Important instrucons
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precauons should always be followed including
the following:
• Always disconnect the appliance from the
supply if it is le unaended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance shall not be used by children.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilies or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instrucon concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid
a hazard.

• Read all instrucons carefully before you use
the appliance.
• To protect against risk of electrical shock do
not put the hand mixer in water or other liquid.
• Do not operate the hand mixer with wet hands.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use, before
pung on or taking o parts, and before
cleaning.
• Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas
and other utensils away from the beaters
during operaon to reduce the risk of injury to
persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.
• Remove beaters from the hand mixer before
washing them.
• Do not connuously operate the mixer too
long. The motor may overheat. For each
speed control, connuous operang me
must be less than 5 minutes. For Turbo speed,
connuous operang me must be less than
1 minute.
• Do not use the appliance to mix too hard
ingredients.
• The use of aachments not recommended
or sold by the manufacturer may cause re,
electric shock or injury.

• Do not let cord contact hot surface, including
the stove.
• Do not let cord hang over edge of the table or
counter.
• Do not operate the appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance
malfuncons, or is dropped or damaged in
any manner. Return appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examinaon,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• Do not put it in water.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food
processor or blender as it can be ejected out of
the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

Operaon / Use of the appliance
1. Fit the Fork (7) or Muddler (8)
to the beater holes (Fig 2).
2. Plug in the appliance.
3. Hold the mixer handle. Lower
the forks or muddlers into
ingredients.
4. Switch on (3) and select the
speed desired. The mixer
begins to mix the ingredients in
the bowl.

Cleaning
1. Unplug the appliance from outlet before
cleaning and maintenance.
2. Use cloth to clean the forks and muddlers with
hot soapy water.
Warning: Do not immerse the motor unit in
water or other liquid.
Cauon: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or
abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent
the gloss loss.
3. Dry thoroughly before storage.
WARNING:
Any other servicing should be performed by
an authorized service representave.
5. When you have nished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the
speed buon to “0” immediately.
6. Wait unl the forks / muddlers have stopped revolving, press
the ejector knob (1) to remove the forks / muddlers. “Switch o
the appliance before changing accessories or approaching which
move in use.”
7. You can press “Turbo” buon to accelerate the speed during
mixing.
8. Unplug the appliance when you have nished mixing. Clean the
forks / muddlers with water. Make them dry, store in the box
together with the main body.
