Safety instructions
Use the following safety guidelines to help protect your lift from potential damage and to
ensure your own personal safety.
Ensure the area below moving parts of the lift and screen are kept clear of obstructions.
Keep the optional remote control out of reach of children.
To prevent bodily injury, keep hands and clothing away from the lift while the lift is in
operation.
Before installing the lift or working with its connections, unplug the lift from the mains
power supply socket
Do not place the lift in places subject to extreme temperatures for example near a
radiator, or heating vent.
The lift must only be used indoors in a dry area and it must ensured before use that the
lift is safe or protected from liquid contact or spillage.
Unplug the lift IMMEDIATELY in the following conditions:
-When the power cord or plug is damaged or frayed.
-If liquid has spilled into the lift.
-If the lift has been exposed to rain or water.
-If the lift exhibits a distinct change in performance, indicating a need for
servicing.
When adding a TV or any other equipment the party adding this TV or equipment is
responsible for ensuring stability and safe operation of the lift.
The lift must only be used on a flat floor area
The lift must only be moved with the screen in the lowest position and must not be
moved over rough or uneven ground.

1. Fix the shelf to the vertical mounts using the M8 x 20mm
bolts provided, ensure the vertical mounts are pushed
back as far as possible.

2. Bolt the video conference shelf to the front mount plate using the four M6
bolts and washers provided.
3. Adjust the height of the shelf as
needed to suit your screen. Please
note: once the screen is mounted it
is not possible to adjust the shelf.
1. Loosely bolt the vertical mounts between the screen
and bracket, use bolts of an appropriate size and
length for your screen. The brackets should be as
central as possible on the screen.
If only one bolt passes through the sound bar mount
use an M8 washer to space the other bolt.
Orientate the mount as shown.

2. Fix the sound bar mount onto
the vertical mounts as shown
using two M8 bolts.
3. Slide the sound bar mount until it’s in correct position for your
sound bar and screen, once in position tighten the bolts.
4. Make sure the casters of the base are locked, then
hook the screen onto the mount rail.
5. Secure the screen in place by fixing through the clips into the
mount plate, use the M6x50mm bolts and washers provided.

6. For sound bars.
For sound bars with keyhole mounting between 100 and 750mm go to 6A.
For sound bars with threaded inserts go to 6B.
A. Using M5 bolts, washers and nuts, bolt through the slot in the correct
position for your sound bar, use the diagrams below.
B. If your sound bar has threaded
inserts simply screw into the sound
bar from behind using the correct size
of bolt for the sound bar, use the
washers if necessary.

Grommet
2. Add any cables or devices to the headbox,
cables can exit the headbox using the 51mm
grommet on the right side of the headbox.
3. Once cabling is complete replace the
cover removed in step one and
secure using the two M4 inserts.
1. Remove the headbox rear cover by unscrewing the
two M4 bolts indicated.
The headbox features 2 x RJ45, 2 x HDMI and 2 x
USB pass throughs these can be used to provide
connectivity to the screen or other devices.
The supplied 4 way power strip can be used the
power the screen and other devices as required.
The space within the headbox may be used for
cable management or to house small AV devices.
