The Really Cool M keyboard is a water-resistant and contaminant proof
keyboard with built-in template for Meditech Applications. The sealed
and rigid surface is ideal for medical use, as well as other applications
where moisture, cleaning, and durability are a consideration. Because
the Really Cool M is also uieter than "standard" keyboards, they are
great for applications where noise generated from “key-clicks” is a
problem. The Really Cool M is designed to work on Meditech's own MAGIC
system

Installing Your Really Cool M Keyboard
USB: Attach the keyboard cable to a USB computer port. (You do not have to
turn off your computer. There is no software to install.)
PS2: Turn off your computer before attaching devices. If you have another
keyboard attached, disconnect it. Attach the PS2 keyboard Adapter (sold
separately) to USB cable connector. Attach cable to the keyboard port.
Turn on your computer to activate the keyboard. (There is no software to
install.)

Cleaning Instructions for Waterproof Keyboards and Mice:

Clean the surface of the product by wiping, brushing, spraying or
dipping it. Use only rags, sponges or soft bristle brushes.
DO NOT place the USB or PS/2 connector into the fluid.

Either wipe with dry cloth or allow to air dry.
Disinfectants recommended by Man & Machine, Inc.:
• Chlorine based (max 10% solution) – Chlorox, Novalsan, etc.
• Formaldehyde based - Formaldehyde Solution 37%, Vinco
Formaldegen, etc.
• Glutaraldehyde based – Aldacide 200, Lysofume, Wavicide, etc.
• Phenol based – Lysol I.C., Beaucoup, Magna Clean, Tek-Trol, etc.
•
Alcohol based – Cavicide, Isopropyl Alcohol, Medicide, etc.
• Oxidizing – Hydrogen Peroxide 3% Solution, Lifegard Series, etc.
• Quaternary Ammonium – Roccal-D, Bacto-Sep, Parvosol, etc.
• Soap and water
DO NOT USE:
• Petroleum based cleaning fluids, such as Gasoline
• Acetone
• Over 10% bleach solutions
• Temperature or pressure sterilization

Buffing pads or scrubbing pads
