Il manuale è suddiviso in capitoli come indicato nella pagina “Indice”. In ogni scheda, nella colonna a sinistra, accanto al logo “MAILLIS” è
indicato il capitolo ed il paragrafo (es. 1.3), il numero di revisione (es. Rev. 0), il mese di emissione (es. 09-2003) e il numero di scheda in
sequenza del paragrafo (es. 2)
Nella colonna centrale è indicato la denominazione del capitolo, mentre la colonna di destra fornisce le informazioni del paragrafo.
I sotto-paragrafi vengono evidenzati in
neretto
all’interno della riga di testo.
Tutte le schede e le tabelle sono numerate. Le tavole ricambi sono identifi cate con il numero della fi gura.
Tutte le note sulla sicurezza e su possibili pericoli sono identifi cate dal simbolo:

Consulting the manual
The manual has been divided into chapters as indicated in the “index”. On each page, in the left column, next to the “MAILLIS” logo, there is the
chapter and paragraph reference (ex. 1.3), the revision number (ex. Rev. 0), the month of issue (ex. 09-2003) and the section number in
paragraph sequence (ex. 2).
The middle column shows the name of the chapter, while the right column supplies information on the paragraph.
Sub-paragraphs are highlighted in
bold
within the text. All sections and charts are numbered. Spare parts charts are identifi ed by the picture
number. All notes on safety and possible dangers are identifi ed by the symbol:
Throughout the manual you will fi nd numbers between “ “ referring to buttons. In this case go to chapter 5.10 and fi nd the corresponding button.
Nachschlagen im Handbuch
Das Handbuch ist -wie auf der Seite “Inhaltsverzeichnis” angegeben- in Kapitel geteilt. Auf jeder Seite ist in der linken Spalte neben dem Wort
“MAILLIS” das Kapitel und der Abschnitt (z.B. 1.3), die Revisionsnummer (z.B. Rev. 0), der Ausgabemonat (z.B. 09-2003) sowie die Blattnummer
in der richtigen Reihenfolge (z.B. 2) angegeben.
In der mittleren Spalte ist die Bezeichnung des Kapitels angegeben, während die rechte Spalte auf jene Informationen hinweist, die der Abschnitt

Die Unterteilung der Abschnitte wird durch

der ersten Textzeile gekennzeichnet.

Consultation du manuel

Importanza del manuale

Gli schemi elettrici e pneumatici sono allegati al presente manuale all’interno del capitolo 9 e per macchine più complesse dotate di PLC o di
elettronica dedicata, gli schemi possono essere attaccati al quadro comandi o consegnati a parte.
Importance of the manual
The manual is an integral part of the machine. The information it contains will help you to maintain your machine in good and safe working
conditions. Please keep the manual during the entire working life of the machine.
Make sure that any supplement to the manual is correctly inserted into it.
The manual must be read and understood by each user of the machine.
Electrical and pneumatic diagrams are included in the present manual in chapter 9. For more complex machines equipped with PLC or electronic
devices, the diagrams may be attached to the control panel or delivered separately.

Das Handbuch ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Maschine, und die darin enthaltenen Informationen helfen Ihnen, die Maschine in perfektem

Das Handbuch muß von jedem Benutzer der Maschine gelesen und verstanden werden.
Die elektrischen und pneumatischen Schaltpläne sind dem vorliegenden Handbuch im Kapitel 9 beigeheftet; für kompliziertere mit PLC oder mit
Elektronik ausgestattete Maschinen können die Schaltpläne an der Steuertafel angebracht oder getrennt geliefert werden.

Conservazione del manuale
Conservare il manuale in luogo protetto da umidità e calore. Non asportare, strappare o riscrivere per alcun motivo parti del manuale, evitando di
danneggiarlo. In caso di perdita o danneggiamento richiedere una copia al servizio assistenza/ricambi citando il codice documento.
Metodologia di aggiornamento del manuale in caso di modifi che alla macchina
Le modifi che alla macchina sono regolate da opportuna procedura interna del costruttore.
L’utilizzatore riceve il manuale multilingua completo e aggiornato insieme alla macchina e in seguito può ricevere pagine o parti del manuale
contenenti emendamenti successivi alla prima pubblicazione.
Le schede aggiornate presenteranno un nuovo numero di revisione e il mese di emissione per identifi care l’ultimo aggiornamento ricevuto.
Le schede arretrate dovranno essere eliminate e sostituite dalle nuove a cura dell’utilizzatore.
Manual maintenance
Keep the manual in a dry and cool place. Do not remove, tear or rewrite parts of the manual for any reason. Do not damage the manual. If the
manual has been lost or damaged, ask your assistance/spare parts service for a new copy, quoting the document code number.
How to update the manual in the event of modifi cations to the machine
Modifi cations to the machine are subject to the manufacturer’s internal procedures. The user receives the multilingual, complete and up-to-date
manual together with the machine.
Afterwards the user may receive pages or parts of the manual containing amendments made after its fi rst publication.
The amended pages will have a new revision number and month of issue in order to identify the last update received.
The user will have to eliminate the old pages and substitute them with the new ones.
Aufbewahrung des Handbuches
Das Handbuch an einem vor Wärme und Feuchtigkeit geschützten Ort aufbewahren. Aus keinem Grund Teile des Handbuches entfernen,
zerreißen oder neu schreiben, also vermeiden, es zu beschädigen. Sollte das Handbuch verlorengehen oder beschädigt werden, beim
Kunden-/Ersatzteildienst unter Angabe des Dokumentenkodes eine Kopie anfordern.
Nachtragsmethode beim Handbuch, falls bei der Maschine Änderungen vorgenommen werden
Änderungen bei der Maschine werden durch eine zweckmäßige interne Prozedur des Herstellers geregelt.
Der Benutzer erhält zusammen mit der Maschine das komplette mehrsprachige und auf den neuesten Stand gebrachte Handbuch; später kann
er auch Seiten oder Teile des Handbuches bekommen, die Abänderungen enthalten, die nach der ersten Veröffentlichung vorgenommen worden
sind.
Die auf den neuesten Stand gebrachten Seiten weisen eine neue Revisionsnummer und den Ausgabemonat auf, um den zuletzt erhaltenen
Nachdruck zu identifi zieren.
Der Benutzer muß die überholten Seiten entfernen und durch die neuen Blätter ersetzen.
Conservation du manuel
Conserver le manuel dans un endroit sans humidité ni chaleur. Sous aucun prétexte, enlever, déchirer ou réécrire des parties du manuel ; éviter
de l’endommager. En cas de perte ou d’endommagement demander une copie au service après-vente en donnant le code du document.
Méthodologie de mise à jour du manuel en cas de modifi cations de la machine
Les modifi cations apportées à la machine sont réglées par une procédure spécifi que interne du constructeur. Avec la machine l’utilisateur reçoit le
manuel en plusieurs langues, complet et mis à jour, et par la suite il peut recevoir des pages ou des parties du manuel contenant les
amendements successifs à la première publication.
Les fi ches mises à jour présenteront un nouveau numéro de révision et le mois d’émission pour identifi er la dernière mise à jour reçue.
Les fi ches arriérées devront être éliminées et remplacées par les nouvelles par l’utilisateur.

Guarden el manual en lugar protegido contra la humedad y el calor. No quiten, rasguen o vuelvan a escribir, por ninguna razón, partes del
manual, eviten dañarlo. En caso de pérdida o daños, pidan otra copia al servicio asistencia/repuestos, indicando el código del documento.

Las modifi caciones a la máquina resultan reglamentadas por un específi co procedimento interior del constructor.
El utilizador recibe el manual multiidiomas, completo y actualizado, junto con la máquina y, luego, puede recibir páginas o partes del manual,
contenentes enmiendas posteriores a la primera publicación.
Las fi chas actualizadas presentarán un nuevo número de revisión y el mes de emisión al fi n de identifi car la última actualización recibida.
La fi chas anteriores a las actualizadas, tendrán que eliminarse y sustituirse con las nuevas por parte del utilizador.
