ModooTronix Inc. warrants to purchaser that for a period of two (2) years
after the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”) of any ModooTronix
Inc. Product by Purchaser, the product will substantially conform to
ModooTronix Inc. published specifications for the product on the date of
purchaser’s purchase of the product, subject to the terms herein.
Purchaser shall notify ModooTronix Inc. of any non-conformance durin
the warranty period and obtain a written return material authorization
(“RMA”) from ModooTronix Inc. for the nonconformin product and return
the nonconformin product to ModooTronix Inc., frei ht prepaid with a
statement describin the nonconformity. ModooTronix Inc. exclusive
obli ation with respect to nonconformin product shall be, at ModooTronix
Inc.’s option and expense, to repair or replace such returned item. The
fore oin is purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty
by ModooTronix Inc.’s with respect to the product. The warranty set forth
above shall not apply to any product, which has not been properly used
or handled in accordance with the instructions supplied by ModooTronix
Inc. In addition, ModooTronix Inc.’s warranty is void if the product has
been repaired, altered, dama ed by the faulty installation, misuse, abuse,
or which the product defect is attributable to any failure or dama e which
is beyond the reasonable control of ModooTronix Inc. This warranty
applies only to new ModooTronix Inc. products purchased from authorized
retail sellers only. The fore oin warranties are the sole warranties,
express or implied, iven by ModooTronix Inc. in connection with the
product, and ModooTronix Inc. disclaims all other warranties, includin
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and no
infrin ement of third party ri hts.
ModooTronix Inc. shall not be liable for any special, incidental or
consequential dama es in connection with the product, even if
ModooTronix Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such dama es.
The liability of ModooTronix Inc. hereunder for all claims shall not exceed
the amount paid by purchaser to ModooTronix Inc. for the product sold
rise to ModooTronix Inc.’s liability.

No indication from unit?
There is a chance the power cable plu is not correctly seated in the
ci ar/utility jack socket for proper connection. Remove and reinsert to
ensure ood fittin and connection.
Problem during pairing?
Repeat pairin process accordin to the pairin section
Still experiencing problem?
Turn off the cellular phone and separate the battery from the cellular
phone for approximately five seconds (In some instances, this action
clears up any potential bu s built up in the cellular phone software that
can hinder proper pairin .) Repeat pairin process as per previous
pairin instructions.
Too loud?
Adjust the volume to your preferred sound level by pressin the
relevant volume switch.
Callers are complaining about hearing noise?
Check that the microphone is secured firmly in place and is not creatin
vibration and noise. Also check and adjust microphone accordin ly to
ensure that it is facin towards to the user’s face.
