Important Safety Information
1. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles
and heavy-duty work gloves during
assembly, mounting and use.
2. Do not modify Manual Truck Tire
Changer to perform tasks for
which it was not designed.
3. Use only with accessories included
with the Manual Truck Tire Changer.
4. Mount only to a secure, level surface
able to support weight of Manual Truck
Tire Changer and tire assembly.
5. Keep work area clean and well lit.
6. Keep bystanders out of
the area during use.
7. Do not use when tired or when
under the influence of drugs,
medication or alcohol.
8. This product is not a toy. Do not allow
children to play with or near this item.
9. Inspect before every use; do not use
if parts are loose or damaged.
10. Maintain product labels and
nameplates. These carry
important safety information.

Operation Instructions
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the
beginning of this document including all text under subheadings therein
before set up or use of this product.
Removing Tire
1. Set tire and rim on a
secure level surface.
2. Remove valve core.
3. Break both beads on tire.
4. Place Dismount Tool between
upper bead and upper rim.
5. Gently apply pressure downward on
Dismount Tool until seated between
upper bead and upper rim.
6. Support rim and pull Handle
across wheel to opposite side to
demount portion of upper bead.
7. Rotate Dismount Tool and
repeat Step 6 until upper bead is
dismounted from upper rim.
8. Pull Handle back to starting side
as close to ground as possible.
9. Place Dismount Tool between
lower bead and upper rim.
10. Ensure Dismount Tool is seated
between lower bead and upper rim.
11. Support rim and pull Handle
across wheel to opposite side to
demount portion of lower bead.
12. Rotate Dismount Tool and repeat
Step 11 until lower bead is
dismounted from upper rim.
13. Remove tire from rim.

Installing Tire
1. Clean tire and rim thoroughly.
2. Inspect tire and rim for damage.
3. If damaged, repair or
replace as necessary.
4. Apply appropriate Lubrication
(not included) to both beads
on outer portion of tire.
5. Consider proper direction of
tire before placing on rim.
6. Set tire and rim on a
secure level surface.
7. Place tire on rim.
8. Place Mount Tool between
upper rim and lower bead.
9. Support rim and pull Handle away from
rim to mount portion of lower bead.
10. Rotate Mount Tool and repeat Step 9
until lower bead is over upper rim lip.
11. Place Bead Holder on upper rim
lip between upper bead and rim.
12. Place Mount Tool between
upper rim and upper bead on
opposite side of Bead Holder.
Bead Holder
13. Support rim and pull Handle away from
rim to mount portion of upper bead.
14. Rotate Mount Tool and repeat Step 13
until upper bead is over upper rim lip.
15. Remove Bead Holder and Mount Tool.
16. Install valve core.
17. Tire is ready to be inflated.

Maintenance Instructions
1. After each use, wipe any excess
bead lubricant off of Manual
Truck Tire Changer tools.
2. Regularly inspect Manual Truck
Tire Changer tools to ensure that
all connections are secure.

normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death,
injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages
arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.

and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense,
but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within
