1. Einleitung
Kurzbeschreibung des LUBING Top Klima Sys-
tems
Bei dem LUBING Top Klima System handelt es
sich um ein Kühl - und Klimatisiersystem für land-
wirtschaftliche Nutzgebäude in der Tierhaltung und
für industrielle Gebäudekomplexe.
Das System besteht im wesentlichen aus einer
Kolben-Hochdruckpumpe mit elktronischer Steu-
erung, die Wasser in Edelstahl-Druckleitungen
pumpt. In den Druckleitungen eingebrachte Nebel-
düsen zerstäuben das unter einem Druck von < =
70 bar stehende Wasser. Ein Entleerungsventil
sorgt für die Entleerung der Düsenleitung nach Be-
endigung des Sprühvorganges.
Die elektronische Steuerung ist für die Auswertung
der anliegenden elektrischen Signale aus einem
Klimacomputer oder eigenen Feuchte-Temperatur-
Sensoren verantwortlich. Zusätzlich übernimmt die
Steuerung erforderliche Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
an der Pumpe, um einen zuverlässigen und lang-
lebigen Betrieb zu ermöglichen.
Vorwort zur Betriebsanleitung
Diese Betriebsanleitung erleichtert das Kennenler-
nen des Top Klima Systems und sie zeigt die be-
stimmungsgemäße Verwendung der Anlage auf.
Die Betriebsanleitung enthält wichtige Hinweise,
wie die Anlage sicher, sachgerecht und wirtschaft-
lich zu betreiben ist. Ihre Beachtung hilft, Gefahren
zu vermeiden, Reperaturkosten und Ausfallzeiten
zu vermindern und die Zuverlässigkeit und die Le-
bensdauer der Anlage zu erhöhen.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist um Anweisungen auf-
grund bestehender nationaler Vorschriften zur Un-
fallverhütung und zum Umweltschutz zu ergän-
zen.Die Betriebsanleitung muß ständig am Ein-
satzort der Maschine / Anlage verfügbar sein.
Die Betriebsanleitung ist von jeder Person zu lesen
und anzuwenden, die mit Arbeiten mit / an der Ma-
schine beauftragt ist.
Neben der Betriebsanleitung und den im Ver-
wenderland und an der Einsatzstelle geltenden
verbindlichen Regelungen zur Unfallverhütung
sind auch die anerkannten fachtechnischen Re-
geln für sicherheits- und fachgerechtes Arbeiten
zu beachten.
Achtung: Die Anlage ist trotz eingebauter Kon-
troll- und Alarmfunktion regelmäßig zu überwa-
chen. An klimatisch extremen Tagen mehrmals
täglich.
1. Introduction
Description of the LUBING Top Climate System
The LUBING Top Climate System is a Cooling -
and Climatesystem for agricultural use houses and
industrial buildings.
The system is made of a high pressure plunger
pump with electrical control unit, which pumps wa-
ter in stainless steel pipes. High pressure fogging
nozzles in the pipes are spraying the water with 70
bar (1015 psi) pressure into the rooms. A drain
valve at the end of the nozzle lines open the pres-
sure pipe after the end of the spraying event.
The electronic control unit works with the signals
from a climate computer or a temperature-humidity-
feeler. Additional controls the control unit the cor-
rect function of the pump and the main valve,
checks the supply water pressure and controls the
spraying time. That means a reliable function and a
long life of the pump.
Foreword to the operating manual
These operating manual are designed to familiarize
the user with the machine and its designated
use.The instruction manual contains important in-
formation on how to operate the machine savely,
properly and most efficiently. Observing these in-
structions helps to avoid danger, to reduce repair
costs and downtimes and to increase the reliability
and life of the machine.
The instruction manual is to be supplemented by
the respective national rules and regulations for
accident prevention and environment protec-
tion.The operating instructions must always be
available wherever the machine is in use.
These operating instructions must be read and ap-
plied by any person in charge of carrying out work
with and on the machine.
In addition to the operating instructions and to the
mandatory rules and regulations for accident pre-
vention and environment protection in the country
and place of use of the machine, the generally rec-
ognized technical rules for safe and proper working
must also be observed.
Important: The system has to be controlled manu-
ally, even if there is an implemented alarm- and
controlling system. In extrem climatic situations
even several times a day.

2. Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise
Warnhinweise und Symbole
In der Betriebsanleitung werden folgende Be-
nennungen bzw. Zeichen für besonders wichtige
Angaben benutzt :
Wichtig: Besondere Angaben hinsichtlich der
wirtschaftlichen Verwendung der Maschi-
ne/Anlage.
Achtung: Besondere Angaben bzw. Ge- und
Verbote zur Schadensverhütung.
Gefahr: Angaben bzw. Ge- und Verbote zur
Verhütung von Personenschäden oder umfang-
reichen Sachschäden.
Grundsatz - bestimmungsgemäße Verwen-
dung
Die Maschine / Anlage ist nach dem Stand der
Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechni-
schen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch können bei ihrer
Verwendung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des
Benutzers oder Dritter bzw. Beeinträchtigungen
der Maschine und anderer Sachwerte entste-
hen.
Achtung: Die Maschine / Anlage nur in tech-
nisch einwandfreiem Zustand sowie bestim-
mungsgemäß, sicherheits- und gefahrenbewußt
unter Beachtung der Betriebsanleitung benut-
zen.
Gefahr! Insbesondere Störungen, die die Si-
cherheit beeinträchtigen können, umgehend be-
seitigen (lassen)!
Die Maschine / Anlage ist ausschließlich zum
Kühlen / Klimatisieren bestimmt. Eine andere
oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung, wie
z.B. zum Pumpen anderer Flüssigkeiten als
Wasser gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für
hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der Her-
steller / Lieferer nicht. Das Risiko trägt allein der
Anwender.
Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört
auch das Beachten der Betriebsanleitung und
die Einhaltung der Inspektions- und Wartungs-
bedingungen.
2. Fundamental savety instructions

The following signs and designations are used
in the manual to designate instructions of par-
ticular importance.
Important (refers to special information on how
to use the machine / plant most efficiently)
Attention (refers to special information and / or
orders and prohibitions directed towards pre-
venting damage)
Danger (refers to orders and prohibitions de-
signed prevent injury or extensive damage)
Basic operation and designated use of the
system
The machine / plant has been built in accord-
ance with state-of-the-art standards and the
recognized savety rules. Nevertheless, its use
may constitute a risk to life and limb of the user
or of third parties, or cause damage to the ma-
chine and to other material property.
Attention: The machine / plant must only be
used in technically perfect conditions in accord-
ance with its designated use and the instruc-
tions set out in the operating manual, and only
by savety-conscious persons who are fully
aware of the risks involved in operating the ma-
chine / plant.
Danger! Any functional disorders, especially
those affecting the savety of the machine /
plant, should thereforebe rectified immediately.
The machine / plant is designed exclusivly for
Cooling- and Air-Conditioning systems. Using
the machine / plant for purposes other than
those mentioned above (such as pumping of
other liquids than water) is considered contrary
to its designated use. The manufacturer / sup-
plier cannot be held liable for any damage re-
sulting from such use. The risk of such misuse
lies entirely with the user.
Operating the machine within the limits of its
designated use also involves observing the in-
structions set out in the operating manual and
complying with the inspection and maintenance
directives.

Organisatorische Maßnahmen
Achtung: Die Betriebsanleitung ständig am
Einsatzort der Maschine / Anlage (im Werkzeug-
fach oder dem dafür vorgesehenen Behälter)
griffbereit aufbewahren!
Ergänzend zur Betriebsanleitung allgemeingülti-
ge gesetzliche und sonstige verbindliche Rege-
lungen zur Unfallverhütung und zum Umwelt-
schutz beachten und anweisen!
Derartige Pflichten können auch z.B. den Um-
gang mit Gefahrstoffen oder das Zurverfügungs-
tellen / Tragen persönlicher Schutzausrüstun-
gen oder straßenverkehrsrechtlicher Regelun-
gen betreffen.
Betriebsanleitung um Anweisung einschließlich
Aufsichts- und Meldepflichten zur Berücksichti-
gung betrieblicher Besonderheiten, z.B. hin-
sichtlich Arbeitsorganisation, Arbeitsabläufen,
eingesetztem Personal, ergänzen.
Das mit Tätigkeiten an der Maschine beauftrag-
te Personal muß vor Arbeitsbeginn die Be-
triebsanleitung, und hier besonders das Kapitel
Sicherheitshinweise, gelesen haben. Während
des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu spät! Dies gilt in
besonderem Maße für nur gelegentlich , z.B.
beim Rüsten, Warten, an der Maschine tätig
werdendes Personal.
Zumindest gelegentlich sicherheits- und gefah-
renbewußtes Arbeiten des Personals unter Be-
achtung der Betriebsanleitung kontrollieren.
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise an der
Maschine / Anlagen beachten.
Alle Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise an / auf
der Maschine vollzählig in lesbarem Zustand
halten!
Gefahr! Bei sicherheitsrelevanten Änderungen
der Maschine / Anlage oder ihres Betriebsver-
haltens Maschine / Anlage sofort stillsetzen und
Störung der zuständigen Stelle / Person mel-
den!
Keine Veränderungen, An- und Umbauten an
der Maschine / Anlage, die die Sicherheit beein-
trächtigen könnten, ohne Genehmigung des Lie-
ferers vornehmen!
Dies gilt auch für den Einbau und die Einstel-
lung von Sicherheitseinrichtungen und -ventilen
sowie für das Schweißen an tragenden Teilen.
Ersatzteile müssen den vom Hersteller festge-
legten technischen Anforderungen entsprechen.
Dies ist bei Orginalersatzteilen gewährleistet.
Gefahr! Keine Programmänderungen (Soft-
ware) an programmierbaren Steuersystemen-
vornehmen!
Organizational measures
Attention: The operating instruction must al-
ways be at and at the place of use of the ma-
chine / plant, e.g. stowing them in the tool com-
partment or tool box provided for such purpose.
In addition to the operating instructions, ob-
serve and instruct the user in all other generally
applicable legal and other mandatory regula-
tions relevant to accident prevention and envi-
ronment protection.
These compulsory regulations may also deal
with the handling of hazardoussubstances, is-
suing and / or wearing of personal protective
equipment, or traffic regulations.
The operating instructions must be supple-
mented by instructions covering the duties in-
volved in supervising and notifying special or-
ganizational features, such as job organization,
working sequences or the personnel entrusted
with the work.
Personnel entrusted with work on the machine
must have read the operating instructions and
in paricular the chapter on savety before begin-
ning work. Reading the instructions after work
has begun is to late! This applies especially to
persons working only occasionally on the ma-
chine, e.g. during setting up or maintenance.
Check - at least from time to time - whether the
personnel is carrying out the work in compli-
ance with the operating instructions and paying
attention to risk and savety factors.
Observe all savety instructions and warnings at-
tached to the machine / plant.
See to it that savety instructions and warnings
attached to the machine are always complete
and perfectly legible.
Danger! In the event of savety-relevant modifi-
cations or changes in the behaviour of the ma-
chine / plant during operation, stop the machine
/ plant immediately and report the malfunction
to the competent authority / person.
Never make any modifikations, additions or
conversions which might affect savety without
the supplier's approval. This also applies to the
installation andadjustment of savety devices
and valves as well as to welding work on load-
bearing elements.
Spare parts must comply with the technical re-
quirements specified by the manufacturer.
Spare parts from original equipment manufac-
turers can berelied to do so.
Danger! Never modify the software of pro-
grammable control systems.

Achtung: Hydraulik-Schlauchleitungen in den
angegebenen bzw. in angemessenen Zeitab-
ständen auswechseln, auch wenn keine sicher-
heitsrelevanten Mängel erkennbar sind!
Vorgeschriebene oder in der Betriebsanleitung
angegebene Fristen für wiederkehrende Prü-
fungen / Inspektionen einhalten!
Zur Durchführung von Instandhaltungsmaß-
nahmen ist eine der Arbeit angemessene Werk-
stattausrüstung unbedingt notwendig.
Standort und Bedienung von Feuerlöschern be-
kanntmachen!
Die Brandmelde- und Brandbekämpfungsmög-
lichkeiten beachten!
Personalauswahl und -qualifikation; grund-
sätzliche Pflichten
Arbeiten an / mit der Maschine / Anlage dürfen
nur von zuverlässigem Personal durchgeführt
werden. Gesetzlich zulässiges Mindestalter be-
achten!
Nur geschultes oder unterwiesenes Personal
einsetzen, Zuständigkeiten des Personals für
das Bedienen, Rüsten, Warten, Instandsetzen
klar festlegen!
Sicherstellen, daß nur dazu beauftragtes Perso-
nal an der Maschine tätig wird!
Maschinenführer-Verantwortung - auch im Hin-
blick auf verkehrsrechtliche Vorschriften - fest-
legen und ihm das Ablehnen sicherheitswidriger
Anweisungen Dritter ermöglichen!
Zu schulendes, anzulernendes, einzuweisendes
oder im Rahmen einer allgemeinen Ausbildung
befindliches Personal nur unter ständiger Auf-
sicht einer erfahrenen Person an der Maschine /
Anlage tätig werden lassen!
Arbeiten an elektrischen Ausrüstungen der Ma-
schine / Anlage dürfen nur von einer Elektro-
fachkraft oder von unterwiesenen Personen un-
ter Leitung und Aufsicht einer Elektrofachkraft
gemäß den elektrotechnischen Regeln vorge-
nommen werden.
An hydraulischen Einrichtungen darf nur Perso-
nal mit speziellen Kenntnissen und Erfahrungen
in der Hydraulik arbeiten!
Lärm
Schallschutzeinrichtungen an der Maschine /
Anlage, wie z.B Gehäuseabdeckungen, müssen
während des Betriebes in Schutzstellung bzw.
geschlossen sein.
Vorgeschriebenen persönlichen Gehörschutz
tragen!
Attention: Replace hydraulics hoses within
stipulated and appropriate intervals even if no
savety-relevant defects have been detected.
Adhere to prescribed intervals or those speci-
fied in the operating instructions for routine
checks and inspections.
For the execution of maintenance work, tools
and workshop equipment adapted to the task
on hand are absolutely indispensable.
The personnel must be familiar with the location
and operation of fire extinguishers.
Observe all fire-warning and fire-fighting proce-
dures.
Selection and qualification of personnel -
Basic responsibilities
Any work on and with the machine / plant must
be executed by reliablepersonnel only. Statuto-
ry minimum age limits must be observed.
Employ only trained or instructed staff and set
out clearly the individual responsibilities of the
personnel for operation, set-up, maintenance
and repair.
Make sure that only authorized personnel works
on or with the machine!
Define the machine operator's responsibilities -
also with regard to observing traffic regulations
- giving the operator the authority to refuse in-
structions by third parties that are contrary to
savety.
Do not allow persons to be trained or instructed
or persons taking part in a general training
course to work on or with the machine / plant-
without being permanently supervised by an
experienced person.
Work on the electrical system and equipment of
the machine / plant must be carried out only by
a skilled electrician or by instructed persons
under the supervision and guidance of a skilled
electrician and in accordance with electrical en-
gineering rules and regulations.
Work on the hydraulic system must be carried
out only by personnel with special knowledge
and experience of hydraulic equipment.
Noise
During operation, all sound baffles must be
closed.
Always wear the prescribed ear protectors.

Sicherheitshinweise zu bestimmten Be-
triebsphasen
Normalbetrieb:
Gefahr! Jede sicherheitsbedenkliche Arbeits-
weise unterlassen!
Maßnahmen treffen, damit die Maschine / Anla-
ge nur in sicherem und funktionsfähigem Zu-
stand betrieben wird!
Maschine nur betreiben, wenn alle Schutzein-
richtungen und sicherheitsbedingte Einrichtun-
gen wie z.B. lösbare Schutzeinrichtungen, Not-
Aus-Einrichtungen, Schalldämmungen, Absau-
geinrichtungen, vorhanden und funktionsfähig
sind!
Mindestens einmal pro Schicht Maschine / An-
lage auf äußerlich erkennbare Schäden und
Mängel prüfen! Eingetretene Veränderungen
(einschließlich des Betriebsverhaltens) sofort
der zuständigen Stelle / Person melden!
Maschine ggf. stillsetzen und sichern!
Bei Funktionsstörungen Maschine / Anlage so-
fort stillsetzen und sichern!
Störungen umgehend beseitigen lassen!
Ein- und Ausschaltvorgänge, Kontrollanzeigen
gemäß Betriebsanleitung beachten!
Vor Einschalten / Ingangsetzen der Maschine /
Anlage sicherstellen, daß niemand durch die an-
laufende Maschine / Anlage gefährdet werden
kann!
Sonderarbeiten im Rahmen der Nutzung der
Maschine / Anlage und Instandhaltungstätigkei-
ten sowie Störungsbeseitigung im Arbeitsablauf;
Entsorgung:
Wichtig: In der Betriebsanleitung vorgeschrie-
bene Einstell-, Wartungs- und Inspektionstätig-
keiten und -termine einschließlich Angaben zum
Austausch von Teilen / Teilausrüstungen einhal-
ten! Diese Tätigkeiten darf nur Fachpersonal
durchführen.
Bedienungspersonal vor Beginn der Durchfüh-
rung von Sonder- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
informieren! Aufsichtsführenden benennen.
Bei allen Arbeiten, die den Betrieb, die Produk-
tionsanpassung, die Umrüstung oder die Ein-
stellung der Maschine / Anlage und ihrer sicher-
heitsbedingten Einrichtungen sowie Inspektion,
Wartung und Reparatur betreffen, Ein- und Aus-
schaltvorgänge gemäß der Betriebsanleitung
und Hinweise für Instandhaltungsarbeiten be-
achten!
Instandhaltungsbereich, soweit erforderlich,
weiträumig absichern!
Savety instructions governing specific op-
erational phases
Standard operation:
Danger! Avoid any operational mode that might
be prejudicial to savety!
Take the necessary precautions to ensure that
the machine is used only when in a safe and re-
liable state!
Operate the machine only if all protective and
savety-orientated devices, such as removable
savety devices, emergency shut-off equipment,
soundproofing elements and exhausters, are in
place and fully functional!
Check the machine / plant at least once per
working shift for obvious damage and defects.
Report any changes ( incl. changes in the ma-
chine's working behaviour ) to the competent
organization / person immediately. If necessary,
stop the machine immediately and lock it.
In the event of malfunctions, stop the machine /
plant immediately and lock it.
Have any defects rectified immediately.
During start-up and shot-down procedures al-
ways watch the indicators in accordance with
the operating instructions.
Before starting up or setting the machine / plant
in motion, make sure that nobody is at risk.
Special work in conjunction with utilization of
the machine / plant and maintenance and re-
pairs during operation; disposal of parts and
consumables:
Important: Observe the adjustment, mainte-
nance and inspection activities and intervals set
out in the operating instructions, including in-
formation on the replacement of parts and
equipment. These activities may be executed
by skilled personnel only.
Brief operating personnel before beginning
special operations and maintenance work, and
appoint a person to supervise the activities.
In any work concerning the operation, conver-
sion or adjustment of the machine and its
savety-orientated devices or any work related to
maintenance, inspection and repair, always ob-
serve the start-up and shut-down procedures
set out in the operating instructions and the in-
formation on maintenance work.
Ensure that the maintenance area is adequately
secured.

Achtung: Ist die Maschine / Anlage bei War-
tungs- und Reparaturarbeiten komplett ausge-
schaltet, muß sie gegen unerwartetes Wieder-
einschalten gesichert werden:
- Hauptbefehlseinrichtungen verschließen und
Schlüssel abziehen und / oder
- am Hauptschalter Warnschild anbringen.
Maschine, und hier insbesondere Anschlüsse
und Verschraubungen, zu Beginn der Wartung /
Reparatur von Öl, Kraftstoff oder Pflegemitteln
reinigen!
Vor dem Reinigen der Maschine mit Wasser
oder Dampfstrahl (Hochdruckreiniger) oder an-
deren Reinigungsmittel alle Öffnungen abde-
cken / zukleben, in die aus Sicherheits- und /
oder Funktionsgründen kein Wasser / Dampf /
Reinigungsmittel eindringen darf. Besonders ge-
fährdet sind Elektromotoren und Schaltschrän-
ke.
Nach dem Reinigen sind die Abdeckungen /
Verklebungen vollständig zu entfernen!
Bei Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten ge-
löste Schraubenverbindungen stets festziehen!
Gefahr! Ist die Demontage von Sicherheitsein-
richtungen beim Rüsten, Warten und Reparie-
ren erforderlich, hat unmittelbar nach Abschluß
der Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten die Re-
montage und Überprüfung der Sicherheitsein-
richtungen zu erfolgen.
Für sichere und umweltschonende Entsorgung
von Betriebs- und Hilfsstoffen sowie Austausch-
teilen sorgen!
Hydraulik, Pneumatik
Achtung: Arbeiten an hydraulischen Einrichtun-
gen dürfen nur Personen mit speziellenKennt-
nissen und Erfahrungen in der Hydraulik durch-
führen!
Alle Leitungen, Schläuche und Verschraubun-
gen regelmäßig auf Undichtigkeiten und äußer-
lich erkennbare Beschädigungen überprüfen!
Beschädigungen umgehend beseitigen! Her-
ausspritzendes Öl/Wasser kann zu Verletzun-
gen und Bränden führen.
Zu öffnende Systemabschnitte und Druckleitun-
gen vor Beginn der Reparaturarbeiten drucklos
machen.
Hydraulikleitungen fachgerecht verlegen und
montieren ! Anschlüsse nicht verwechseln!
Wichig: Armaturen, Länge und Qualität der
Schlauchleitungen müssen den Anforderungen
entsprechen.
Attention: If the machine / plant is completely
shut down for maintenance and repair work, it
must be secured against inadvertent starting by:
- locking the principal control elements and re-
moving the ignition key and / or
- attaching a warning sign to the main switch.
Clean the machine, especially connections and
threated unions, of any traces of oil, fuel or pre-
servatives before carrying out maintenance / re-
pair.
Before cleaning the machine with water, steam
jet (high pressure cleaning) or detergents, cover
or tape up all openings which - for savety and
functional reasons - must be protected against
water, steam or detergent penetration. Special
care must be taken with electrical motors and
switchgear cabinets.
After cleaning, remove all covers and tapes ap-
plied for the purpose!
Always tighten any screwed connections that
have been loosened during maintenance and
repair.
Danger! Any savety devices removed for set-
up, maintenance or repair purposes must be re-
fitted and checked immediately upon completion
of the maintenance and repair work.
Ensure that all consumables and replaced parts
are disposed of savely and with minimum envi-
ronment impact.
Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
Attention: Work on hydraulic equipment may be
carried out only by persons having special
knowledge and experience in hydraulic systems.
Check all lines, hoses and screwed connections
regulary for leaks and obvious damage.
Repair damage immediately. Splashed oil/water
may cause injury and fire.
Depressurize all systems sections all system
sections and pressure pipes (hydraulic system)
to be removed in accordance with the specific
instructions for the unit concerned before carry-
ing out any repair work.
Hydraulic lines must be laid and fitted properly.
Ensure that no connections are not inter-
changed.
Important: The fittings, lenghts and quality of
the hoses must comply with the technical re-
quirements.

Hinweise auf besondere Gefahrenarten
Elektrische Energie
Achtung: Nur Orginalsicherungen mit vorge-
schriebener Stromstärke verwenden!
Bei Störungen in der elektrischen Energiever-
sorgung Maschine / Anlage sofort abschalten!
Arbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen oder Be-
triebsmitteln dürfen nur von einer Elektrofach-
kraft oder von unterwiesenen Personen unter
Leitung und Aufsicht einer Elektrofachkraft den
elektrotechnischen Regeln entsprechend vorge-
nommen werden.
Maschinen- und Anlagenteile, an denen Inspek-
tions-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch-
geführt werden, müssen - falls vorgeschrieben -
spannungsfrei geschaltet werden. Die freige-
schalteten Teile zuerst auf Spannungsfreiheit
prüfen dann erden und kurzschließen sowie be-
nachbarte, unter Spannung stehende Teile, iso-
lieren!
Sind Arbeiten an spannungsführenden Teilen
notwendig, eine zweite Person hinzuziehen, die
im Notfall den Not-Aus- bzw. den Hauptschalter
mit Spannungsauslösung betätigt.
Arbeitsbereich mit einer rot-weißen Sicherungs-
kette und einem Warnschild absperren.
Nur spannungsisoliertes Werkzeug benutzen!
Bei Arbeiten an Hochspannungsbaugruppen
nach dem Freischalten der Spannung das Ver-
sorgungskabel an Masse anschließen und die
Bauteile mit einem Erdungskabel kurzschließen!
Vor allen Arbeiten an der Steuerung muß diese
stromlos gemacht werden. Dazu die Anlage am
Hauptschalter an der Pumpe ausschalten und
Netzstecker abziehen bzw. Anschlußkabel ab-
klemmen.
Anschluß- und Verdrahtungsänderungen dürfen
nur von einer Fachkraft durchgeführt werden.
Die Steuerung nicht in der Nähe brennbarer Ma-
terialien installieren. Staubschicht regelmäßig
entfernen.
Die Steuerung nicht direktem Wasser aussetz-
ten. Der Installationsort muß trocken und sauber
gehalten werden.
Es dürfen nur Personen die Anlage bedienen
und warten, die eingewiesen wurden und mit
der Anlage vertraut sind.
Die Steuerung immer mit der vorgeschriebenen
Spannung betreiben (siehe technische Daten).
Warning of special dangers
Electric energy
Attention: Use only original fuses with the spec-
ified current rating. Switch off the machine /
plant immediately if trouble occurs in the electri-
cal system!
Works on the electrical system or equipment
may only be carried out by a skilled electrician
himself or by specially instructed personnel un-
der the control and supervision of such electri-
cian and in accordance with the applicable elec-
trical engineering rules.
If provided for in the regulations, the power sup-
ply to parts of machines and plants, on which
inspection, maintenance and repair work is to be
carried out must be cut off. Before starting any
work, check the de-energized parts for the pres-
ence of power and ground or short-circuit them
in addition to insulating adjacent live parts and
elements.
Necessary work on live parts and elements and
elements must be carried out only in the pres-
ence of a second person who can cut off the
power supply in case of danger by actuating the
emergency shut-off or main power switch.
Secure the working area with a red-and-white
safety chain and a warning sign.
Use insulated tools only.
Before starting work on high-voltage assemblies

grounding rod.
Before using the controller read the operator’s
manual and follow the safety precautions!
Before repairing and maintenance the controller
disconnect it from power supply. Switch off the
system at the pump and pull out the mains plug
or disconnect the power supply cable.
All clampings have to be done by a profession.
Never install the controller beneath burnable
materials. Clean it regulary.
Never put the controller into direct water. The
position of installation must be dry and clean.
The controller should be operated, serviced and
repaired by persons familiar with it’s characteris-
tics and aquainted with the relevant safety rules.
Always connect the controller to the correct
power supply voltage (see technical datas).

3. Montage- und Betriebsanleitung
Montageanleitung
Das Klima System wird im allgemeinen in Kom-
ponenten als Baukastensystem geliefert. Jedes
Gerät ist in der Auslegung auf die Erfordernisse
des individuellen Kunden ausgelegt.
Komponenten des Baukastensystems
Pumpaggregat:
Stellen Sie das Pumpaggregat auf eine ebene,
saubere Bodenfläche, die leicht zugänglich und
ausreichend belüftet ist. Entfernen Sie die
Schutzfolien von den angebrachten Hochdruck-
schläuchen und schließen Sie diese an die Dü-
senleitungen an.
Filterbatterie:
Montieren Sie die vorgefertigte Filterbatterie in
der Nähe des Pumpaggregates waagerecht an
eine Wand oder Halterung. Achten Sie unbe-
dingt auf die Einbaurichtung! Auf den Filterein-
sätzen sind Filtergrößen eingepresst (20 Micron,
10 Micron, 5 Micron, 1 Micron). Das Wasser
muß die Filterbatterie in dieser Richtung durch-
strömen. Dies gewährleistet eine optimale Auf-
bereitung des Versorgungswassers und eine
lange Lebensdauer der Filterpatronen.
Nach dem ersten Anschluß an die Wasserver-
sorgung mit einem 3/4" - Schlauch kann der am
Gehäuse angebrachte Hand-Absperrhahn ge-
öffnet und somit die Filter unter Wasser gesetzt
werden.
Vor dem Enschalten der Anlage die Filter entlüf-
ten: Öffnen Sie die Entlüftungsventile solange,
bis nur noch Wasser austritt. Sollte bei norma-
lem Leitungsdruck Wasser aus einem oder
mehreren Filtergehäusen austreten, muß über-
prüft werden, ob der untere Dichtring im Filter-
gehäuse vorhanden ist, oder ob das einge-
schraubte Untergehäuse fest angezogen ist.
Das einzelne Filterelement besteht hierbei aus:
- Oberem Filtergehäuse mit Entlüftung (blau)
- Unterem Filtergehäuse mit weißer Filterpatro-
ne und eingelegtem unteren Dichtring (weiß)
und oberen schwarzem O-Ring.
Achten Sie beim späteren Austausch von ver-
brauchten Filterpatronen darauf, daß der O-Ring
gereinigt und leicht eingefettet wird (z.B. mit Va-
seline)!
Achten Sie unbedingt auf die richtige Reihenfol-
ge der Filterpatronen!
Wichtig: Bei Verwendung einer chem. Filterpat-
rone (5 Micron) diese regelmäßig (2 mal pro
Jahr oder nach 150 m3Durchfluß) wechseln.
3. Mounting and operating instructions
Assembly description
The Cooling System is usual delivered in a box
as compact unitor as unit composed system.
Every system is layed out to the individual case
of need of the customer.
Composed system
Motor-pump-unit:
Place the pump-unit on a plane surface which is
easily accessible and good ventilated. Remove
the sheets from the high pressure tubes and fit
the tubes to the mounted nozzle lines.
Important: Take care, that the nozzle lines are
free of impurity and dirt. So youguaranty a per-
fect operation of the nozzles.
Filter-elements:
Mount the fitted filter elements in the near of the
pump on a wall orsupport. Take care that you
mount up in the right direction! You can see on
the filter cartridges the numbers of filter size,
e.g. 20, 10, 5, 1 MICRON.
Mount up the filter element in this direction. This
guarantee a good function and a long life of the
filter cartridges.
After the first connection to the water supply
with the 3/4 "- tube you have to open the supply
ball valve and fill the filter elements with water.
Before the first spraying operation it's essential
to remove the air from the filter elements with
the fitted de-aerate valves on the filter housings.
Please open these valves until you have no air
lock in the housings and only water output. If
you have a leak at an element you have to
check the excist of the lower washer or the right
seat of the lower filter housing.
The single Filter-element consists:
- Upper Filter housing with de-aerate valve
(blue)
- Lower Filter housing with a white filter car-
tridge and lower washer (white) and upper O-
ring (black)
When changing the filters take care, that the O-
ring is cleaned and lubricated (for example with
vaseline)!
Take care of the right sequenze of the filters!
Important: When using a chemical filter (5 mi-
cron) take care of a change in time (2 times in a
jear or after 150 m3 waterflow).

Montage der Düsenlinien
Die Düsenrohre werden mit den
mitgelieferten Edelstahl-Schneid-
ringverschraubungen zu Düsenli-
nien zusammengesetzt. Dabei wie
folgt vorgehen:
Schneidring leicht einölen!
Überwurfmutter bis zur fühlbaren
Anlage mit der Hand aufschrau-
ben. Rohr gegen den Anschlag im
Innenkonus drücken.
Achtung! Nichtanliegen des Rohr-
endes am Anschlag führt zur
Fehlmontage.
Überwurfmutter max. 1½ Umdre-
hungen anziehen.
Überwurfmutter lösen und kontrol-
lieren, ob der sichtbare Bund den
Raum vor der Schneide ausfüllt.
Mutter wieder anziehen.
Nach jedem Lösen ist der Anzug
der Überwurfmutter ohne erhöhten
Kraftaufwand vorzunehmen.
Stutzen immer gegenhalten!
Achtung! Verschraubungen nie-
mals auf Biegung belasten! Dü-
senlinien deshalb immer in endgül-
tiger Position montieren und wäh-
rend der Montage abstützen. Dü-
senlinien nicht am Boden montie-
ren!
Düsenlinien so drehen, dass die
Düsen 5-10° nach oben zeigen.
Bei beidseitig sprühenden Linien
Düsen ebenfalls nach oben rich-
ten.
Mounting of the nozzle lines
The nozzles lines have to be fitted
with the attached stainless steel
couplings. The procedure is like
the following:
Oil the cutting ring softly!
Screw on the nut by hand. Press
the tube into the coupling piece.
Attention! If the tube is not laying
against the coupling piece, the
mounting will not be successful.
Tighten the nut at most 1½
rounds. To control the number of
rounds use a mark.
Remove the nut and make sure,
that the bundle in front of the edge
is filling the complete space. Tight-
en the nut again.
After each removing of the nut
tighten it without more power.
Always hold the coupling piece!
Attention! Never bend the cutting
ring coupling! Allways mount the
nozzles lines in its final position
Support the lines while mounting.
Never mount the nozzle lines on
the floor!
Turn the nozzlelines in that way,
the nozzles are spraying 5-10°
upwards. Also in nozzlelines with
alternating spraying nozzles turn
the nozzles upwards.

Es ist Silikonfett zu verwenden,
das widerstandsfähig gegen
chemische Flüssigkeiten und
korrosive Gase/Luft ist.
1) Pressmuffe prüfen.
Die O-Ringe müssen an
ihrem Platz und
unbeschädigt sein.
Es dürfen keine Schmutz-
oder Reststoffe in der
Muffe sein.
2) Rohre durch die
Dichtungen bis zum
Anschlag schieben.
3) Rohre mit dem Spezial-
Presswerkzeug verbinden/
abdichten.
4) Rohr und Pressmuffe ver-
binden, indem Rohr und
Muffe gleichzeitig mit
leichtem Druck gedreht
werden. Das Rohr darf
nicht nach oben und unten
verwackelt werden, da
damit die Dichtung be-
schädigt werden kann.
Sollten Probleme auftreten, ist
möglicherweise nicht ausreichend
entgratet worden. Entgraten
wiederholen.
Presswerkzeug
1) Rohr und Pressmuffe mit
dem Presswerkzeug
zusammenpressen.
Die Backen greifen um die
Erhebung und pressen
Rohr und Muffe dicht.
Nach etwa 6 Sekunden ist
ein Klick zu hören und die
Verbindung ist fertig.
2) Das andere Ende der
Muffe ebenso pressen.
Knopf 1zum Zusammenpressen
der Backen drücken.
Knopf 2gleichzeitig zum Lösen
der Backen drücken.
Zum Öffnen wie abgebildet auf die
Backen drücken, damit sie über
das Rohr gesteckt oder abge-
nommen werden können.

age the packing.
In case of problems, these may be
caused by insufficient deburring
and the process may have to be
repeated.

with the press tool. The
jaws grab round the el-
evation, pressing the
pipe and sleeve tightly
together.
After approx. 6 sec-
onds, a click sounds
and the joint is com-
pleted.
2) Press the other end of
the sleeve in the same
way.
Push button 1to press the jaws
together.
Push button 2 at the same time to
release the jaws.
Press the jaws as illustrated in the
photo to open the jaws so that they
can be positioned on/removed
from the pipe.

LUBING FlexClamp System
Mit dem FlexClamp System ist es
möglich, nach der Montage der
Druckleitung im Stall die Sprühdü-
sen zu setzen.
Achtung: Für das FlexClamp
System dürfen nur die Rohrlei-
tungen Art.Nr. 7827 verwendet
werden. Nur dieses Rohr kann
mit der Lochzange Art.Nr. 7880
gelocht werden!
Dieses Rohr kann jedoch nicht ge-
bogen werden. An Biegestellen
das Anschlußrohr Art.Nr. 7327
verwenden.
Druckleitung lochen
Die Druckleitungen mit dem Rohr-
halter Art. Nr. 7830 an der Wand
befestigen oder mit einem Spann-
draht (siehe Abbildung S. 17) von
der Decke abhängen.
Mit der Lochzange die Löcher
gleichmäßig verteilen. Wenn mög-
lich, Löcher vor die Zuluft plazie-
ren.
An der Lochzange kann mit der
Lybelle der Lochwinkel eingestellt
und beim Lochen überprüft wer-
den. Die Düsen sollten ca. 5-10°
nach oben sprühen.
Wichtig: Beim Lochen die Zange
ganz zusammendrücken, um ei-
nen optimalen Dichtsitz am Rohr
zu erhalten.
FlexClamp Düsen montieren
Die FlexClamp Düse am Loch auf
das Rohr setzen. Die weiße Dich-
tung an der Düse muß dabei mittig
im Dichtsitz des Rohres sitzen.
Mit dem Montageschlüssel Art.Nr.
7840 die FlexClamp Düse auf das
Rohr drehen. Die FlexClamp Düse
darf dabei nicht verkanten und
nicht schräg stehen. Mit beiden
Händen arbeiten.
LUBING FlexClamp System
The FlexClamp System allows
mounting the nozzles, when the
Pressure pipes are allready in-
stalled.
Attention: Use the pipe Art.no.
7827. Only this pipe can be
punched with the punch tong
Art.no. 7880.
It is not possible to bend this pipe.
For bending use the pipe Art.no.
7327.
Punch pressure pipe
Fix the pressure pipe with the
Tube clip 7830 on the wall or
mount it with a tension wire (see
page 17) under the ceiling.
With the punching tong make the
holes into the pipe. Locate the
holes regulary, if possible near to
the inlets.
With the lybelle on the punching
tong the mounting angle can be
adjusted and controlled. This angle
should be 5-10° upwards.
Important: Press the tong while
punching totally to its limits. This
make sure, that the sealing seat on
the pipe is ok.
Mounting the FlexClamp nozzles
Put the FlexClamp nozzle at the
hole onto the pipe. The white seal-
ing must be exact in the center of
the sealing seat of the pipe.
With the mounting tool Art.no.
7840 rotate the FlexClamp itself
onto the pipe. Make sure, that the
Clamp is in the correct position.

Weitere Montagehinweise
Hochdruckventil 7152
Das Hochdruckventil für Mehrab-
teilställe wird mit den Endver-
schraubungen Art.Nr. 7415 mit
dem Rohrsystem verbunden
(P=Eingang, A=Ausgang). Wenn
das Ventil schließt, wird die ang-
schlossene Sprühlinie entlastet.
Das Wasser muß über einen
Schlauch abgeleitet werden.
Kugelhahn 7425
Am Leitungsende wird ein mit der
Endverschraubung Art.Nr. 7415
ein Kugelhahn Art.Nr. 7425 mon-
tiert. Zum Spülen der Leitungen
kann dieser Hahn geöffnet wer-
den. Dazu an der Steuerung unter
Sonderfunktion die Spülfunktion
aufrufen (Seite 31).
Abgehängte Montage der Dü-
senlinie
Düsenlinien können mit einem
Spanndraht abgehängt werden.
Den Spanndraht alle 3m nach
oben abhängen. Die Düsenlinien
mit Art.Nr. 7430 oder mit Kabel-
bindern am Spanndraht befesti-
gen:

High pressure valve 7152
Connect the high pressure valve
for multi houses with the endcon-
nector Art.no. 7415 to the pressure
pipe (P=Input, A=Output). When
the valve closes, it releases the
pressure pipe. Discharge the water
over a hose.
Ball valve 7425
At the end of a line a ball vave
Art.no. 7425 has to be connected
with the pressure pipe with the
endconnector Art.no. 7415. Open
the ball valve for flushing the line.
Therefore switch the controller into
flushing mode in the menu special
function (page 31).
Mounting the nozzle lines with
tension wire
Nozzle lines can be mounted with
tension wire. Fix this wire every 3m
to the ceiling. Mount the nozzle
lines itself to the tension wire with
Art.no. 7430 or with cable con-
nector:

Druckentlastung
Um ein Nachsprühen der Düsen nach Abschal-
ten der Pumpe zu verhindern, muß die Drucklei-
tung entlastet werden. Dies wird mit einem
elektrischen Druckentlastungsventil direkt an
der Pumpe oder mit mechanischen Ablaßventi-
len am Ende jeder Sprühleitung erreicht.
Die Schaltzeit für das elektrische Druckentlas-
tungsventil wird im Werk auf 2 sec. eingestellt.
Soll die Leitung leerlaufen, kann die Schaltzeit
am Controller erhöht werden (siehe Controller
Handbuch).
Stalleinweichen
Die Anlage kann auch zum Einweichen des
Stalles verwendet werden. Dazu am LUBING
Controller die Funktion „Einweichen“ aufrufen
und aktivieren.
Pressure relieve
To prevent spraying under low pressure it is im-
portant to relieve the pressure of the nozzle
lines. An electrical pressure relieve valve direct-
ly at the pump unit or a mechanical valve at the
end of each pipe is doing this work.
The operating time of the electrical pressure re-
lieve valve should be 2 sec. For draining the
nozzle lines it is possible to increase the operat-
ing time (see user manual controller).
House soaking
It’s possible to soak the house with the System.
Therefor switch on the function „Wetting“ on the
Big Dutchman Controller.
Wichtig: Achten Sie darauf, daß keine Fremd-
körper oder Schmutz in das Leitungssystem ge-
langen. So stellen Sie sicher, daß die Düsen
später einwandfrei arbeiten.
Enschrauben der Düsen:
Wichtig! Vor dem Einschrauben der Düsen
die Düsenleitungen komplett durchspülen.
Nur so ist eine einwandfreie Reiningung von
Transport- oder Montageschmutz gewähr-
leistet.
Die Düsen handfest einschrauben (ca. 1 –1,5
Nm). Beim Einschrauben auch die Düsenköpfe
auf festen Sitz überprüfen.
Elektrische Anschlüsse:
Die elektrischen Anschlüsse sind von einer
Elektrofachkraft gemäß den Sicherheitshinwei-
sen in der Betriebsanleitung und nach dem mit-
gelieferten Schaltplan vorzunehmen. Der
Schaltplan ist im Anhang (ab S. 47) zu finden.
Vor der ersten Klimatisierung
Sorgen Sie dafür, das vor der Inbetriebnahme
an den Düsenlinien die mechanischen Kugel-
ventile geöffnet und - soweit vorhanden - die
mechanischen Ablaßventile abgeschraubt sind.
Lassen Sie anschließend das Aggregat unter
Beachtung aller Sicherheitshinweise ca. 2 Minu-
ten laufen, sodaß die Druckleitungen mit den
Sprühdüsen nochmals komplett gespült und die
letzten Verunreinigungen entfernt werden.
Nach dem Spühlvorgang die die Kugelhähne
am Leitungsende schließen bzw. die mechani-
schen Ablaßventile - soweit vorhanden - montie-
ren. Mit ¾“ Schläuchen das Wasser vom Ablaß-
ventilentil aus dem Stall leiten.
Important: Take care, that the nozzle lines are
free of impurity and dirt. So you guaranty a per-
fect operation of the nozzles.
Fixing of the nozzles:
Important! Before mounting the nozzles it is
essential to clean the nozzle lines. Be sure,
that the plant is completely free of all kind of
mounting- and transport soil.
Screw in the nozzles handtight (1 –1.5 Nm).
While srewing in the adapter check also the cor-
rect seat of the nozzle heads.
Electrical connections:
Works on the electrical equipment may only be
carried out by a skilled electrician in accordance
with the applicable savety rules and the operat-
ing instruction. You'll find the clamping drawing
at the end of the operating instruction (page 47).
Before the first climate operation
Take care that before the complete starting the
mechanical drain valves are screwed out or all
mechanical valves are opened.
After that set the pump for 2 minutes at work. So
you can clean the mounted nozzle lines again
and remove the last impurities.
After the cleaning session close the ballvalves
at the end of each pipe. Screw in the mechani-
cal drain valves and fit them with ¾“-tubes and
clips. Take care, that the drained water flows
outside of the house

Stillegung und Wiederinbetriebnahme
Wird die Anlage z.B. über die Wintermonate
nicht benutzt, so sollte das Wasser aus den Lei-
tungen abgelassen werden. Dazu die Absperr-
hähne am Leitungsende öffnen und/oder die
mechanischen Ablaßventile abschrauben.
Wichtig: Bei Frostgefahr muß auch die Pumpe
entwässert werden.
Vor jeder Wiederinbetriebnahme müssen die
Leitungen gründlich gespühlt werden. Erst da-
nach die Absperrhähne schließen.
Wichtig: Sorgen Sie dafür, das die Rohrleitun-
gen regelmäßig, spätestens jedoch vor Beginn
einer neuen Kühlperiode gründlich gespült wer-
den.
Wichtig: Auch die Keilriemenspannung regel-
mäßig kontrolieren und ggf. korrigieren. Dazu
kann die Pumpe verschoben werden. Auf exak-
te Flucht der Riemenscheiben achten!

Storing and Restoring
When the system is not in use for exaple in win-
tertime drain the water out of the pipes. To do
that open the valves at the end of each nozzle
line and/or unmount the mechanical drain
valves.
Important: In frosty climates the pump has to
be waterfree also.
Before each restoring of the system clean the
pipes very thorough. Then close the valves.
Important: Clean the plant in the same way in
intervalles, latest at the beginning of a new sea-
son.
Important: Also check the tension belt in inter-
valles an correct if nessesary. Therefor the
pump can be justated. Take care of the straight
line of the pulleys.
The indications for starting please look at "Func-
tion of the control unit".
Desinfektion
Das Desinfizieren mit dem LUBING Top Klima
System ist grundsätzlich möglich. Es sind dabei
aber folgende Punkte zu beachten:
Handelsübliche Desinfektionsmittel* können
verwendet werden, allerdings nur bis zu ei-
ner Dosierung von max. 1%. Für die Dosie-
rung kann der LUBING Medikamentendo-
sierer verwendet werden, er muß dann in
der Saugleitung der Pumpeneinheit montiert
sein (vor den Filtern).
Das verwendete Desinfektionsmittel muß
sich vollständig in Wasser auflösen, es darf
z. B. keine Kristalle bilden, die diese die
Pumpe schädigen können und die Düsen
zusetzen.
Nach der Desinfektion muß die Anlage eini-
ge Minuten mit klarem Wasser gefahren
werden, um Pumpe, Düsen und Leitungen
zu spülen. Um auch die Düsen gründlich zu
spülen, sollten dabei die Kugelhähne am
Leitungsende nicht geöffnet werden.

mittelbereich zu erhalten (Frankfurter Str. 89,

Ausgenommen sind chlorhaltige Desinfektions-
mittel, da diese Schäden an den Systemkompo-
nenten verursachen können.
Disinfecting
Disinfecting with the LUBING top climate system
is in normal possible. Just remember some ad-
vises:
Normal disinfections* can be used up to 1%
concentration in maximum. To put these dis-
infections into the system just use the
LUBING medicator. It has to be mounted in-
to the suctions line of the pump (in front of
the filters).
The disinfection must be totally liquid in the
water, there should be no crystals, because
they will damage the pump and the nozzles.
After disinfecting the whole system must be
flushes with fresh water, to clean pump,
nozzles and lines. To clean even the noz-
zles the ball valves at the end of each line
should be close.
