4. DETECTOR PROCEDURE
4-1 RF detector operation
1) Connect the antenna( 3-5, Fig. 1 ) to the RF detector.
2) Turn on the RF detector by Turning the " rotary switch "
( 3-6, Fig. 1 ), ti the in position, the power (RED) led
indicator will be lit.
Turn off the RF detector by Turning the " rotary switch "
( 3-6, Fig. 1 ) to off position, the power LED indicator will no
longer be lit.
3) When the RF meter is turned on it is in ready mode.
4-2 How to use the rotary switch to adjust sensitivity
Turning the rotary switch to find the target device.
Turn the rotary switch clockwise to maximum, goto standby
mode, if receiving stronger environmental then adjust the
rotary switch back, until no more than the first LED is lit.
When all 10 LEDs are lit, it means the meter is closer to the
target, we can change the detector direction, adjusting the
rotary switch back when the signal is strong, in this way, we
can find the target easily.
NOTE:
The FC-2601 is a wireless detector, for any emission
and receiving devices, so when using this meter, it is
recommended to turn off any known signal sources nearby,
for example mobile phones, wireless sharing devices,
radios, modems etc.
to ensure the accuracy of detection.
4-3 Buzzer ON/OFF
Press the Buzzer ON/OFF Button once. to select Buzzer ON or
OFF ,when Buzzer sound select to ON and detector signal
more than the 6 led bar, the beep will be sound.

4-4 Applications
1.Whether a wireless bug or location tracking
device has been installed in your car or office?

there is any abnormal signal transmission
(transmitting when cellphone is in stand by
mode without any reason).
3.Is there any base station radiation around your
working environment or residential buildings?
4.Does it do harm to human body once the household
appliances such as microwave ovens leak.
5.Uses include hotel rooms, restroom, board room,
automobile, locker rooms, changing rooms or
political meetings, etc.
5. REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY
1) When the LOBAT Indicator is illuminated, it is necessary to
replace the battery. Meter may still be functional for several
hours after the Low Battery Indicator appears & before the
instrument becomes inaccurate.
2) Open the " Battery Compartment / Cover " ( 3-8, Fig. 1 )
and remove the battery.
3) Install the fresh battery ( UM4-AAA DC1.5 V x 3 ) and then
reinstall the cover.
