5.5 Operation
The weighing scale pallet truck has to be placed on an even surface.
The load centre of the load has to be centred on the forks and, if possible, placed
towards the vertical flat iron (if placed on a EURO pallet).
Do NOT leave the load on the forks for longer periods (e.g. overnight), as this
can influence the effectiveness of the weighing cells.

6.0 Battery and charger
Up to 250 operating hours per charging.
Battery indicator indicates whether the battery voltage is low.
Press for 1-2 seconds, and the actual battery voltage will be visible.
10.2 Actual battery voltage
Press for 2 seconds.
On the display, you see the actual battery voltage
After 3 seconds, normal weighing mode will be shown.
5.4 Starting up scale
Press On/Off (B). The scale is on and the self-
acting display test will begin. This is visible
through counting on the display from 88888 to
00000. When displaying 0(zero), the scale is
ready to use.
If the scale does not show 0without load, reset
the display by pressing (A).
Weighing area from 2 kg to maximum load of 2,200 kg. Do not overload scale.
Scale weighs in kilograms (1,0 kg). E.g. 25,6 to 26,5 kg will be shown as 26 kg.
Charger connected. LED is red
Battery is being charged
Charger connected. LED is green
Battery is minimum 75% charged.

10.1 Backlight of display
The backlight can be set according to need.

9.0 Program shift / Choice
Use this button to shift between the different programs. Each press shifts to next
picture.

8.4 How to use
Tara
If the scale only has to display the weight of e.g. contents of a container, place
an empty container/pallet on the scale and press .Now the scale shows 0 kg.
The display shows the symbol NET. After filling in the contents, only the
contents of the container/pallet are shown.
➢It is possible to carry through Tara several times.
➢Partial Tara removal is possible.
Remove Tara: Remove weight from forks and press
The symbol 0 kg will be shown in the display.
Pretara
Enter the weight by using the cursor function
(0~9) (9~0) To confirm.
Remove Pretara: Remove weight from forks and press
Gross/Net switching
To see total weight of the container and the content, press . Now the symbol
▼GROSS is shown, and total weight is displayed. Press again, and the
weight of the contents and the symbol NET are shown.

9.1 Simple count function
1. Scroll and select reference number.
Use to scroll in menu.

9.2 Target weight function
1. Select signal tone (beep)
2. Open Hi-Lo by pressing

9.3 Accumulation function

ACC 2. Automatic addition function
Same as ACC 1. But for ACC 2 it is automatic instead of pressing
NOTE! It is important to have an even ground, otherwise the scale will make
error counting.

3. Lift the load. Weight is shown
4. Result is automatically stored

11 Error messages
E0 system error (Please contact Logitrans After Sale Service)
E1 Zero range is higher than 10% of maximum capacity while switching
on the scale. (Scale is loaded, while switching on. Problem with electric switch.
Weighing cell is damaged*)
E2 ⇒Zero range is negative. Lower than -10% of maximum capacity while
switching on the scale.
(Settings of scale are incorrect. Impact load. Weighing cell negative loaded.
Something is clamped between weighing cell and forks. Defect weighing cell)
E4 ⇒Zero value is not stable while switching on the scale
(Shakings when starting up of scale. Electric cable has fallen off. Weighing cell
is negatively loaded. Something is clamped between weighing cell and forks.
Defect weighing cell)
oF Measuring signal out of measuring range
(Overload. Wrong connection. Defect weighing cell)
oL Overload
(Scale overloaded. Too much load on scale)
-oL Negative load
(Preload is smaller than -1/6 of maximum capacity. The scale was switched on
while more than 1/6 of the maximum capacity was placed on the scale, when
lowering the forks, the error occurs (+ beep))
Error is reset, when restarting the scale. Press on/off.
Simple test of weighing cells:
Place a load of e.g. 15 kg, alternately on each of the four weighing cells. The
display must show the same value each time.
