Allacciamento elettrico
L'apparecchio non viene consegnato con il cavo di allacciamento.
Per l'installazione
- Togliere la tensione
- Togliere il pannello posteriore.
- Scollegare il cavo dalla morsettiera di arrivo, che si trova nella parte posteriore.
- Allentare il pressacavo e sfilare il cavo.
- Passare il cavo di allacciamento nuovo attraverso il pressacavo, collegare i conduttori nel corrispondente
morsetto della morsettiera e fissarli.
- Bloccare il cavo con il pressacavo e rimontare il pannello posteriore. Il conduttore di terra deve essere più lungo
degli altri, in modo che in caso di rottura del pressacavo, questo si stacchi dopo i cavi della tensione.
N.B.ilcavodiallacciamentodeveaverele seguenti caratteristiche: deveesserealmenodel tipo H05 RN-
F ed avere una sezione adeguata alla potenza dell'apparecchio (vedi tabella dati tecnici).
ISTRUZIONI PER L'INSTALLAZIONE
La targhetta caratteristiche tecniche si trova sul pannello posteriore (vedi disegno al punto allacciamento
elettrico) e contiene tutti i dati necessari all'allacciamento.
INSTALLAZIONE
Durante il posiziomento l'apparecchio deve essere messo a bolla, piccoli dislivelli possono essere aggiustati
mediante i piedini regolabili (avvitare o svitare). L'interruttore generale o la presa devono essere nelle vicinanze
dell'apparecchio e facilmente accessibili.
Si consiglia di porre l'apparecchio sotto una cappa aspirante, in modo che l'evacuazione dei vapori avvenga in
modo rapido. Qualora l'apparecchio venisse posizionato vicino a pareti, pareti divisorie, mobili da cucina,
rivestimenti decorativi ecc si consiglia che questi siano di materiale non infiammabile, altrimenti provvedere a
rivestire tali pareti con del materiale non infiammabile.
Si deve anzitutto assicurare che le prescrizioni antincendio vengano rispettate.
Attenzione: questa apparecchiatura è stata costruita per funzionare in batteria. Qualora si preveda di utilizzarla
singolarmente sarà necessario distanziarla di almeno 10 cm. dalle pareti adiacenti.
Installazione
L'installazione, messa in funzione e manutenzione dell'apparecchio devono essere eseguite da personale
qualificato. Tutti i lavori necessari all'installazione devono essere eseguiti in osservanza alle norme vigenti.
Il costruttore declina qualsiasi responsabilità in caso di cattivo funzionamento, che risulti dovuto ad una
installazione errata o non conforme.
Attenzione: come da disposizioni internazionali, durante l'allacciamento dell'apparecchio è da prevedere a
monte dello stesso un dispositivo che permetta di staccare in modo onnipolare l'apparecchio dalla rete, questo
dispositivo deve avere una apretura dei contatti di almeno 3 mm.
Disposizioni di legge, regole tecniche e direttive
L'installazione deve essere eseguita in osservanza delle seguenti norme:
- Prescrizione antinfortunistica vigente.
- Prescrizione di installazione, norme CEI.

Accensione
Inserire l'interruttore posto a monte dell'apparecchio. Girare la manopola (A) da "0" fino alla posizione desi-
derata fra i 50° e i 300°C, si accendono le spie (C) e (D). La lampada spia "D" indica che l'apparecchio è
sotto tensione. l'accensione della lampada spia "C" segnala il funzionamento dell'elemento riscaldante, il suo
spegnimento indica il raggiungimento della temperatura. Per spegnere l'apparecchio, girare la manopola "A"
in posizione "O"

EQUIPOTENZIALE
L'apparecchio deve essere collegato ad un sistema equipotenziale. La vite di collegamento è posizionata
sulla parte posteriore dell'apparecchio ed è contraddistinta dal simbolo
Attenzione: il costruttore non è responsabile, e non risarcisce in garanzia danni provocati e che sono dovuti
ad installazioni inadeguate e non conformi alle istruzioni.
Messa in funzione
Prima di utilizzare l'apparecchio è necessario pulirlo con cura, soprattutto la vasca (vedi paragrafo "pulizia e
cura").
Controllare l'allacciamento dell'apparecchio e metterlo in funzione secondo le istruzioni.
ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
Attenzione: Usare l'apparecchio solo sotto sorveglianza!
Non mettere in funzione l'apparecchio senza la vasca.
Le brasiere sono apparecchi che constentono la cottura di vari tipi di alimenti. Possono essere usate
indifferentemente per la cottura di sughi, zuppe, carni brasate, patate ecc.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione: durante la pulizia non lavare esternamente l'apparecchio con getti d'acqua diretti o ad alta
pressione.
Ogni sera a fine lavoro pulire accuratamente l'apparecchio. La pulizia quotidiana dell'apparecchio garantisce un
funzionamento perfetto e una lunga durata dello stesso.
Prima di iniziare la pulizia togliere la tensione dall'apparecchio. Le parti in acciaio sono da lavare con acqua calda
e detersivo neutro, sono poi da sciacquare abbondantemente in modo da eliminare ogni traccia di detersivo poi
asciugare con un panno asciutto. Non usare detergenti abrasivi o corrosivi.
Comportamento in caso di prolungata
interruzione di funzionamento
Pulire ed asciugare accuratamente l'apparecchio come da istruzioni. Togliere la tensione.
Comportamento in caso di guasto
In caso di guasto spegnere l'apparecchio, togliere la tensione mediante il dispositivo posto a monte dell'appa-
recchio e avvisare il servizio assistenza.
MANUTENZIONE
(solo per personale qualificato)
Qualsiasi lavoro di manutenzione e da far eseguire esclusivamente a personale qualificato. Prima di iniziare una
manutenzione, togliere la spina o disinserire l'interruttore posto a monte. Vuotare la vasca quando è piena.
Accessibilità
Per accedere alla morsettiera, togliere la schiena dell'apparecchio. Gli elementi di comando si raggiungono dal
cruscotto anteriore, svitare il cappuccio nero della leva dell'uscita dell'acqua, svitare le viti che fissano il cruscotto
e togliere quest'ultimo.

INSTALLATIONSANWEISUNGEN
Das Typenschild befindet sich an der Geräterückseite (siehe Abb. unter Punkt Elektroanschluß) und beinhaltet
alle zur Installation erforderlichen Daten.
AUFSTELLUNG
Das Gerät muß bei der Aufstellung waagrecht stehen, kleinere Unebenheiten können durch die höhenverstellbaren
Füßchen des Gerätes (ein- bzw. ausschrauben) ausgeglichen werden. Der Hauptschalter bzw. die Steckdose
sollten sich in der Nähe des Gerätes befinden und leicht zugänglich sein.
Es wird empfohlen, das Gerät unter einer Abzughaube aufzustellen, damit eine schnelle Dampfabführung
sichergestellt wird. Bei Aufstellung des Gerätes in unmittelbarer Nähe von Wänden, Trennwänden, Küchenmöbel,
dekorativen Verkleidungen u.s.w., wird empfohlen, daß dies aus nichtbrennbarem Material gefertigt sind,
anderenfalls müssen sie mit geeignetem, nichtbrennbarem Material verkleidet werden. Die genaueste Beachtung
der Brandschutzvorschriften muß sichergestellt sein.
Achtung: dieses Gerät ist für den gemeinsemen Betrieb mit anderen Gräten hergestellt - sollte es einzeln
verwendet werden, ist ein Minderstabstand von 10 cm von den Wänden einzuhalten.
Rechtsverordnungen, Technische Regeln und Richtlinien
Bei der Aufstellung sind folgende Vorschriften zu beachten:

einschlägige VDE-Vorschriften
Installation
Die Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung des Gerätes müssen durch sachkundiges Personal durchgeführt
werden. Sämtliche Installationsarbeiten müssen unter Beachtung der gültigen Vorschriften ausgeführt werden.
Der Hersteller lehnt bei schlechtem Betrieb, der auf eine fehlerhafte oder unsachgemäße Installation zurückzuführen
ist, jegliche Verantwortung ab.
Achtung: Laut internationalen Vorschriften ist beim Anschluß des Gerätes eine Einrichtung vorzusehen, die es
ermöglicht, das Gerät mit einer Kontaktöffnungsweite von mindestens 3mm allpolig vom Netz zu trennen.
Elektroanschluß
Sollte dieses Kabel ausgetauscht werden müssen, ist wie
folgt vorzugehen:
- Stromzufuhr schließen bzw. ausschalten
- die Rückwand abnehmen
- Kabel vom Anschlußklemmenbrett lockern, das sich auf der Gerätehinterseite befindet
- das Kabel mit der Kabelklemme fixieren und die Rückwand wieder montieren. Die Erdleitung muß länger als
die anderen Leitungen sein, damit sie bei Beschädigung der Kabelklemme erst nach den Stromkabeln
ausgesteckt wird.
N.B.: Das Anschlußkabel muß den folgenden Eigenschaften entsprechen: Es muß mindestens vom Typ
H05RN-FseinundseinQuerschnittmußderLeistungdesGerätesentsprechen (siehe Tabelle “Technische
Daten”).

POTENTIALAUSGLEICH
Das Gerät ist in ein Potentialausgleichsystem einzubeziehen. Hierzu befindet sich die Anschlußschraube auf der
Geräterückwand und ist mit dem Symbol gekennzeichnet.
Achtung: Der Hersteller übernimmt für Schäden, die auf Nichtbeachtung der Vorschriften oder unsachgemäße
Installation zurückzuführen sind, keine Haftung bzw. Garantieverpflichtung.
Inbetriebnahme
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes ist das Gerät und insbesondere das Becken sorgfältig zu reinigen
(siehe Abschnitt “Reinigung und Pflege”).
Geräteanschluß überprüfen und laut Anweisungen in Betrieb setzen.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNGEN
Achtung:
Gerät nur unter Beaufsichtigung betreiben!
Das Gerät darf nicht ohne Becken eingeschaltet werden.
Die Bratpfanne ermöglicht die Garung von verschiedensten Speisearten. Es können Saucen, Suppen, Braten,
Gulasch, Kartoffel u.s.w. zubereitet werden.
Inbetriebsetzung
Den bauseits installierten Hauptschalter betätigen. Drehschalter (A) von “0” auf die gewünschte Position
zwischen 50° und 300°C drehen. Die Kontrolleuchten (C) und (D) leuchten auf. Die Kontrolleuchte (D) zeigt an,
daß das Gerät unter Spannung steht. Die Kontrolleuchte (C) zeigt an, daß das Heizelement in Betrieb ist und
erlischt bei Erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur. Zum Ausschalten des Gerätes den Drehschalter (A) auf
Position “0” zurückdrehen.

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Achtung: Zur Reinigung darf daß Gerät von außen keinenfalls mit einem direktem Wasserstrahl oder
einem Hochdruckreiniger abgespritzt werden.
Jeden Abend, nach Betriebsende, muß das Gerät sorgfältig gereinigt werden. Die tägliche Reinigung gewährleistet
den einwandfreien Betrieb und eine lange Lebensdauer des Gerätes.
Vor der Reinigung muß das Gerät ausgesteckt werden. Die Geräteteile aus Edelstahl sind mit warmem Wasser
und einem milden Reinigungsmittel zu reinigen und danach gründlich zu spülen, um alle Spülmittelreste zu
entfernen. Danach mit einem trockenen Lappen nachwischen. Keine kratzenden oder korrosiven Reinigungmittel
verwenden.
Verhalten bei längerer Außerbetriebsetzung
Das Gerät nach Anleitung sorgfältig reinigen und abtrocknen, Stromzufuhr schließen bzw. ausschalten.
Verhalten im Störfall
Im Störfall sollte das Gerät außer Betrieb gesetzt, die Stromzufuhr unterbrochen und der Kundendienst
benachrichtigt werden.
WARTUNG
(nur für Fachpersonal)
Alle Wartungsarbeiten sind ausschließlich von qualifiziertem Personal durchzuführen. Vor Wartungsbeginn ist
der Stecker aus der Dose zu ziehen bzw. der Hauptschalter auszuschalten.
Wenn erforderlich, Becken entleeren.
Zugänglichkeit
Um an das Anschlußklemmenbrett zu gelangen, ist die Rückwand des Gerätes abzunehmen.
Die Bedienungselemente können über die vordere Blende erreicht werden. Dazu sind die schwarze Kappe des
Wasserauslaßknebels sowie die Befestigungsschrauben der Bedienungsblende auszuschrauben und diese
letztere zu entfernen.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’INSTALLATION
La plaquette signalétique se trouve sur la paroi arrière (voir le dessin au paragraphe “Raccordement électrique”).
Elle contient toutes les données nécessaires pour effectuer le raccordement.
MISE EN PLACE
Lors de sa mise en place, l’appareil doit être mis de niveau. Pour cela, il suffit de dévisser ou de visser, selon les
cas, les pieds qui sont réglables. L’interrupteur général ou la prise de courant doivent se trouver à proximité de
l’appareil et doivent être facilement accessibles.
Nous vous conseillons d’installer l’appareil sous une hotte aspirante de façon que l’évacuation des vapeurs se
fassent rapidement. Si vous positionnez l’appareil près d’un mur, d’une cloison, de meubles de cuisine, de
revêtements décoratifs etc, ceux-ci devraient être réalisés avec des matériaux ininflammables. Si ce n’est pas
le cas, revêtez ces parties avec un matériau ininflammable. Avant tout, vous devez vous assurer que les
prescriptions contre les incendies soient respectées.
Attention: cet appareil a été prévu pour fonctionner en série. Si vous pensez l'utiliser seul, il faudra l'installer à
au moins 10 cm des parois adjacentes.
DISPOSITIONS LEGALES, REGLEMENTS TECHNIQUES
ET DIRECTIVES
Pour l’installation, conformez-vous aux normes suivantes:
- Prescription pour la prévention des accidents en vigueur.
- Prescription pour l’installation, normes CEI.
INSTALLATION
L’installation, la mise en service et l’entretien de l’appareil doivent être effectués par du personnel qualifié. Toutes
les opérations nécessaires pour l’installation doivent être effectuées conformément aux normes en vigueur.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de mauvais fonctionnement, résultant d’une installation
incorrecte ou non conforme.
Attention: Conformément aux dispositions internationales, lorsqu’on effectue le raccordement électrique, il faut
prévoir, en amont de l’appareil, un dispositif permettant de débrancher les pôles de l’appareil du réseau. Ce
dispositif doit avoir une ouverture des contacts d’au moins 3 mm.
RACCORDEMENT ELECTRIQUE
L’appareil est livré sans le câble de raccordement.
Procédez de la façon suivante:
- Coupez le courant.
- Enlevez le panneau postérieur.
- Passez le nouveau câble de raccordement à travers le serre-câble, branchez les conducteurs dans les bornes
correspondantes situées sur la plaque à bornes et fixez-les.
- Bloquez le câble avec le serre-câble et remontez le panneau postérieur. Le conducteur de terre doit être plus
long que les autres de façon que, en cas de rupture du serre-câble, il se détache après les câbles de la tension.

EQUIPOTENTIEL
L’appareil doit être raccordé à un système équipotentiel. La vis de connexion se trouve à l’arrière de l’appareil
et est marquée du symbole .
Attention: Le fabricant n’est pas responsable et, pendant la période de garantie, il ne remboursera pas les
dommages provoqués par une installation incorrecte ou non conforme aux instructions.
MISE EN MARCHE
Avant d’effectuer la première cuisson avec l’appareil, il faut le nettoyer soigneusement, notamment la cuve (voir
paragraphe “Nettoyage et entretien”).
Contrôlez le raccordement de l’appareil et mettez-le en marche suivant les instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS POUR EMPLOI
Attention:
- N’utilisez l’appareil que sous surveillance!
- Ne pas mettre l'appareil en marche sans le bac!
- Les sauteuses permettent de faire cuire plusieurs types d’aliments. En effet, on peut préparer des sauces, des
soupes, de la viande braisée, du ragoût, des pommes de terres, etc.
ALLUMAGE
Branchez l’interrupteur placé en amont de l’appareil.
Tournez la manette (A) de “0” jusqu’à la position désirée comprise entre 50° et 300°C: les lampes témoins (C)
et (D) s’allument.
La lampe témoin (D) indique que l’appareil est sous tension.
Lorsque la lampe témoin “C” s’allume, elle indique que l’élément chauffant est en marche. Elle s’éteint lorsque
la température est atteinte.
Pour éteindre l’appareil, reportez la manette “A” en position “0”.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Attention: Pendant le nettoyage, ne lavez pas l’extérieur de l’appareil avec des jets d’eau directs ou à
haute pression.
Chaque soir, quand vous n’utilisez plus l’appareil, nettoyez-le soigneusement. Le nettoyage quotidien de
l’appareil garantit un fonctionnement parfait et une longue durée.
Avant de commencer le nettoyage, débranchez l’appareil.
Lavez les parties en acier avec de l’eau chaude et un produit détergent neutre, rincez-les plusieurs fois de façon
à éliminer toute trace de produit détergent, et essuyez-les avec un chiffon sec. N’utilisez pas de produits abrasifs
ou corrosifs.
QUE FAIRE EN CAS D’ARRET PROLONGE
DU FONCTIONNEMENT
Nettoyez et essuyez soigneusement l’appareil selon les instructions et coupez le courant.
QUE FAIRE EN CAS DE PANNE
En cas de panne, éteignez l’appareil, coupez le courant à l’aide du dispositif placé en amont de l’appareil et
prévenez le Service Après-vente.
ENTRETIEN
(réservé au personnel qualifié)
Toute opération d’entretien doit être effectuée uniquement par du personnel qualifié. Avant de commencer
l’entretien, enlevez la prise de courant ou débranchez l’interrupteur placé en amont.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION
The data plate is on the front panel (see drawing under "electrical connection") and contains all the information
necessary for the connection.
INSTALLATION
When positioning the appliance make sure that it is perfectly level. Small adjustments can be made by screwing
or unscrewing the adjustable small feet. The main switch or the outlet must be in the vicinity of the appliance and
easily accessible. It is recommended to place the appliance under an extraction hood in order to rapidly eliminate
vapour. If the appliance is placed near walls or partitions, kitchen furniture, decorative coverings, etc. these must
be flameproof or coated with flameproof material. Above all, local fire prevention regulations must be observed.
Attention: this appliance has been constructed in order to function in a unit. Whenever one plans to use it alone
it is necessary to have a distance of at least 10 cm.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The appliance is supplied without the connection cable. Proceed in the following manner:
- turn off the power.
- remove the rear panel
- disconnect the cable from the arrival terminal board which is found in the rear part
- loosen the cable clip and extract the cable
- pass the new connection cable throught the cable clip, connect the wires in the corresponding terminal of the
terminal board and fix them
- lock the cable with the cable clip and reassemble the rear panel. The earth wire must be longer that the others
so in case the cable clip breaks, this disconnects after the tension cables
N.B.Theconnectioncable musthavethefollowingcharacteristics: it must be at least of the H05 RN F type
and have a section suitable for the appliance power (see technical specification table)

Installation
The installation, start-up and maintenance of this appliance must be carried out only by qualified personnel. All the
installation operations must be in accordance with the standards in force.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for poor functioning due to incorrect installation or non-observance of
the regulations.
Warning: International provisions require that during the connection of the appliance there be a device which allows
the bi-polar disconnecting of the appliance from the network, upstream from the appliance. This device must have
a contact opening of at least 3 mm.

EQUIPOTENTIAL
The appliance must be connected to an equipotential system. The connection screw is positioned on the rear part
of the appliance and is distinguished by the symbol .

due to installations that are inadequate and that are not in accordance with the instructions.
Start-up
Before using the appliance for the first cooking it must be thoroughly cleaned, above all, the tub (see the paragraph
"Cleaning and maintenance").
Check the connection of the appliance and then start it following the instructions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Warning: Never leave the working appliance unattended!
- Do not start the appliance without the basin.
- Brat Pans permit the cooking of many kinds of food. In fact they can be used for preparing
sauces, soup, braised food, stews, potatoes, etc.
Ignition
Turn on the switch placed upstream from the appliance. Turn the knob (A) from "O" to the desired position between
50° and 300°C. The pilot lights (C) and (D) turn on. Pilot light "D" indicates that the appliance is live while the ignition
of pilot light "C" indicates the functioning of the heating element. When it turns off, it indicates that the temperature
has been reached. To turn off the appliance put the knob "A" back to position "O".
