USE AND CHARACTERISTICS
1. The barbecue grill is safe an easy to use. Please ensure you
only use your barbecue at the correct pressure the appliance
is esigne for.
2. Never fit the cylin er right to next the barbecue. Always
place the cylin er at the left han rear of the appliance. The
cylin er shoul be site as far away from the appliance as
possible without straining the hose.
3. The appliance an cylin er must be place on level surface
an must not be use whilst alight.
4. Use a grease tray uring use.
5. A equate ventilation is vital for combustion an efficiency
performance of the barbecue. This will ensure the safety of
the user an other people in the vicinity of the area where
the appliance is being use . Never use the appliance in any
enclose covere area.
6. When the win spee is above 2m/s, on’t use gas grill
facing to the win .
7. The appliance is esigne for use out oors only.

23. Your gas barbecue shoul never be use by chil ren.
Accessible parts of the barbecue may be very hot. Keep

24. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into irect contact with foo .
25. Regar ing the instruction for cleaning surfaces in contact
with foo thanks to refer to the below paragraph “cleaning”
in manual.
26. The barbecue must be installe on a stable horizontal
support before use.
27. Warning: The temperature of the barbecue will become
very high. Do not move the barbecue when operating.
•Never connect your appliance irectly on your gas cylin er; use a regulator an a NF typical pipe.
•Never cover the evice before it is not completely coole .
•Use no spray near your evice.
•Use no pro uct of ignition while you light the evice.
•Only use spare parts supplie by your istributor. Failure to comply with mo ifications or
replacements of spare parts will voi the warranty.
Information:
- Think of controlling the state of the burner before any use, especially if you o not use your evice
frequently.
- Before the first use, clean your appliance with a clean wet cloth, let it ry completely.
Make warm your out oor appliance uring at least 10 minutes. This can release a light smell uring a
few moments.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Follow these instructions carefully to avoi seriously amaging your barbecue an causing injury to
yourself an to property.
1. Assemble the barbecue following the assembly instructions carefully.
2. Connect the gas hose to the barbecue. Connect the regulator to the hose.
3. Connect the regulator to the cylin er valve following the regulator instructions supplie with the
regulator.
4. Turn all of the control knobs to the ‘OFF’ position before turning on the gas supply to the appliance.
5. Operate the regulator in accor ance with the instructions supplie with the regulator.
LIGHTING INSTR CTIONS: MAIN B RNERS
1. Connect the gas cylin er to the barbecue following the instructions supplie with the regulator.
2. Turn all the control knobs to the ‘OFF’ position.
3. Turn ‘ON’ the gas supply at the cylin er or regulator switch following the regulator connection an
operating instructions. Check the cylin er to regulator connection an hose to barbecue hose inlet
connection for leakage using soapy water. Any leakage will show as bubbles in the area of the leak. If
leak is foun , o not use the barbecue an turn off the gas supply. Consult your gas or barbecue
supplier for a vice.
4. Before ignition, open the li if there is .To light the left han burner, push own an turn the left burner
control knob anticlockwise to the 90° position (Full rate position). An au ible click will be hear , this
shoul light the burner. Check that the burner is alight. If the burner has not lit, repeat this process.
5. If the burner has not lit after two attempts, turn ‘OFF’ the gas tap an wait 5 minutes before retrying
the ignition sequence.
6. When the burner has lit, the burner rate can be a juste by turning the knob anticlockwise to any
position between the full an low rate positions.
7. Light the remaining burners from left to right in sequence.
8. To switch on the right burner, press on the right button quite there the turning point counter clockwise
up to the position " big flame " ( full power), at the same time quickly press on the button of ignition
(situate between both buttons) 4 times in succession. This will switch on the right burner. If it oes
not work repeat the operation.
9. If the burner oes not ignite after 2 tries, cut the gas inlet by turning the button on "Stop" an wait 5
minutes before re-trying to to switch on it.
10. If the burner oes not remain switche on, repeat the stage 8.
11. When the burner is switche on. A just the power by turning the button to the positions " small flame
" or the " big flame " .re- trying to switch on it.
12. To switch off the plancha, cut the gas inlet by turning the button of the valve or the regulator in position
"Stop", by following the instructions supplie with the regulator. Turn the buttons of all the burners in
the irections of watch han s, in position "Stop" switche off,(fa e ), when flames are switche off.

Warning: If any burner fails to ignite, turn the control knob off (clockwise) an also turn the cylin er valve
off. Wait five minutes before attempting to relight with ignition sequence.
After use, close the gas supply by either turning ‘OFF’ the switch on the regulator or turning ‘OFF’ the
cylin er valve.
In the event of light back whilst the appliance is in use. Turn all the controls, cylin er valve an regulator
switch to the ‘OFF’ position. Wait 5 minutes before attempting to relight the appliance. If the problem
persists after relighting, consult your gas ealer, or the store where you purchase the barbecue, or a
qualifie gas engineer for assistance or repair. Never try to rectify the problem yourself as this coul result
in serious injury an /or property amage.
Clean the appliance of excess fat, before storage, with a amp cloth using a mil etergent solution as the
cleaning agent.
Store the appliance in a clean ry environment.
Do not store your gas cylin er in oors. Store in a well ventilate area away from irect sunlight.
CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER TO THE APPLIANCE
This appliance is only suitable for use with low-pressure butane, propane or their mixture gas an use with the
appropriate low-pressure regulator via a flexible hose. The hose shoul be secure to the regulator an the
appliance with hose clips.
- Using 28mbar regulator with category I3+ for butane gas an a 37mbar regulator with category I3+ for
propane gas;
- Using a 30mbar regulator with category I3B/P (30);
- Using a 37mbar regulator with category I3B/P (37);
- Using a 50mbar regulator with category I3B/P (50);
Use a suitable regulator certifie to BSEN 12864:2001.
Please consult your LPG ealer for information regar ing a suitable regulator for the gas cylin er.
BEFORE SE PLEASE CHECK FOR LEAKS
Never check for leaks with a nake flame, always use a soapy water solution
TO CHECK FOR LEAKS
Make 2-3 flui ounces of leak etecting solution by mixing one part washing up liqui with 3 parts water.
Ensure the control valve is “OFF”.
Connect the regulator to the cylin er an connect regulator with hose an out oor gas grill, ensure the
connections are secure then turn ON the gas.
Brush the soapy solution on to the hose an all joints. If bubbles appear you have a leak, which must be
rectifie before use.Turn off the gas supply in the event of gas leak.
Retest after fixing the fault. Turn OFF the gas at the cylin er after testing.
If etecte leakage cannot be rectifie , o not attempt to cure leakage but consult your gas ealer.

REG LATOR AND HOSE
Use only regulators an hose approve for LPG at the above pressures (See Page 2). The life expectancy
of the regulator is estimate as 10 years. It is recommen e that the regulator is change within 10 years
of the ate of manufacture.
The use of the wrong regulator or hose is unsafe; always check that you have the correct items before
operating the barbecue.
The hose use must conform to the relevant stan ar for the country of use. The length of the hose must
be 1.5 meters (maximum). Worn or amage hose must be replace . Ensure that the hose is not
obstructe , kinke , or in contact with any part of the barbecue other than at its connection. Change
the hose when the national con itions require it an /or epen ing on it vali ity.
The hose shoul not be twiste or kinke when attache to the regulator an out oor gas grill. No part of
the hose shoul touch any part of the appliance. So site the cylin er out to the left han si e of the
appliance at the maximum istant permitte by the hose length.
STORAGE OF THE APPLIANCE
Storage of an appliance in oors is only permissible if the cylin er is isconnecte an remove from the
appliance. When the appliance is not to be use for a perio of time it shoul be store in a ry ust free
environment.
GAS CYLINDER
The appliance can be use with any gas cylin er of weights between 4.5KGS an 15KGS butane an 3.9KGS
to 13KGS propane. The gas cylin er shoul not be roppe or han le roughly! If the appliance is not in
use, the cylin er must be isconnecte . Replace the protective cap on the cylin er after isconnecting the
cylin er from the appliance. The maximum weight of cylin er is 6.75KGS.
Cylin ers must be store out oors in an upright position an out of the reach of chil ren. The cylin er
must never be store where temperatures can reach over 50°C. Do not store the cylin er near flames,
pilot lights or other sources of ignition. DO NOT SMOKE.The cylin er shoul be change away from any
source of ignition.
CLEANING AND CARE
CA TION:
All cleaning an maintenance shoul be carrie out when the barbecue is cool an with the fuel supply
turne OFF at the gas cylin er.
We woul recommen that this gas grill shoul be service by your local
gas retail outlet at least once a year by a competent engineer. Do not attempt to service this appliance
yourself.
CLEANING
“Burning off” the barbecue after every use (for approx 15 minutes) will keep excessive foo resi ue to a minimum.

O TSIDE S RFACE
Use mil etergent or baking so a an hot water solution. Non-abrasive scouring pow er can be use on
stubborn stains, then rinse with water.
If the insi e surface of the barbecue li has the appearance of peeling paint, bake on grease buil up has
turne to carbon an is flaking off. Clean thoroughly with strong hot soapy water solution. Rinse with
water an allow to completely ry. Never use oven cleaner.
INTERIOR OF BARBEC E BOTTOM
Remove resi ue using brush, scraper an /or cleaning pa then wash with a soapy water solution. Rinse
with water an allow ry it.
PLASTIC S RFACES
Wash with a soft cloth an hot soapy water solution. Rinse with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners,
egreasers or a concentrate barbecue cleaner on plastic parts.
COOKING PLATE
Use a mil soapy water solution. Non-abrasive scouring pow er can be use on stubborn stains then rinse
with water.
GREASE TRAY
Please o not open the grease tray uring use.
Please check the grease rain off an take away the oil when 1/3 full.
CLEANING THE B RNER ASSEMBLY
Turn the gas OFF at the control knob an isconnect the cylin er.
Remove cooling grate.
Clean the burner with a soft brush or blow clean with compresse air an wipe with a cloth.
Clean any clogge ports with a pipe cleaner or stiff wire (such as an opene paper clip).
Inspect burner for any amage (cracks or holes). If amage is foun , replace with a new burner. Reinstall
the burner, check to ensure that the Gas valve orifices are correctly positione an secure insi e the
burner inlet (venturi).
In some cases your barbecue will light back because of an insect crawling insi e the burner venturi or a
spi er spinning its web insi e the burner. This can be rectifie by using a bottle brush inserte through the
burner venturi an pushing it into the burner over the burner length. If con ition persists consult your gas
ealer.
SERVICING
Your gas barbecue shoul be service annually by a competent registere person.
