Connections
All connections are indicated on the module. There are 12 USB Type A
ports provided to connect up to 12 yellobriks. An RJ-45 ethernet port
is used for network connection that allows management, control, and
conguration of the connected yellobriks. The module has four GPI
inputs on RJ-45 connector that are used for monitoring the power
status of RFR 1000-1. A mini USB Type B port is used for maintenance of
the RCT 1012 module.
Operation
The RCT 1012 automatically discovers all the yellobrik modules
connected to USB Type A ports and displays them in the device tree
in the controller node on APPolo Control GUI. It allows bulk rmware
updates of all selected yellobriks via the IP network.
Power
The module recommends a 12V DC power input and the LED conrms
when power is connected and the device has completed its booting
process. A power supply is provided, however if you use your own
power supply, please provide a clean DC power source between 7 and
24VDC.
The RCT 1012 has a power consumption of approximately 4W nominal.
IP Settings
The default IP address of RCT 1012 is set to DHCP mode. The IP settings
can be changed via mini USB Type B port connection using APPolo
Control GUI. The Admin Password is lynx$admin
