• Your adaptor is not a toy. Keep it away from children. Make sure that all
persons who operate your adaptor read and follow this guide.
• Using your adaptor with non-approved accessories may result in
serious fatal injury and/or property damage.
• Never attempt to use your adaptor to power any devices that require
more than the output power of this adaptor (for example, the voltage
setting matches, but your laptop requires more amperage).
• Your adaptor is suitable for use only with laptop computers. Do not use
your adaptor with other electronic devices. It may result in serious
injury and/or property damage.
• For energy saving and safety, disconnect the input power to your
adaptor when it is not in use.
• Your adaptor may become hot during operation. Ensure to provide
ventilation and refrain from placing items on or around your adaptor
during operation. Maintain at least 5cm around the top and sides of
your adaptor. Never operate your adaptor inside a closed or conned
space such as a glove compartment, console or airline seat pocket.
• When operating your adaptor, regularly check that all connections are
rmly connected. Loose connections can generate harmful heat that
can damage your adaptor or attached laptop computer.
• Do not operate your adaptor near a heat source, heat vent, or in direct
sunlight. Your adaptor should be used in temperatures between 0-40˚C.
• Before use, make sure that your laptop's input voltage is compatible
with the input voltage of this adaptor.

Remove all items from the packaging. Retain the packaging. If you
dispose of it, please do so according to local regulations.

Some of the tips are very similar to each other. Take care when
using the tip for your laptop. Look carefully at the number or
letter on the tip.
33Connecting the Power Adaptor
Conrm the brand, voltage and output wattages of your laptop.
Make sure the voltage is between 100-240V~, and output watts are
less than 65W.
Check the Compatibility Table to nd out which tip should be used
for the brand of your laptop.
Connect the tip to the adaptor DC cable connector.
Connect the DC cable with the correct tip to the power socket on
your laptop.
Connect the mains cable to the adaptor rst, then connect it to
the mains power socket.
Using an incorrect tip for your laptop computer may damage
your computer or cause it to malfunction. Do not use excessive
force to insert the tip into your laptop computer!

Ensure the tip is not loose and is tted correctly (do not force
the tip). If your laptop does not start to charge you may have
selected the wrong tip. Try another tip.
Ensure the tip is pushed all the way onto the adaptor cable.
If the laptop battery is completely discharged, allow at least 5
minutes for the laptop to recharge before use.
Some of the tips are very similar to each other. Look carefully
at the number or letter on the tip.
The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product must not be disposed of
with your other household waste. Instead, it is your responsibility to dispose of your waste
equipment by handing it over to a designated collection point for the recycling of waste
