Mechanical hand assembly tutorial
The finished product is as shown in figure:

A.5 finger assembly
1. Take out the finger parts, if have film, ripped off the surface film, the
number of parts were 1,4,4,5,5
2. Assemble thumb parts as show, use M2X3 screws, M2X6 pillars.

3. The other 4 fingers still use M2X3 screws, M2X6 pillars to assemble.

In addition to the thumb is different, the rest of the 4 fingers are the same.

B. palm mounting
1. Assembly U frame with tie bar, using M2X8 screws , spring pad and nut.
Note: do not screw the screw die, leaving a gap in the middle can be free to set the
finger strap.

2. Use the knob board or other similar board to make the servo to the
middle.( P1500)
3. Assembled hand with the servo, using 4*M2X6 countersunk head screws
4, before and after each 2.

C.5 finger + palm mounting
1.Install the five fingers, used M1.4X3 screw, pay attention to the assembly
when the M1.4 screws as self tapping screw to force screw in the palm of
the hand. Assembly as shown below
