Appliance Overview
Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the voltage
indicated on the appliance (underneath the base) corresponds with the
voltage in your home. If not, do not use but contact the customer service.
Please clean the kettle first. Fill with water, place on the power base, and
switch it on, then boil the water twice and drain the water.
Note: Please ensure the water level is between the “MIN” and “MAX”
indicated on the kettle.
When in Use
Place the appliance in a dry and flat surface, no any hot surface or near the
heating stove.
Do not touch any part of the appliance except the handle when in use, such
as the base, glass, metal accessories and other parts, as they will get hot
when in use and keep hot for a period of time after use, and it may cause
burns or other injuries.
Ensure the lid is closed and do not lift it while the water is boiling. To avoid
getting scalded by hot steam, do not open the lid immediately after water is
boiled or switching it off.
Never allow the water to fill above the “MAX” or lower than the “MIN”
indicated.
If you accidentally leave the appliance to operate without water, the boil-dry
protection will automatically be activated. In this case, please wait 10-15
minutes for cooling down before filling with water and heating in order to
prevent from oxidation and discolouration of the stainless steel.
The appliance can only be used with the power base provided.
Use care when pouring water and moving the kettle.

Long press and it reads the current heat preservation time
after setting the temperature, then press to set the heat
preservation time (Default setting of heat preservation time: 5
hours; heat preservation time setting range: 1-24 hours.)

Light Indicator
Blue light indicates the standby state. Red light indicates the working state.
Specific Boiling Function
Press and set the desired temperature by pressing . The appliance
switches off automatically with a sound of “beep” when it reaches the
predetermined temperature. ( If there is no any operation in 10s, all lights
and the screen are off while the button turns blue.)
NOTE
The appliance will get into standby state and read current temperature when
pressing again while working.
The temperature can be adjusted from 40°C to 100°C. Each press for an
adjustment of +/- 5°C.
Standby State
Plug in and the appliance switches on automatically with the “beep”
sound and all button lights and display screen on at once, then it
reads the current temperature. If there is no any operation in 10s,
all lights are off and the button turns blue.
Regular Boiling Function

If the water temperature is 5°C lower than that of the setting, it will heat up
to the predetermined temperature automatically.
If the current temperature is higher than that of the setting, it will directly turn
on the keep warm function.
If press or during heat preservation, the appliance will get into the
standby state and it reads the current temperature. ( If there is no any
operation in 10s, all lights and the screen are off while the button turns
blue.)
NOTE
In the plateau area, the appliance will automatically detect the local boiling
point. When a certain temperature is detected as the local boiling point, the
chip intelligently compensates the temperature value to 100°C and the
appliance switches off automatically.
Automatic Boiling Point Detection Function
The appliance has automatic power-off memory function. It continues
working in the mode as last time setting, and it can easily be adjusted to
meet any new requirements. If you would like to clear current settings or
reset the mode, just press to switch off the appliance.
Power-off Memory Function
The light stays blue by default during heating and heat preservation. Press
to switch ON or OFF.

Boiling Function
Press , the button turns red and it reads the default value . It
starts to heat water. When it reaches 100°C, the appliance
switches off automatically with a sound of “beep”. ( If there is no
any operation in 10s, all lights and the screen are off while the
button turns blue.)
Keep Warm Function
Set the temperature
Press to power on, then press . The button and turn
red, indicating it starts heat preservation. Press to adjust the
temperature. The appliance stops heating with a sound of “beep”
and starts to keep warm when it heats up to the predetermined
temperature. At the same time, it reads the current temperature and the
button goes out. The button stays red and the body light blue.
Set the heat preservation time
Add enough white vinegar and water into the kettle. Leave it overnight and
rinse with water.
Add a few slices of lemon and water into the kettle, and boil.
Boil a kettle of water, and add a proper amount of food grade citric acid into
the water, then let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Wipe off the scale with a cloth
and rinse the inside with water.
Discarded electrical appliance is recyclable and should not
be disposed of as household waste!
Proper disposal contributes to resource conservation and
environmental protection by giving the appliance to the
recycling centre.

Boil-dry Protection Function
The appliance is programmed with its boil-dry protection function. The
appliance will automatically cut off the power when the temperature of the
kettle goes too high. In this case, allow to cool down before filling with water.
When it reads E1, it indicates that the sensor is loose. Remove the bottom
cover of the kettle and tighten the sensor after cooling down or contact
customer service.
When it reads E3, it indicates that the sensor is short-circuited. Please
contact customer service if it happens.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Let it cool down completely before opening the lid, taking off the parts and
cleaning the appliance.
Always unplug after use and before cleaning to avoid short circuit and
electric shock.
Do not immerse the base or kettle in water or any liquid, neither rinse with
running water.
Do not let the cord or any extension cords hang over edge of table or
counter for preventing tripping-over.
Do not use any tool or detergent that may scratch or damage the glass or
stainless steel parts.
Ensure the appliance is switched off before removing the kettle from the
base.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
The appliance can not be used or played by children, please keep out of
reach of children. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is
used by or near the children.
Do empty and clean the kettle after use, please refer to the user manual if
necessary.
The appliance is for household use only, not for commercial use.
The appliance must not be disposed of as ordinary household waste at the
end of its useful life and must be sent to a collection station for recycling
electrical and electronic appliances.
