Important safeguards
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precauons should always be followed including
the following:
• Please read and save these instrucons to
ensure the safe use of this appliance.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the
supply if it is le unaended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
• This appliance shall not be used by children.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children.
• Appliances can be used by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilies or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instrucon concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the
hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent

or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid
a hazard.
• Care shall be taken when handling the sharp
cung blades, emptying the bowl and during
cleaning.
• Switch o the appliance and disconnect
from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
• This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applicaons such as:
͵ sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and
other working environments;
͵ farm houses;
͵ by clients in hotels, motels and other
residenal type environments;
͵ bed and breakfast type environments.
• Unplug from outlet when it is not in use,
before pung on or taking o parts, before
moving the appliance or adding the food, and
before cleaning.
• Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the
blender as it can be ejected out of the
appliance due to a sudden steaming.
• Read all instrucons carefully before you use
the appliance.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same
as the one shown on the power handle before
plugging in.
• Do not operate the appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance
malfuncons, or is dropped or damaged in any
manner. Return the appliance to the nearest
authorized service facility for examinaon,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• Never put the power handle in water or other
liquid or let the cord or plug get wet, you could
get an electric shock.
• Do not operate the blender with wet hands.
Make hands dry with cloth before plugging in.
• Make sure the blender sha in place,
the power cord is not damaged before using
the appliance every me.
• Never let the blades face toward anybody
while operang the appliance.
• Take special care when preparing food for
babies, the elderly and inrm.
• Always ensure that the hand blender sha is
thoroughly sterilized. Use a sterilizing soluon
in accordance with the sterilizing soluon
manufactures instrucons.

• Never blend or mix hot oil, fat. Please follow
the processing guide.
• Do not let the cord hang over edge of the table
or counter.
• Never let anybody trip over the power cord and
aached cable. Don’t let the cord touch hot
surfaces or hang down where a child could grab it.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
• Never touch the blades while the machine is
plugged in.
• Never add ingredients to the beaker while the
hand blender is operang.
• The capacity of the ingredient do not exceed
the maximum graduaon of the beaker.
• Do not connuously operate the blender too
long. The motor may overheat. If the surface
of the hand blender has been very hot, it may
need me to cool down. Aer reducing to
the room temperature, the appliance can be
operated again.
• The connuous operang me without the
load must be less than 15 seconds when using
blender, furthermore, do not use the blender
to mix too hard ingredients.
• Do not exceed the quanes and maximum
me indicated in the operaon guidelines or
processing guide.
• Take the aachments o before cleaning.
• The use of aachments, including canning jars,
not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause a risk of injury to persons.
• Avoid contacng moving parts.
• Keep ngers, hair, clothing and utensils away
from moving parts.
• Keep hands and utensils out of the beaker
while blending to reduce the risk of severe
injury to persons or damage to the blender.
• This appliance must not be used against
prescripon.
• WARNING: Risks of injuries if you don’t use
this appliance correctly.

Operation guidelines
Before using for the first time
To use the hand blender
• Remove the protecve cover from the blade of the blender sha.
• Clean the blender sha and beaker.
• Fit the power handle inside the blender sha, turn clockwise
and lock unl you hear a slight click. If this is the case, the blender
sha is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on
the power handle.
• Fill the food to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated
level).
• Plug in, adjust the desired seng, hold the power handle with
steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch buon.
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• Aer you have completed blending, Release the switch buon,
then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The connuous operang me must be less than
20 seconds. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your blender gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
• Aer use, unplug and dismantle.
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the
instrucon in the “care and cleaning”.

• Clean the potato blender sha and beaker.
• Fit the power handle inside the potato blender sha, turn
clockwise and lock unl you hear a slight click. If this is the case,
the potato blender sha is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown
on the power handle.
• Fill the food (cooked-potato pieces, cooked- pumpkin pieces etc.,)
to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated level).
• Plug in, adjust the desired seng, hold the power handle with
steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch buon.
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• Aer you have completed blending, Release the switch buon,
then unplug from outlet.

30 seconds.
• If your blender gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
• Aer use, unplug and dismantle
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the

To use the potato blender shaft
• Clean the egg-fork and beaker.
• Insert the egg-fork into the egg-fork head unl you hear a slight
click.
• Fit the power handle inside the egg-fork, turn clockwise and
lock unl you hear a slight click. The marks on the power handle
and the egg-fork head should now be aligned with each other.
If this is the case, the egg-fork is locked correctly.
• Check if the power cord is not damaged.
• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on
the power handle.
• Fill the food to the beaker (not more than the maximum indicated
level).
• Plug in, adjust the desired seng, hold the power handle with
steady. Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch buon.
• To prevent splashing, use the Low speed to mixing when starng.
• Immerse the egg-fork completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and
down and in circles.
• Aer you have completed mixing, Release the switch buon,
then unplug from outlet.
• Warning: The connuous operang me must be less than
3 minutes. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your egg-fork gets blocked, rst stop and unplug before clearing.
• Aer use, unplug and dismantle
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the
instrucon in the “care and cleaning”.

Cleaning and maintenance
• Always switch o and unplug before cleaning.
• Take the aachments o.
• Don’t touch the sharp blades.
Cauon: Take care when cleaning the blades as
they are extremely sharp.
Note: Do not clean any part of the blender in the
dishwasher.
The power handle and power cord
• Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry.
• Never immerse in water or other liquid or use
abrasives.
The beaker
• The beaker can be washed in water with
cleaning agent.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
The blender sha
• The sha can be washed in water with cleaning
agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
• Reaach the protecve cover to the blade.
The potato blender sha
• The sha can be washed in water with cleaning
agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.
The egg-fork
• The head of egg-fork can only be wiped with
a damp cloth, then dry.
• Never wash and rinse in water or use abrasives.
• The other part of egg-fork can be washed in
water with cleaning agent.
• Unplug, let it cool down.
• Wash and rinse thoroughly with water, then dry.

Storage
• Winding for the Power cord:
The Power cord can be wounded between the
Cord tail sleeving (14) and the Cord-wound
holder (15) for the convenience of storage.
Note: When using the blender, release the Power
cord from the Cord-wound holder completely to
avoid the risks resulng from the short cord.
• Store in a cool, dry and venlang place.
• Cup could NOT be used for storage.

1. Any other servicing should be performed by
an authorized service representave.
2. Do let the appliance rest at least 2 minutes
between cycles! Aer operang 5 cycles
connuously, the appliance need to cool down
to the room temperature to restart.
3. Never misuse this appliance. Care is needed
when handling cung blades, especially when
removing the blender from the beaker and
during cleaning.
4. Always reaach the protecve cover to
the blades aer cleaning.
