1. Attention
Know your power tools, for your safety read following instruction manual before
operation saw.
1.1 before switch on the machine
1.11 Read the manual carefully to learn the tools applications and
limitations as well as the specific to avoid potential hazards
1.12 This is electrical cutting machine, pls make sure keep children and visitors far
away before operation
1.13 Keep work area clean. Clutter areas and benches invite injuries.
1.14 Consider work area environment. Don’t expose power tools to rain. Don’t use power
tools in damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit. Don’t use tools in presence of
flammable liquids or gases.
1.15 Guard against electric shock, prevent body contact with grounded surfaces. For
example pipes, radiators enclosures.
1.16 Use right tool. Don’t force small tools or attachment to do the job of a heavy-duty
tool. Don’t use tool for purpose not intended.
1.17 Don’t use any cutting tool other than a diamond wheel
1.18 Making sure switch in “OFF” position before plugging in cord
1.19 Prior to use, be sure to check the diamond wheel in such detail as crack, broken
part, bent part and the like. Don’t use a diamond wheel if any of the above defect is found
with the wheel. Also confirm that no abnormality exists by actual test running.
1.20 Maintain tools with care. Keep tools sharp and clean for hest and safety
performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
1.21.Be sure to taken an earth leakage circuit breaker or isolating transformer as electric
shock-preventive measures.
1.22 Don’t use it four cutting of the materials or curve cutting. For doing so, diamond
wheel may be broken or its service life may be remarkable reduce.
1.23 Don’t wipe plastic parts with solvent. Solvent such as gasoline, thinner carbon and
oil containing chlorine annex may damage and crack plastic parts. Do not wipe them with
such solvent. Wipe plastic parts with soft cloth lightly dampened with soapy water.

1.24 Do as following protection pls
A Wear eye protection, the cutting may bring chippings , to protect
your eyes , pls wear the eye protection
B the cutting may bring dust, to protect your nose and your mouth out
of dust, pls wear respirator before operation
C this is powerful machine, while cutting , it may bring noise , to
protect your ear and mind out of noise , pls wear the ear protection
D wear glove before operation, Do not perform any operation
freehand
E while cutting , pls Keep hands out of line of cut blade, it’s sharp and
will bring hurt to hand
F water cooling will help with better cutting performance and greatly
reduce the dust and chipping , so, pls remember to use and keep the water while cutting

1.24 Put the workplace on the portable-table and rest against the slide rack closely. then
cutting it.
1.25 Use clamps or a vise to hold work piece .It is safer than using your hands and free
both hands to operate tools.
2 switch on the machine
2.11 Proceed with cutting operation when full speed has been reached.
2.12 While cutting, the guards should not be disassembled to secure work safety and
stable.
2.13 Never touch diamond wheel while operating.
2.14 Don’t force tool .It will work efficiently and safely under its designed work condition.
2.15 Should the diamond wheel stop or make an abnormal noise while operating,
promptly cut Off the switch.
2.16 Disconnect tools Before servicing and when changing accessories , such as blades ,
bits , cutters.

3.11Check damaged parts. Before further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is
damaged should be carefully checked to ensures that it will operate properly and perform
its intended function-check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, break
age of parts, mounting, and any other conditions that many affect its operation. A guard
or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced.
3.12 Use your tool at lower input than specified on the nameplate , otherwise, the
accuracy may be spoiled and working efficiency, reduced due to motor overload.
4 Consult an authorized service agent in the event of power tools failure.
2. Maintenance.
A Inspecting the diamond wheel:since use of dull diamond wheel cause motor
manufacture and degraded efficiently replace with a new one without delay when
abrasion is noted.
B Inspecting the mounting screws: regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure
that they are properly tight. Should any of the screws loose, retighten them
immediately. Failure to do so could result in serious hazard.
Maintenance of the motor: the motor unit winding is the most important part of this
power tool. Check it carefully to ensure the winding does not become damaged and/or
wet with oil or water. Clean the whole set regularly.

5. Application
5.1 Cut any kind of stones and tiles for decoration.
5.2 Blade can tilt any angle between 00~450.
5.3 The angle ruler on the table can turn any angle between 00~900.
5.4 In the process of cutting, the pump can provide blade with water. This
can increase the life of blade and also decrease dust.
5.5 Put the material on the table, Adjust the parallel guide 15 perpendicular to the incise
track saw blade,then tighten the screw at the end. Fix the ruler parts on the suitable
place of
5.6 User can change components himself, such as blade, rubber tube ect.

----For 45 degree cutting
While angle cutting,first loosen the screw like picture 2, and then adjust motor to
maximum to 45 degree (picture 3 ),pls make sure and tighten the screw before switch on
picture 4
-----Adjust the work table
There are 4 location blocks used to limit of the move area of work table,pls make
sure that the work table is correctly put on the machine,wrong install may lead to tough
movement and drop down of the work table while moving.

Use this location bar , first loosen the end screw , adjust it to the desirable location
and then tighten the end screw , move the work table for cutting

----- Change the cutting disc
Switch off first and wait till no rolling , screw off the 4 screw from picture 8, use the
accessories spanner matched with the machine, put the screw driver through the mid
hole, and release the screw, like picture9

-----fold up the stander
Fold up the stand like picture 10– 2, the effect like picture 10-3,do another stand
same way, the last effect like picture 10-4.
