INSTALLATION
• Hold metal channel flat alongside plastic
straps and slide channel through the hole.
• Hold end of straps together between thumb and fore
finger and pull toward you until channel rests against
WC. Ratchet cap along straps with hand until flange
of cap is flush with toilet.
• Place thumb between straps at toilet seat. Push thumb
side to side, snapping off straps level with flange cap.
• Place item over flange. Insert bolt and tighten until
snug against item, then stop.
Use machine screw to match thread in metal channel.

CONTINUE WITH BELOW STEP
• Slide cap over hing pin and secure with two
grub screws
