Your CARGOCATCH® includes the following parts:
(1) Cargo Bag with four compartments
(2) Black Rods, each with eyebolts attached
(2) Aluminum Rods, each with push-pins and eyebolts
(2) Rod Length Adjusters, hand-screwed, one on each aluminum rod
(4) Snap-Links, one attached to each eyebolt

STEP 1. ASSEMBLY FOR MOUNTING
Depress push-pins on aluminum rods and insert into black rods.
Thread assembled rods through loops on the top of the cargo bag.
Attach bag to rods using snap-links & selected grommets at end of
bag.
STEP 2. MOUNTING AND SECURING IN PICKUP TRUCK
Adjust assembled rods to fit snugly against the rails of the truck
bed. Rods may also be adjusted to fit just under the bed rails.
To secure rods to truck bed, pull and twist the hand adjuster
counter clockwise to lengthen/tighten, so the end caps on the rods
press firmly against the sides of the truck. Pull and twist clockwise
to shorten/loosen the rods to release pressure and remove.
Holes on the black rods should be facing down to keep water/dust
out of rods. Attach the snap-links to the appropriate grommets on
the bag in order to center the unit in your truck. The bottoms of
the bag compartments should rest gently on the truck bed floor.

12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
LOADHANDLER PRODUCTS CORPORATION warrants to the original retail purchaser that should this
product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or
workmanship within 12 months from the date of original purchase, such defective part(s) will be replaced.
To obtain the replacement part(s) within the terms of this warranty, return the part(s) (shipping prepaid)
to LOADHANDLER PRODUCTS CORPORATION, 1901 Hur Industrial Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613 together with
proof of warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale) and a new part(s) will be shipped to you.
LOADHANDLER PRODUCTS CORPORATION will pay the packaging, shipping, and handling cost to ship the
replacement part(s) back to you.
The warranty does not apply to product or part thereof which in the opinion of the Company has been
damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse (including overloading), neglect or
accident. THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANY LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE
REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANYS LIABILITY EXCEED THE
PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed warranties or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, ANY ABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY HEREUNDER INCLUDING ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT, ABILITIY MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS FROM
DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
WHATSOEVER.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damage so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
