Important safeguards
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precauons should always be followed including
the following:
• Please read and save these instrucons to
ensure the safe use of this appliance.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the
supply if it is le unaended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance shall not be used by children.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilies or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instrucon concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent

or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid
a hazard.
• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp
cung blades, emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
• Switch o the appliance and disconnect
from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
• This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applicaons such as:
͵ sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and
other working environments;
͵ farm houses;
͵ by clients in hotels, motels and other
residenal type environments;
͵ bed and breakfast type environments.
• Unplug from outlet when it is not in use,
before pung on or taking o parts, before
moving the appliance or adding the food, and
before cleaning.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the
blender as it can be ejected out of the
appliance due to a sudden steaming.
• Read all instrucons carefully before you use
the appliance.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same
as the one shown on the power handle before
plugging in.
• Do not operate the appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance
malfuncons, or is dropped or damaged in any
manner. Return the appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examinaon,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• Never put the power handle in water or other
liquid or let the cord or plug get wet, you could
get an electric shock.
• Do not operate the blender with wet hands.
Make hands dry with cloth before plugging in.
• Make sure the blender sha in place,
the power cord is not damaged before using
the appliance every me.
• Never let the blades face toward anybody
while operang the appliance.
• Take special care when preparing food for
babies, the elderly and inrm.
• Always ensure that the hand blender sha is
thoroughly sterilized. Use a sterilizing soluon
in accordance with the sterilizing soluon
manufactures instrucons.

• Never blend or mix hot oil, fat. Please follow
the processing guide.
• Do not let the cord hang over edge of the table
or counter.
• Never let anybody trip over the power cord and
aached cable. Don’t let the cord touch hot
surfaces or hang down where a child could grab it.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
• Never touch the blades while the machine is
plugged in.
• Never add ingredients to the beaker while the
hand blender is operang.
• The capacity of the ingredient do not exceed
the maximum graduaon of the beaker.
• Do not connuously operate the blender too
long. The motor may overheat. If the surface
of the hand blender has been very hot, it may
need me to cool down. Aer reducing to
the room temperature, the appliance can be
operated again.
• The connuous operang me without the
load must be less than 15 seconds when using
blender, furthermore, do not use the blender
to mix too hard ingredients.
• Do not exceed the quanes and maximum
me indicated in the operaon guidelines or
processing guide.
• Take the aachments o before cleaning.
• The use of aachments, including canning jars,
not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause a risk of injury to persons.
• Avoid contacng moving parts.
• Keep ngers, hair, clothing and utensils away
from moving parts.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the beaker
while blending to reduce the risk of severe
injury to persons or damage to the blender.
• This appliance must not be used against
prescripon.
• WARNING: Risks of injuries if you don’t use
this appliance correctly.

Operation guidelines
Before using for the first time
To use the hand blender
• Remove the protecve cover from the blade of the blender sha.
• Clean the blender sha and beaker.
• Fit the power handle inside the blender sha, turn clockwise
and lock unl you hear a slight click. If this is the case, the blender
sha is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on
the power handle.
• Fill the food to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated
level).
• Plug in, adjust the desired seng, hold the power handle with
steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch buon.
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• Aer you have completed blending, Release the switch buon,
then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The connuous operang me must be less than
20 seconds. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your blender gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
• Aer use, unplug and dismantle.
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the
instrucon in the “care and cleaning”.

• Clean the potato blender sha and beaker.
• Fit the power handle inside the potato blender sha, turn
clockwise and lock unl you hear a slight click. If this is the case,
the potato blender sha is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown
on the power handle.
• Fill the food (cooked-potato pieces, cooked- pumpkin pieces etc.,)
to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated level).
• Plug in, adjust the desired seng, hold the power handle with
steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch buon.
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• Aer you have completed blending, Release the switch buon,
then unplug from outlet.

30 seconds.
• If your blender gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
• Aer use, unplug and dismantle

To use the potato blender shaft
• Clean the egg-fork and beaker.
• Insert the egg-fork into the egg-fork head unl you hear a slight
click.
• Fit the power handle inside the egg-fork, turn clockwise and
lock unl you hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle
and the egg-fork head should now be aligned with each other.
If this is the case, the egg-fork is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on
the power handle.
• Fill the food to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated
level).
• Plug in, adjust the desired seng, hold the power handle with
steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch buon.
• To prevent splashing, use the Low speed to mixing when starng.
• Immerse the egg-fork completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• Aer you have completed mixing, Release the switch buon,
then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The connuous operang me must be less than
3 minutes. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your egg-fork gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
• Aer use, unplug and dismantle
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the
instrucon in the “care and cleaning”.

Cleaning and maintenance
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning.
• Take the aachments o.
• Don’t touch the sharp blades.
Cauon: Take care when cleaning the blades as
they are extremely sharp.
Note: Do not clean any part of the blender in the
dishwasher.
The power handle and power cord
• Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.
• Never immerse in water or other liquid or use
abrasives.
The beaker
• The beaker can be washed in water with
cleaning agent.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
The blender sha
• The sha can be washed in water with cleaning
agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
• Reaach the protecve cover to the blade.
The potato blender sha
• The sha can be washed in water with cleaning
agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
The egg-fork
• The head of egg-fork can only be wiped with
a damp cloth, then dry.
• Never wash and rinse in water or use abrasives.
• The other part of egg-fork can be washed in
water with cleaning agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.

Storage
• Winding for the Power cord:
The Power cord can be wounded between the
Cord tail sleeving (14) and the Cord-wound
holder (15) for the convenience of storage.
Note: When using the blender, release the Power
cord from the Cord-wound holder completely to
avoid the risks resulng from the short cord.
• Store in a cool, dry and venlang place.
• Cup could NOT be used for storage.

1. Any other servicing should be performed by
an authorized service representave.
2. Do let the appliance rest at least 2 minutes
between cycles! Aer operang 5 cycles
connuously, the appliance need to cool down
to the room temperature to restart.
3. Never misuse this appliance. Care is needed
when handling cung blades, especially when
removing the blender from the beaker and
during cleaning.
4. Always reaach the protecve cover to
the blades aer cleaning.
