Flash Patterns
Important! Vehicle roof construction varies for most vehicles as well as driving conditions. Maximum recommended
vehicle speed for safe operation using the magnet mount is 65mph when fitted to a flat area in the center of a vehicle roof
with steel construction. Higher speed could cause the mount to fail, resulting in the light flying o of the vehicle, which
could cause damage to other vehicles, and injury or death to others.
Magentic Mount
Important! The mangetic holding power to the mounting surface is dependent upon the flatness, thickness, condition and
finish of the mounting surface. For maximum magnet strength, follow these recommendations:
1. The vehicle’s mounting surface should be kept clean and free of wax, dirt, dust and foreign particles.
2. The bottom of the magnets’ rubber cover should be kept clean.
3. Always make sure that the mounting surface is flat and that all two (2) magnets are fully secured.
4. Never attempt to secure the magnets to a vehicle that has a fabric or vinyl covering the mounting surface.
5. Make sure the lens is unobstructed so that the light can be seen 360 degrees.
Powering & Operating Warning Light
1. Turn the light bar on by simply inserting the light’s cigarette lighter plug into the vehicle’s power outlet. Press the on/o
button on the back on the cigarette lighter plug. When the light is on, the LED on the plug’s rocker switch will illuminate.
2. To turn o the warning light, remove the cigarette lighter plug from the vehicle’s power socket or position the on/o
switch to o.
3. To change the light pattern, there are seven (7) dierent light patterns to choose from. Press the pattern selector switch
button on the back of the cigarette lighter plug and the light pattern will change. Each time the pattern switch is pressed
the light pattern will change.
Important! The warning light’s cigarette lighter plug has a built-in fuse to protect the light and the vehicle. If the warning light
does not turn on when the plug is inserted into the vehicle power outlet, check the fuse. The fuse is located in the tip of the
plug’s chrome push-in contact which is secured by the plastic nut. Unscrew the nut, and you will have access to the fuse. If
the fuse needs to be replaced use a 5-amp fuse. Follow the reverse procedure to re-assemble fuse back into power plug.

Permanent Mount
Important! When drilling into any vehicle surface, make sure the area is free from any electrical wires, fuel lines, vehicle
upholstery, etc. that could be damaged.

1. Select the desired location on a flat surface for the mini light bar to be mounted. The visibility of the flash and ease of
wiring access should be taken into consideration in the selection of mounting location.
2. Drill four holes using a 6mm drill size. The distance of the four holes must accord with the stands on the mini light bar,
see the Figure.
3. Mount the mini light bar with four M6 screws not provided.
Powering & Operating w/Permanent Mount Switch
Important! This unit is a safety device, and it should be connected to its own separate, fused power point to assure its
continued operation should any other electrical accessory fail.
1. Mount the permanent mount switch to the desired area in the vehicles cab.
2. Remove the cigarette plug by cutting it from the lead, then splicing the three red/black/yellow wires and properly
connecting them to the mated wires on the switch.
3. Connect the red power wire to an inline fuse rated to supply a minimum of 10 amps. Do not exceed the current rating for
the power outlet recommended by vehicle manufacturer.
4. Properly secure the black wire to vehicle for ground. Important! Inadequate grounding and/or shorting of electrical
connections can cause high current arcing, which can cause personal injury and/or severe vehicle damage, including fire.
5. Turn the light bar on by pressing the “I” on the on/o switch.
6. To turn o the light bar, press the “O” on the on/o switch.
7. To change the light pattern, there are seven (7) dierent light patterns to choose from. Press the round pattern selector
momentary button. Each time the button is pressed the light pattern will change.

Cleaning
A scratched, dull or dirty lens can cause a reduction in brightness of warning light. Never use a caustic or petroleum base
cleaner on any surface of the warning light. For best cleaning results, always use household glass cleaner or mild soap with
a soft lint free rag.
