Please read this manual carefully before using the Fixtures!
1. Preface
Thank you for choosing this product. Please read this instruction manual
carefully and completely, and keep it for reference use. This manual
contains important information about the installation and usage of the
SquareLED Hi-Precision spotlight. Please follow the instructions of this
manual before installing and using the fixture.
This high-power LED Profile Spotlight is made up of a die-cast aluminium
shell and offers high power and durability. It´s designed and produced
strictly according to CE standards and it complies to the DMX512
protocol standard. You can also control the fixtures in manual mode. The
fixtures suit for applications in large-scale theaters, studios, conference
rooms, museums and other places.
When you open the package please check whether the product is
damaged during transportation or not, and check for the following
accessories: power cord, 3-wire signal cord, and the instruction manual.
2. Safety Instruction
All the people that are involved to the equipment installation and
maintenance must:
1. Have electrical technician qualifications.
2. The lamps have been strictly inspected before delivery. To ensure that
these equipments are operating normal and safe, the users must comply
with the following safety rules and precautions of this manual.
3. Key: the manufacturer and importer is not responsible for the accident
and loss raised by unusual operation that is not in accordance with this
instruction or caused by modifications of the equipment without
permission.
Equipment installation and maintenance:
1. Pay special attention that the power supply voltage is consistent with
the host marking. Ensure that the voltage is compatible to the voltage
range listed in the technical parameters. Please be sure that the unit is
grounded correctly.

2. DMX512 signal input and output of the lamp connector cable is
connected together.
3. When moving and installing the spotlight, please avoid hard knock
onto the lamp-housing.
4. Before usage, please check the fixture against damages or loose
screws caused during transportation.
5. Please install the light in dry and ventilated environment of less than
45°C surrounding temperature and ensure the air flow of the ventilation
slots.
6. When using the spotlight, please keep it more than 0,5 meters away
from flammable objects.
7. When the lens system has visible damages, such as cracks or deep
marks, it must be replaced.
8. It´s necessary that the spotlights are working in the rated range of
technical specifications.
9. Avoid operating with the electrical parts while installing, connecting,
adjusting and checking the fixtures. This works must be done by
professional technicians.
10. It´s prohibited to modify the spotlights without permission. Offenders
are responsible for the consequences.
11. The correct way to clean the lens system with vinegar or household
ammonia applied to a clean thin cloth. Gently wipe the lens from the
center. Then use a dry cloth to wipe out stains.

Set the first light as host
The signal of the Hi-Precision spotlight is connected in series. The
number of each series is limited on 10. If you want to connect more than
10 units, you have to use a signal amplifier.

3. Installation of the power supply
Unscrew the two screws on the back of the power supply. Attach it to the
lamp bracket and tighten the screws ( see the picture below ).

6. Usage and Operation
1. Setting DMX512 adress:
When using a DMX512 console to control the spotlight, the fixture should
be set to an address, ranging from 1-512. Therefore press the address
up/down buttons a single time for single steps, or press the buttons
longer for fast and continuous steps.
2. Manual host 16bit dimming mode:
The DMX512 is not needed in this mode, but the fixture must be set to
be host. It will send DMX512 signal to control the following units that are
connected to the signal line. This makes the other units to change the
brightness according to the host. When using this function, you should
pay attention that no signal from a light console is connected in between.
Press the dimmer up/down buttons, the current state is set to manual
mode of host, 16-bit dimming mode. Single-press the up/down-buttons,
the brightness will be increasing or decreasing in single steps. When you
press the up/down-buttons longer, the brightness will change fast and
continuously ranging from 0-65535.
Note: This state will be saved automatically after you stop operating for
10 seconds.
3. Manual test 16-bit dimming mode:
The function of this mode is to test whether one single light can be
operated normally, it will not send DMX512 signal to influence the lights
that are connected with it.
Press address up and down button at the same time, press dimmer
up/down-button to dim

XXXXX will be displayed, XXXXX is the brightness value when dimming.
4. When the light is in the received state, it can´t receive signal or can´t
connect the signal wire. The backlight of the liquid crystal display will
flash, when the signal wire is connected successfully.

7. Warranty
Warranty service is only valid under normal use. All man-made damage,
such as inadequate access to power, the use of inappropriate
accessories, non-manual use, damage for transport and other accidents,
non-approved repair or modification, misuse or damage caused by
negligence, improper installation, are not in warranty. This warranty does
not cover accessories, vulnerable parts, assistive devices and
transportation.
