How to change camera’s time
①Tap on the setting icon
②Tap ‘General’ on ‘Setting’ page
③Choose ‘Device time’, and select your current time zone.
Note if your region observes DST, please select a right time zone to fit your
local time.

How to change camera’s password
①Tap on the setting icon
②Tap ‘General’ on ‘Setting’ page, Choosing “modify password”
③Input old password and new password and save the setting.

④If you forgot the password, please delete the camera from the device list and
reset the camera by pressing the reset button for about 7 seconds and
reconfigure the camera with the APP.

How to enable the alarm push function
Method 1.
①Press the ‘Arm/Disarm’ shortcut button to enable alarm function.
Or enable alarm function via switching ‘Arm’ ON
②Then if you wave in front of the camera, it will push an alarm message to your phone as
below. Please note: not all smart phones are available with Alarm Push function.

③Tap the above message, then you will get to V380 Pro interface as below. Tap ‘Alarm
message’, then you can check or download pictures.
Method 2.
①Tap on the setting icon

②Tap ‘Alarm’ on ‘Setting’ page
③Switch ‘Alarm’ on. You can also set alarm schedule and alarm area if necessary. Note if
you enable ‘Alarm sound’, when there is an alarm, the camera will make a alarm sound.

④ Please note when you select”Alarm area”, Red area means the area is selected, dark
color means the area is not selected.

How to record and playback a video
1. Record video to SD card
①The micro sd card slot is in side of the camera. Unplug the camera and insert a micro SD
card into the camera.
②Go to ‘Setting’ - ‘video record’ and we could change the record option here.
③First use the camera, please format the SD card.
④Go to real-time video page and tap ‘Replay’, then you can select date and time and
playback the recordings. If you want to playback the downloaded recording fils, please go
to www.luowice.com/en/Q7 and download the VLC player.

2. Record video to Cloud.
Please note: the cloud payment is only available through WeChat pay or Alipay.
①Select ‘Cloud Storage’
②Select ‘Buy a new package’ and buy one package.

③After paying for it, please activate it, then you can use cloud storage.

④Then you can make some movement and after a while go to ‘replay’ page and select
‘Cloud Storage’ to check the alarm video recorded in Cloud.

How to change camera’s network
①Tap on the setting icon
②Tap ‘network’ on ‘Setting’ page

③ Select a new WIFI from the WiFi list and input the password, then tap
‘Confirm’ to save the settings. When the camera prompts WIFI
CONNECTED, then you can access the camera again.

How to change camera system language
①Tap on the setting icon
②Tap ‘language‘ on ‘Setting’ page
③There are 2 kinds of language for the camera prompts, they are ‘English’
and ‘Mandarin’, please select as your needs.
