Long Range Systems, LLC perm ts a one-year manufacturer’s warranty fol-
low ng the or g nal consumer purchase date of any LRS system. Any nd -
vdual components or products purchased w ll rece ve a 30-day manufacture
warranty. Th s warranty covers any defects due to faulty mater al or work-
mansh p, but does not nclude damage to the product result ng from acc -
dent, m suse or mproper electr cal connect on. If the product or system
should become defect ve w th n the warranty per od, we w ll repa r or re-
place w th equ valent equ pment, free of charge. We w ll pay transporta-
t on charges to return your product v a standard FedEx Ground sh pp ng,
prov ded the product s sh pped prepa d to:

spec f cat ons can and do vary n d fferent appl cat ons and actual perform-
ance may vary over t me. All operat ng parameters, nclud ng “Typ cals”,
must be val dated for each customer appl cat on by customer’s techn cal
experts. LRS, LLC products are not des gned, ntended, or author zed for
use as components n systems ntended to support or susta n l fe, or for any
other appl cat on n wh ch the fa lure of the LRS, LLC product could create
a s tuat on where personal njury or death may occur. Should Buyer pur-
chase or use LRS, LLC products for any such un ntended or unauthor zed ap-
pl cat on, Buyer shall ndemn fy and hold LRS, LLC and ts off cers,
employees, subs d ar es, aff l ates, and d str butors harmless aga nst all
cla ms, costs, damages, and expenses, and reasonable attorney fees ar s-
ng out of, d rectly or nd rectly, any cla m of personal njury or death asso-
c ated w th such un ntended or unauthor zed use, even f such cla m alleges
that LRS, LLC was negl gent regard ng the des gn or manufacture of the
