1 Förord
Denna manual är skriven av MAFA i Ängelholm AB och är huvudsakligen tänkt till produktens användare. Det är viktigt
att manualen läses igenom innan montering och användning och att säkerhets- och handhavandeanvisningar följs. Om an-
visningarna följs säkerställer det en korrekt och säker användning av produkten och en lång livslängd. Spara manualen för
framtida bruk. Manualens originalspråk är svenska.

2 Säkerhetsföreskrifter
2.1 Friskrivningsklausul
Den information och de anvisningar som ges här och de produkter som beskrivs gäller vid utgivningstillfället. MAFA förbe-
håller sig rätten till konstruktionsändringar och reserverar sig för eventuella tryckfel.
2.2 Garanti
• Leverantören garanterar att denna vara är fri från fel vid leverans. Fel som uppstått under transport eller installation skall
meddelas leverantören omedelbart.
• Ett års materialgaranti ingår enligt NL09 om inte annat avtalats.
• Garantin omfattar inte kostnader för stillestånd och arbete under driftsavbrott, inte heller skador på grund av force ma-
jeure.
• Garantin gäller inte för fel uppkomna på grund av felaktig montering eller felaktigt handhavande. För att garantin ska
gälla ska storsäcksstativet vara korrekt monterat enligt MAFA i Ängelholm AB:s anvisningar.
Inga egna ingrepp får göras på produkten.
• Endast material som är avsett för lagring i behållaren får användas.
• Vid eventuella fel kontakta omgående din återförsäljare eller MAFA i Ängelholm AB. Kostnader för garantifelsökning
ersätts endast om kontakt tagits med leverantören före arbetets början och avtal träff ats att leverantören skall stå för kost-
naden.
2.3 Installation och användning
Det åligger användaren att se till att alla nationella och lokala föreskrifter, direktiv och lagar uppfylls. Denna produkt får
under inga omständigheter användas om den är trasig eller om den som har för avsikt att använda produkten inte förstår el-
ler har kunskap om hur den ska hanteras. Vänligen ta kontakt med MAFA i Ängelholm AB för mer information eller frågor.
Innan utrustningen monteras och tas i bruk kontrollera att leveransen stämmer enligt beställning.
Vid montering använd handskar då detaljerna kan ha skarpa kanter. Se till att alla skruvförband är ordentligt åtdragna.
2.4 Användning
Var noggrann med placering av storsäcken på stativet så att det inte blir instabilt.
Vid användning och manövrering av stativet var uppmärksam på ojämnheter i underlaget och ta bort annat material som
kan äventyra stabiliteten.
OBS! Om säcken är hög och smal ökar det risken för instabilitet.
2.5 Övriga säkerhetsföreskrifter:
• Säkerhetsföreskrifter som gäller för det lagrade materialet måste alltid följas. Varningsskylt med varningstext ska i så-
dana fall fi nnas monterad på väl synlig plats på stativet.

3 Produktbeskrivning
MAFA Storsäcksstativ används för att på ett enkelt sätt tömma storsäckar i t ex en fodervagn eller skottkärra utan att behöva
använda gaff eltruck annat än vid placering av säcken i stativet.
Storsäckstativet är tillverkat av stålprofi ler och plåt som är ytbehandlat för bästa rostskydd.
Benen är justerbara i höjdled vilket ger fl exibilitet för olika typer av kärror.
Säckar av olika typ kan användas i stativet. Max öppning i ramen för storsäck 1300x1300mm och Max vikt för storsäck är
1000kg.

4 Handhavande och underhåll
4.1 Handhavande
Se till att underlaget där stativet ska rulla är jämnt och städat så att det inte fi nns några hinder eller något som kan stoppa
hjulen.
Placera stativet där det fi nns möjlighet att lasta på storsäcken.
Lås hjulen.
Lyft storsäcken på plats och sätt ner den på säckkniven.
Öppna spjället och kontrollera att material rinner ut.
Efter hand som säcken töms kan fl ödet minska.
Lyft upp säcken så att tömningsöppningen åter blir fri.
4.2 Underhåll
Storsäcksstativet kräver lite underhåll.
För att bibehålla funktion och säkerhet så krävs dock att vissa punkter regelbundet kontrolleras.
Vid varje storsäcksbyte
- Kontrollera att inget är skadat. Byt i så fall ut skadade delen.
- Kontrollera skruvförbanden så att inga skruvar och muttrar lossnat.
- Kontrollera att kon och spjäll är rent och torrt. Rengör vid behov.
- Kontrollera att hjulen rullar lätt och att hjulbromsen fungerar.

5 Montering
• Läs igenom nanualen noga.
• Plocka fram och identifi era alla delar.
• Använd arbetshandskar vid hanteringen av plåtdetaljer, då dessa kan ha skarpa kanter.
• Verktyg som behövs är varierande blocknycklar t ex 13,16, 17 eller skiftnycklar.
En mejsel för att centrera hålen kan underlätta montaget.
För att spänna skruvförbanden rekommenderas en mutterdragare med motsvarande hylsor.
• Se beskrivning sidan 9 för placering av skruv och mutter.
5.1 Kon
Konen består av 2+2 st plåtar samt ett utlopp.
Det är noga att montera dem enligt bilden nedan för att utloppet ska passa. Konplåtar med samma hålbild i nederkant mon-
teras ihop.
Skruva ihop konplåtarna med skruv M8x16 fl äns och mutter.
Montera utloppet över konplåtarna och skruva fast detta med
skruv M8x16 (vagnsbult med plastbricka) och mutter.
OBS! Använd inte hålen i mitten. Här ska säckkniven fästas.
OBS! Mutter på utsidan.

5.2 Nedre ram och hjul
OBS! Bilden visar stativet upp och ner.
Skruva fast hjulen mot benen. Använd skruv M10 och låsmutter.
Trä i 2 av benen och fäst ben, stag och ram med skruv M8x70 och mutter.
Trä i 2 av benen och fäst mot ramen med skruv M8x60 och mutter.
Välj de hål som ger den höjd som passar till aktuell kärra.
OBS! Var noggrann med höger och vänster sida. Vinkelprofi l ska gå utåt (C).

5.3 Stativ komplett
Placera konen i nedre ramen och skruva fast denna längs 2 sidor.
Använd M8x16 skruv och mutter.
Fäst de 2 andra stagen mot konen. Använd M8x16 och mutter.
Montera säckkniven i konen med skruv M8x25 (vagnsbult med plastbricka) och mutter. OBS! Mutter på utsidan.
Skruv ihop den övre ramen bestående av 2 bågar och 2 stag. Använd skruv M8x60 och mutter.
Trä den övre ramen i den nedre ramen.
Skruva fast ram med vinkeljärn med fäste med skruv M8x70 och
mutter.
Montera spjället med en snabbkoppling.
Kontrollera att alla skruvförband är spända!

1 Foreword
This manual is mainly intended to the user of the product. It is important that this manual is read through before use, and
the safety and operating instructions are followed. If the instructions are followed, those ensure a proper and safe use of the
product and a long life.
Keep this manual for future use. The oiginal language for this manual is Swedish.

2. Safety precautions
2.1 Disclaimer
The information and advice given here and the products described is valid at the date of issuance. The producer reserves the
right to alter the construction at any time and reservations for any typographical errors.
2.2 Warranty
• The supplier guarantees that the goods is correct when delivered. Errors that occurred during transport or installation
shall be communicated to the supplier immediately.
• One year material warranty is included under the NL09 if nothing else is agreed.
• The warranty does not cover the cost of downtime and labor during downtime, nor any damage due to force majeure.
• The warranty does not cover problems arising from improper assembly or wrong handling.
• The big bag stand shall be properly installed and set up according to MAFA in Ängelholm AB’s instructions. No own
operations may be made on the product.
• Only material that is intended for storage in the bin may be used.
• At any defects promptly contact your retailer or MAFA i Ängelholm AB. Costs for errors during warranty is covered
only if contact is made with the supplier before start of work and agreement is reached that the supplier bear the cost.
2.3 Installation and use
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all national and local regulations, directives and laws are fulfi lled. This
product should never be used if it is broken or if the person who intends to use the product does not understand or have
knowledge of how to handle it.
Please contact MAFA in Ängelholm AB for more information or questions.
Before the equippment is assembled and put into use check that the delivery is according to the order.
The details may have sharp edges, use protective gloves.
Make sure that all bults and nuts are properly tightened.
Because of the weight, it might be necessary to have 2 persons might be necessary during assembly..
2.4 Use
When placing the big bag in the stand, be careful that the bag is stabile.
During use and manouvering of the stand, make sure that the fl oor is even and that there are no objects on the fl oor that
migh risk the stability of the stand.
NOTE! If the bag is high and small it increase the risk of instability.
2.5 Other precautions:
• Safety regulations which apply to the stored material must always be followed. Warning sign with warningtext shall
then be mounted in a visible place on the stand.

3 Product description
MAFA Big Bag stand is made for easy emptying of Big Bags in for an example a wheelbarrow without using of a forklift
more than during change of the bag.
The Big Bag stand is manufactured of steel profi les and steel plates.
The legs are adjustable in hight which makes it possible to use with diff erent kind of barrows.
Bags of diff erent kind can be used in the stand. MAximum opening in the top fram is 1300x1300mm and Maximun weight
of the bag is 1000kg.

4 Operations and maintenance
4.1 Operations
Place the stand where it is possible to load the Big Bag.
Lock the wheels.
Lift the Big Bag using for example a fork lift, and place it carefully in the Big Bag stand on the bag knife.
When placing the big bag in the stand, be careful that the bag is stabile.
During use and manouvering of the stand, make sure that the fl oor is even and that there are no objects on the fl oor that
migh risk the stability of the stand.
Open the hatch and check that the material fl ows.
If the fl ow of the material decrease, despite that there is material in the bag, it might be necessary to lift the bag a little bit to
open up the opening.
4.2 Maintenance
The Big Bag stand demands only a little maintenace.
But to keep the safety it is requiered to check some things regularly.
When changing the Big Bag
- Check that nothing is damage. In that case change the damaged part.
- Check the bolt and nuts and tighten if loose.
- Check that the cone and hatch is dry and clean. Clean if necessary.
- Check that the wheels are ok and the wheel brakes work.

5.1 Kon
The cone consist of 2+2 coneplates and a outlet.
It is important that the plates are assembled as below for the outet to fi t.
Coneplates with the same hole pattern shall be assembled together
Assemble the cone plates with screw M8x16 and nuts.
Put the outlet on to of the plates and fasten it with screw M8x16 with plastic washer and nut.
NOTE! The nut on the outside of the cone.
NOTE! Do not use the holes in the middle. This is where the bag knife is going to be fastened
5 Assembly
• Read the manual carefully.
• Unpack the material and identify all parts and check against the list so that everything is included.
• Use work gloves when handling sheet metal parts, as they may have sharp edges.
• Diff erent tools are needed to assemble the stand. Wrench 13, 16, 17 mm.
Screwdriver can be used to center the holes.
• See page 17 for information of where to put screws and nuts.

5.2 Lower frame and wheels
NOTE! The picture shows the stand up side down.
Fasten the wheels against the legs. Use screw M10 and locking nuts.
Put 2 leg profi les in the frame and fasten the legs, rods and frame with screw M8x70 and nuts.
Put 2 leg profi les in the fram and fasten against the frame with screw M8x60 and nuts.
Choose the holes in the legs that suits for the barrow used.
NOTE! Be careful to put the frames on the right side. The angle bar shall point outward (C).

5.3 Stand complete
Put the cone in the lower frame and fasten it on 2 sides.
Use screw M8x16 and nuts.
Put the other two profi les against the cone. Use M8x16 and nuts.
Install the bag knife in the cone. Use screw M8x25 with plastic washer and nut.
NOTE! The nut on the outside.
Assemble the upper frame consisting of two frames and 2 rods. Use screw M8x60 and nuts.
Put the upper fram in the lower fram and fasten it with screw M8x70 and nuts.
Check that all screw joints are tightened!
Install the hatch with a clamp.
