2. Using 2 of the large, hex-head clamp mounting screws, attach the
mounting clamp/bracket to the mounting arm, placing the screws in the
pair of holes that best accommodate the mounting surface. Secure the
mounting clamp/bracket assembly to the mounting surface.
3. Remove the arm cover and position the mounting arm at the desired
angle (see below) by aligning the holes in the arm to those in the bracket;
secure the arm in place using the remaining 4 hex-head screws.
4. Align the holes in the mounting arm/bracket with those on the LCD
monitor and secure the monitor to the bracket using the four included
monitor mounting screws.
5. Tuck loose cables inside the cable support and, if desired, run through
the opening in the bracket cover.
Always handle the LCD monitor with care during assembly
of this Monitor Pole. Disconnect any cords or cables that
could otherwise interfere with the placement of any of the
components, and make sure that any screws and clamps
are properly tightened to prevent possible damage to the
monitor or nearby items. After assembly, periodically check
the clamps to ensure no slippage or loosening has occured
that could result in monitor damage.
6. Position the LCD monitor for the desired
viewing angle. Pry off the snap-on covers
from the adjustable joints on the mounting
arm and use the included hex wrench to
tighten the joints to suit your preferences.
