• Achild’ssafetyisyourresponsibility.Childrenshouldbeharnessedinatalltimes
andshouldneverbeleftunattended.Thechildshouldbeclearofmovingparts
whilemakingadjustments.Thisvehiclerequiresregularmaintenancebytheuser.
Overloading,incorrectfoldingandtheuseofnon-approvedaccessoriesmaydamage

• Ensurethattheharnessiscorrectlyadjusted,providingasnugtaroundyourchild.
Thepushchairissuppliedwith‘D’ringharnessattachmentpointslocatedoneither
sideatthebaseofthebackrestforttingaseparateharnessconformingto
BS6684/BSEN13210ifrequired.
• Alwaysensurethebrakesareengagedwhenthepushchairisleftunattended.
• Alwaysmanoeuvreyourpushchairupanddownkerbsandstepsgently.Donotlet
yourpushchairdrop.Carryitupstairswheneverpossible.
• Thispushchairisdesignedtocarryupto1childonly.Neverallowadditionalchildren
torideonthepushchair.
• Donothangshoppingfromthehandles.Donotuseanyreplacementpartsor
accessoriese.g.childseats,raincovers,baghooks,stand-onplatforms,etc,
exceptthoserecommendedorsuppliedbyMamas&Papas.Theuseof
non-approvedreplacementpartsoraccessoriesmaydamage,orbreakormake
yourpushchairunsafe.
• Donotstoreyourpushchairinadampplace.
• Thebasketsuppliedwithyourpushchairisdesignedtoholdamaximumof3kgs.
Excessiveweightcoulddamagethebasketorimpedethesafeoperationof
thepushchair.
•Apushchairhasmanymovingparts,andsurfaceswhichmoveagainsteachother,overtimethese
surfacescanbecomedryorevenattractdirtordust.Bysimplycleaningyourpushchairchassison
aregularbasisandlightlysprayingthemovingpartswithasiliconsprayyourpushchairwillfold
andpushbetterforlonger.
•Differentenvironmentscanpresentdifferentchallengestoyourpushchair,avisittothebeach
canincreasesaltcorrosiontoparts,butsotoocanawetorsnowyday,soagainbycleaningand
lubricatingyourpushchairyoucanhelpghttheeffectsoftheenvironmentonyourpushchair.
•Whenapushchairisinuse,withallitslockingmechanismsinplace,itsasolidrigiditemdesigned
forcarryingyourchild.However,whenfoldeditstheexactopposite,impactscanknockitoutof
alignment,orputtingthingsontopofitcouldtwistitoutofshape,sowerecommendtakingalittle
morecarewithitwhenfoldedforstorage.
•Hangingbagsonthehandlesofthepushchairnotonlycreatesariskoftipping,butitcanalso
causeexcessiveandunevenwear,asweightherecausesthechassistotwistashandlesarenot
designedtobealoadbearingpart.
•Justaswithextraweightinthebasket,orbagsonhandles,theuseofabuggy-boardreducesthe
lifeofyourproductbyincreasingtheweightontheproduct,butbyalsoputtingweightandstrain
ontopartsinadirectiontheywerenotdesignedtoexperience.Consequentlyuseoftheseproducts
invalidatesthewarrantyonpushchairs.
•Fabriccare:AlltheMamas&Papaspushchairsfabricsareshowerresistant.Shouldyourpushchair
becomewet,donotfoldthehoodorapronwhenyoutakeitinside.Alwaysallowthefabricstodry
naturallyawayfromstrongheatsourcessuchasres,radiatorsandoutofdirectsunlight.
•Whilstfabricsarecarefullyselectedandtested,washing,wearandnormalexposuretobright
sunlightmaycausetheircolourtochange.
•Theexposededgesoffabricsareoftenthersttowearandfray,rememberthiswhenstoringor
transportingyourpushchairandaccessories.
•Lightsoilingtothepushchaircanberemovedwithadampspongeandamilddetergent.Thefabric
covercanbespongedcleanusingamilddetergentifnecessary.
