If you're not hearing any audio from your speakerphone, try these suggestions:

If you have multiple Bluetooth devices connected (you can have up to two), try
disconnecting the other and only playing from one device.

Adjust the volume on both the audio source and your speakerphone.
Restart both your speakerphone and the source device.
Re-pair your device with your speakerphone (see 48251 for help).
Make sure you have your speakerphone selected as the default audio output device in
both your operating system and softphone or media application.
USB

not to a USB hub or extension.

If you have any issues with your P710e being recognized, please see the section on basic
troubleshooting for easy steps to resolve.
P710e will run with any USB-enabled computing systems that run the operating systems and versions
listed below. Note that factors such as CPU speed and memory on your computing system can impact
audio performance
As P710e and other Logitech conference products are USB enabled, audio -- plus most other
features -- are supported by Windows and Mac natively through the USB standard. Using the
USB standard driver, noother driver installation is required to support your P710e.
A “driver” is a program for Windows that controls the operation of the device within the
operating system. When a Logitech USB-connected device is plugged into a Windows-
enabled computing system, Windows will automatically load and configure a driver
software within Windows and notify when the installation is complete.

Operating Systems supported for P710e are:
Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
macOS 10.10 or higher
Linux
My P710e isn’t recognized by my computer
If you have plugged P710e into a USB port, and even after several minutes the device is not
recognized in the system or not showing up in your applications, please try the following to
ensure whether it is a connection issue rather than problems with your hardware:
Check your setup:Are all cables and connections plugged in tightly?
Try a different USB port:Sometimes a USB port on the host computer running the video
conferencing software may have an issue
Try a different computer:Does the P710e work fine on another system?
If P710e is connected through a USB hub or extender, try plugging directly into USB
port:Some external hubs or extenders may not have adequate power or specifications to
support P710e.
For Windows, open Device Manager to check that the Windows driver is properly
installed
oDevice Manager in the Windows Operating Systems
oYou can access Device Manager by a) hitting the Windows Start then b) typing
“Device Manager” in the search bar to the right of the start icon
oOpen “Sound, video and game controllers” and confirm if Logitech P710e is
listed.If not listed:
Try a different USB port
Check if Windows Update is enabled.
Windows Update is a Microsoft Service which automatically
downloads and installs updates over the internet to the operating
system.
You can access Windows Update by selecting the Windows start
icon and typing in Windows Update in the search field.Windows
Update settings is controlled by the Administrator of your system,
so if you are working in a professional environment, you may need
to contact your IT department.(note: add images here)
If Logitech P710e is listed with or without a yellow exclamation point,
please then try the following to make sure the latest updated driver is
installed:

In Device Manager, right-click on P710e device, and select Update
Driver.
In the Update dialog, select Update Driver.
Select Search automatically for updated driver software
Select the Logitech P710e driver that is listed
For macOS:
Select the apple icon at the top left of the screen.
Select “About this Mac” in the drop down menu, and then “System Report” in the pop-
up box.
In the System Report, if the headset is properly recognized, it will be listed under
“Audio” as “Logitech P710e.”
You may see Logitech Headset instead of P710e as the audio device. In order to select
P710e as your audio device, select Logitech Headset. Unlike on a Windows computer,
the webcam is labeled by the manufacturer name instead of the specific device name
available within the USB descriptor.
If you have taken all these steps and still have an issue, you may have a faulty device or cable. If
you have another P710e and can try that device, we recommend trying that first, and if the
problem persists, please contact technical support.
Audio quality can be impacted by several factors including network performance, system,
application, or the device itself. To ensure that the P710e is working properly, please follow
these easy steps:
First of all, please make sure the conferencing application has P710e selected for both the
mics and speakerphone.
Follow the steps under P710e Basic Troubleshooting and verify that the correct driver is
listed in Device Manager under “Audio inputs and outputs” and “Sound, video and game
controllers” sections (Hyperlink to that section)
Do you have the latest firmware for MeetUp?If not or if you’re not sure, you can
download from http://support.logitech.com and install onto device. The software tool will
tell you if you already have the latest firmware installed.
Verify that the network or conferencing service is not the cause of the audio quality
issues, by trying a local audio recording application like Windows 10 Voice Recorder and
checking the audio quality of the microphone locally
Then try playing a local audio file through the P710e and verify the speaker sounds good.
Ensure the volume level is optimal; adjusting may even correct the issue
Try a different application:Try another conferencing or audio application. Many
applications even have a test mode to playback audio for testing purposes.

Some additional advanced steps:
You can try adjusting the mic gain lower or higher by following these steps:
oFor Windows, right click on the speaker icon in the system tray, and select
“Recording devices.”
The system tray (or "systray") is a section of the taskbars in the Microsoft
Windows desktop user interface that is used to display the clock and the
icons of certain programs so that a user is continually reminded that they
are there and can easily click one of them.In Windows 10, it looks like
this:
Once you’ve opened “Recording Devices,” right click on the P710e microphone and
select “Properties” and then “Levels”
Lastly, adjust the Mic array slider higher and lower to reset the gain
For Mac, (Placeholder)
Enable/disable processing:Sometimes the audio processing in the conferencing
application can interfere with headset performance. If your application allows you to
enable/disable audio processing, take this step to evaluate if it makes a difference
If your audio problems persist, please contact technical support
P710e is designed to run either Bluetooth or USB, but not at the same time. USB has the priority, so if
USB is started Bluetooth will disconnect automatically.
If your Bluetooth device loses connectivity or can't be connected to your speakerphone, try the following:
Make sure your device is paired with your speakerphone and Bluetooth is active.
Place your Bluetooth device closer to the speakerphone —it might be out of range.
Move your Bluetooth device and speakerphone away from other wireless sources —you could be experiencing
interference.
The P710e speakerphone can be connected to up to two devices at a time - make sure you don't already have two
devices connected.
The P710e has an NFC tag located on the left side of the speakerphone. To connect to your
speakerphone with NFC, touch the NFC area of your device (usually around the battery; see your
device documentation for help) to the NFC tag on your speakerphone.
NOTE: If prompted by your device, confirm the connection.

If you aren't able to connect using this method, first press the Bluetooth connect button for 3
seconds, and then touch the NFC area of your device to the NFC tag on your speakerphone.
