard 3-prong plug

on the other end of the transformer into an outdoor/indoor outlet. To turn o, unplug the
transformer from the wall.

LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from
date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and
service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or
replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse,
abuse, accident, modications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to
have been improperly installed, set-up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.
This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or faulty
installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the nish on any
portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not
warrant and specially disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, of tness for a particular purpose, other than the
warranty contained herein. The manufacturer specically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or
incidental loss of damage, including any labor/expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product. Please contact
