Locate junction box (D) and mounting points (E) in
the ceiling. Refer to dimensions supplied in client
drawings.
Remove the lens (A) with the included lens tool.
Remove the cartridges (C).
Disconnect LED molex connector (B) by taking a
pointed object and pressing on the two tabs on the
top.
Reflector must be reinstalled with the
screw and plastic washer that was
originally supplied. If not, it can result
in an electrical failure
Make sure to reconnect the wires to
the LED boards correctly

Make electrical connections between main power
(F) and fixture (G). Number of wires may vary.

Fasten fixture to threaded stud (H) using washer (I)
and nuts (J). (If there’s no threaded stud present, the
fixture can be screwed directly onto the ceiling).
Reinstall the cartridge (C) and reconnect the LED
molex connector (B). NOTE: connect black wire into
the negative (-) terminal and the white wire into
(+) positive terminal. Make sure that the wires are
not hiding any LED diode. Screw the cartridge back
in place by using screw with plastic washer. Do not
apply too much pressure. Put the lens (A) back in place.
For a continuous system, locate junction box (D)
and mounting points (E) in the ceiling. Refer to
dimensions [*] supplied in client drawings. Remove the lenses (A) of all the fixtures in the run
with the included lens tool.
Disconnect LED molex connector (B) by taking a
pointed object and pressing on the two tabs on the
top.

Align both fixtures using aligners (K) and connect
wires between joining fixtures using quick
connectors (L). Number of wires may vary.

Locate mounting points of the second fixture and
install the fixture. Fasten the second fixture to
threaded stud (H) using washers (I) and nuts (J)
without overtighten.
Fasten the first fixture to threaded stud (H) using
washers (I) and nuts (J).
Make electrical connections between the first fixture
(G) and main power (F).

Remove all the end LED cartridges (C).
Join fixtures together and Secure them together
with supplied screws (M) . Repeat steps 15 to 17 for all
other fixture. Then tighten all washers and nuts on
threaded studs to secure the fixtures.
