Q: How to fix the No video problem
A:
1.Disconnect power from the No video camera
and reinsert the power
2.Check the channel rate
Step 1
Right click on screen and choosing the video manage
then choosing the WIFI setup on this setting page.
Step 2
Adjust the WIFI channel to get a stronger
connection. we recommend that using the WIFI
channel 2, 6, 11 or 13 which can get a strongest

channel rate,(if the rate a lower then 25 may loose
the picture)
3. Try to restore the camera to factory settings
and re-pair with the NVR.
Step 1:
Download the Factory tool “IPCamsuite” From
http://www.dvr163.com/, enter help page,
Choosing Tool software ,click “IPC Computer Search
Upgrade Tool”. Then install it on your computer .

Step 2:
Connect the cameras that you want to factory setting to the
same router with your computer.

Step 3:
Open the “IPCam suite” on your computer , then click
refresh, and wait seconds, you can find the camera, then
select the camera that you want to factory and click
FactoryReset, and then it will show “success” and prompt
“complete factory reset”

Step 4:
pair the camera to the NVR
