1. Utilice siempre lentes de protección, guantes de cuero, ropa ajustada, casco de seguridad,
botas altas y fuertes.
2. No coloque el pie sobre la protección de las paletas durante el arranque del motor, ya que es
posible sufrir serias heridas si el pie llegara a patinar hacia adentro de la protección cuando
comienzan a girar las paletas.
3. Con excepción del operario, no permita la presencia de otras personas en el área de trabajo, ya
que es posible sufrir heridas serias si hubiera contacto con las paletas de la allanadora en marcha.
Las allanadoras han sido diseñadas para la flotación y acabado de superficies de concreto fresco.
El balanceado de la máquina, la empuñadura ajustable y los controles de fácil acceso hacen que el operador se
sienta cómodo con el trabajo y aumentan la productividad y la seguridad.
La velocidad de terminación del trabajo dependerán de la habilidad del operario y de las condiciones de trabajo.
NO utilice esta máquina para otro tipo de trabajo con la excepción del acabado de pisos de concreto.

DATOS TECNICOS
Controle el nivel de aceite de la transmisión.
Verifique que las paletas estén totalmente planas con respecto al piso
Elija el disco de flotación o el tipo de paletas a utilizar: terminación o combinadas.
No las mezcle.
Gradúe la altura del manubrio.
Verificar nivel de aceite del motor.(Consulte el manual del motor)
Nivel del combustible. (Consulte el manual del motor)

Abra la llave de combustible.
Si el motor esta frío, el cebador debe estar accionado.
Si estuviese caliente el cebador no hace falta accionarlo.
Mueva el interruptor de encendido del motor a la posición “ON”.
Mueva el acelerador a la posición de velocidad baja.
Una vez encendido el motor desafecte el cebador. Si el nivel de aceite del motor esta bajo, el motor
no arrancara.

Recomendaciones:
Afirmese bien parado con las piernas abiertas para soportar mejor el arranque de la maquina.
Al operar en cemento fresco no permita que la allanadora trabaje sobre la misma zona por mucho tiempo.
Cada pase con la allanadora debe ser a 90 grados del anterior. Esta táctica disminuirá la creación
de “valles” en el concreto.
Revise diariamente el filtro de aire del motor según indicaciones de MANTENIMIENTO.

Movimientos de la allanadora:
Las referencias de las direcciones “izquierda” y “derecha” son desde el punto de vista del operador.
Para mover la allanadora hacia adelante presione el manubrio del lado derecho.
Para mover hacia atrás presione el manubrio del lado izquierdo.
Para mover hacia la izquierda alce levemente el manubrio.
Para mover hacia la derecha baje levemente el manubrio.

MANTENIMIENTO:
Allanadora
El aceite en la transmisión no debe ser remplazado a no ser que la transmis- ión haya sido destapada.
Verifique la cantidad de aceite a través del tapón.
Si el nivel de aceite esta bajo agregar aceite (Aceite para transmisión) por el codo vertedero junto al tornillo
del nivel.
Limpie la allanadora después de cada uso para eliminar la acumulación de mezcla.
Engrase los ejes de todos los movimientos.

Aceite: Controlar el nivel de aceite del motor periódicamente, para ello es necesario que el motor
este en posición horizontal, es aconsejable después de las primeras 25 horas de funcionamiento hacer
un cambio de aceite y luego cada 100 horas.
(Consulte el manual del motor)
Filtro de aire: Controlar que este colocado en el motor, que no haya roturas y que este asentando
correctamente.
Controlar el material espumoso si esta sucio, lavarlo con agua caliente jabonosa y luego secarlo
bien. Al cartucho filtrante de papel sacarle la suciedad golpeandolo contra una superficie lisa y dura o
aplicar aire comprimido a través del filtro del lado interior, si estuviera muy sucio hay que cambiarlo.
Esto es sumamente importante ya que la maquina esta expuesta a mucho polvo durante su funcionamiento.
Revisar en forma semanal la bujía y limpiarla con un cepillo de alambre si estuviera sucia, la
separación de los electrodos deberá ser de 0.7 a 0.8 mm, corregirla de ser necesario.
Revisar en forma periódica las correas que no estén deterioradas ni flojas.

SECURITY MEASURES:

START UP
Engine:
Open the fuel cock.
If the engine is cold, the primer must be activated.
If it were hot the primer does not need to be operated.
Move the engine start switch to the "ON" position.
Move the accelerator to the low speed position.
Once the engine is switched on, disengage the primer. If the engine oil level is low, the engine
It will not start.
Recommendations:
Firmly stand with your legs open to better support the start of the machine.
When operating in fresh cement do not allow the trowel to work on the same area for a long time.
Each pass with the trowel must be 90 degrees from the previous one. This tactic will diminish the creation
of "valleys" in the concrete.
Check the engine air filter daily according to MAINTENANCE instructions.

Trowel movements:
he references of the "left" and "right" directions are from the operator's point of view.
To move the trowel forward press the handle on the right side.
To move back, press the handlebar on the left side.
To move to the left, slightly raise the handlebar.
To move to the right, slightly lower the handlebar.

MAINTENANCE:
Trowel
The oil in the transmission must not be replaced unless the transmission has been uncovered. Check the
amount of oil through the plug.
If the oil level is low, add oil (Transmission oil) through the drain elbow next to the level screw.
Clean the trowel after each use to eliminate the accumulation of mixture.
Grease the axes of all movements.

Engine Maintenance:
Oil: Check the engine oil level periodically, for this it is necessary that the engine be
in a horizontal position, it is advisable to make a change after the first 25 hours of operation
of oil and then every 100 hours.
(Consult the engine manual)
Air filter: Check that it is placed on the motor, that there are no breaks and that it is seating
correctly.
Check the foamy material if it is dirty, wash it with hot soapy water and then dry it well. To the
paper filter cartridge remove dirt by hitting it against a smooth and hard surface or apply compressed air
through the filter on the inside, if it is very dirty you have to change it.
This is extremely important since the machine is exposed to a lot of dust during operation.
Check the spark plug weekly and clean it with a wire brush if it is dirty, the separation
of the electrodes should be 0.7 to 0.8 mm, correct it if necessary.
Periodically check belts that are not damaged or loose.
