Names and functions of Control Panel
①Power button･･････････････This button switches the power “ON” and “OFF” alternately.
②Power lamp (yellow)････････Lit when the power is “ON”.
③Combustion lamp (red)･････Lit when heater is on.
④Ready lamp（green）･･････Lit when pan is at the preset temperature. Moreover, this
lamp blinks and a buzzer sounds when cooking completes.
⑤Mode select button･････････This button selects mode when changing its setting.
⑥Mode switch lamp（red）･･･Press of mode select button moves this lamp from above to
bottom. You can change setting where the lamp is lit.
⑦Setting display panel･･･････Displays setting where mode switch lamp is lit.
⑧Change settings button････Used when changing each setting.
Each press of ▲▼ buttons at the same time displays the
preset temperature and the current temperature alternately.
※In case that operation finishes with displaying the current
temperature, display returns to the preset temperature.
Then display automatically changes to the current temperature
when operation resumes.
⑨Display lamp during cooking（green）･･････････Lit during cooking.
⑩Cooking start button････････Press of this button after placing gyoza while ready lamp
is lit starts cooking.

How to Use
２－１ Preparation before Use
１）Preparation before Use
①Adjust the level of pan.
Adjustment screws attached to four corners
are used to adjust the level of the pan.
②Turn on ventilating facilities.
③Open water tap.
④Turn on the main power (local switch/plug).
2）In case of the first use after installation.
※Machine oil was put on the pan to prevent rust when shipping.
①Wipe off oil on the pan with a clean cloth or kitchen paper.
②Oil the pan and repeat no-load running several times.
※Once a thin coat of oil is created on the pan, cooking ingredient does not
easily burn to the pan.
●Do not place or use spray cans, or combustible, volatile or inflammable substance
near the machine.
●Turn on ventilating facilities such as exhaust fan while in use.
WARNING
●Do not place any material weak to heat near the machine.
●Do not touch electrical components such as power plug or operate electric
switches with wet hands.
●Do not use, if part is broken. Replace broken part with new one.
●Do not use if the machine is dirty.
●Do not use for any other purpose except cooking.
●Adjust the level of pan.

How to Use
２－２ Basic usage
１）How to ignite
①Press the power button.
・Turn on the power and power lamp (yellow) lights up.
・Heater is ON, then Combustion lamp (red) lights up.
２）How to operate
①Ready lamp (green) lights up when the pan is at the preset temperature.
②Open the lid and spread an appropriate amount of oil.
Place gyoza on the pan.
③Close the lid and press the cooking start button.
・Display lamp during cooking (green) lights up and start
feed-water and grill automatically.
④When cooking is done, a buzzer sounds, display lamp
during cooking (green) blacks out, and ready lamp (green)
blinks to inform completion of cooking.
⑤Open the lid and take out gyoza.
３）After Operation
①Press the power button.
・Heater stops, power lamp (yellow) and combustion lamp (red)
go out.
②Turn the main power (local switch/plug) completely off
and shut off the main water supply.

●Do not place or use spray cans, or combustible, volatile or inflammable substa
nce near the machine.
●Turn the main power (local switch/plug) off when any abnormality is found or i
ncase of earthquake or fire.
●Do not leave the machine unattended while in use.
●Do not let children operate the machine.
●Do not place the machine on any material weak to heat.
●Make sure to turn the main power (local switch/plug) off and shut off the main water
supply when operation finishes.
WARNING
●Do not touch the machine except operation part (such as buttons) while in
use and immediately after use.
●Do not touch electrical components or operate electric switches with wet hands.
●Take out cooked food immediately after cooking.
●Do not use for any other purpose except cooking.
●Open and close lid in a quiet manner.
●Open lid slowly in order to prevent burn injury.

●Turn on ventilating facilities such as exhaust fan while in use.

How to Use
２－３ Setting of each mode
１）How to set
①Press mode select button and choose mode to set by moving
mode switch lamp (red).
②Change settings buttons ▲▼ can change value for each mode.
２）About each mode
①Pan temperature（℃）
・Pan temperature automatically increases and remains at the preset temperature.
※Default：210℃（Setting range 95℃～240℃：by 1℃）
②Feed-water starting time（minute, second）
・Set the time from start of cooking until feed-water begins.
※Default：2 seconds （Setting range 0～30 seconds：by 1 second
③Amount of feed-water
・Set the amount of water fed into the pan.
※Default：250cc－4 servings
375cc－6 servings
550cc－10 servings
④Start grilling temperature（℃）, grilling time（minute, second）
・Fed water evaporates and pan temperature increases to brown gyoza.
・Preset pan temperature after water evaporation (Start grilling temperature). Adj
ust brown color of gyoza by setting time from the start grilling temperature to
completion of cooking (Grilling time).
※Default
Grilling temperature：130℃（Setting range 80℃～200℃：by 1℃）
Grilling time：2 minutes 30 seconds
（Setting range 0 seconds～5minutes：by 10 seconds）
●Ensure appropriate preset temperature and time when setting.
CAUTION
（Setting range 50cc～990cc：by 5cc）

How to Use
２－４ In case of a power outage while in use
In case of a power outage, the machine cannot be used.
Wait until power comes back on.
１）In case of a power outage during cooking.
①Operation does not continue after power comes back on.
Start cooking from the beginning.
２）In case of a power outage when not cooking.
There is no influence when the machine is not on.
Use the machine as usual.
①Use the machine as usual after power comes back on.

Maintenance, inspection, etc.
３－１ Maintenance
Proper after-use maintenance enables longer life of the machine.
１）Preparation for maintenance
①Wear rubber gloves.
・Working without gloves may cause injury by the corners of the machine, etc.
②Make sure that main body of the machine has been cooled down.
・If the machine is not cooled down enough, it may cause burn injury.
③Turn the main power (local switch/plug) completely off.
・In order to prevent electrical shock hazard, do not “plug/unplug” the machine
with a wet hand.
２）Clean the exterior of the machine.
●Wipe off dirt with a dry cloth or well squeezed wet cloth.
●If it is very dirty, wipe the dirt off with a cloth soaked with neutral detergent.
３）Feed-water nozzle
Clean feed-water nozzle attached on back side of the lid to prevent clogging.
(About once a week)
●Do not splash water onto the exterior of the machine.
●When performing maintenance or inspection, turn the main power
(local switch/plug) completely off and wait until the machine is completel
y cooled down.
●Do not touch electrical components or operate electric switches with wet
hands.
●After cleaning the main body and each part and component, dry completely
and reinstall in their given position.
WARNING
●After use of the machine, remove and clean oil sediment stuck to the
machine and remaining garbage more than once a day.
●Do not splash water onto the main body, especially the operation panel.
●Always wear rubber gloves when performing maintenance.
●Do not use polishing powder (cleanser).
●Do not use benzine, thinner, and its similar products.
CAUTION
●If you find an electrical leak, stop use immediately and turn the main
power (local switch/plug) completely off. Contact the dealer where you pur
chased the machine, or your nearest branch or sales office of our compan
y.
●Do not put anything into switch holes or chinks.
DANGER
●Make sure to clean the machine every time after work and keep it clean.

４）Pan, lid
①When cleaning cooking tools which touch food directly, clean with a
sponge soaked with neutral detergent for dish wash.
②Dry well with a dry cloth.
※When removing lid to wash, please refer to “3-2 How to remove lid.”

①Uphold fixing plate stopper and
pull out lid damper fixing plate.
②Uphold lid damper and draw forth
lid with holding lid handle.
２）How to mount lid（Only for the models with “S”）
①Insert lid into aperture of lid damper
②Bring down lid damper and insert lid damper fixing plate.
●Remove lid after main body of the machine has been completely cooled down.
CAUTION
●When pulling out lid, fasten lid damper with a hand. Otherwise it will be
dangerous that lid damper suddenly jumps up.

Maintenance, inspection, etc.
３－３ Inspection
In order to use the product safely for a long time, be sure to perform the
maintenance and inspection below. Also, be sure to perform inspection when
using after long-term disuse.
１）Inspection
●Whether there is no combustibles nearby・・・・・Remove such combustibles.
●Whether power cord is not damaged・・
●Whether heating is normal・・・・・・・ ・Please contact our branch,
●Whether each part is not broken ・・・・ sales office or dealer.
●Whether extraordinary noise does not come
２）Recommendation for periodical inspection
Please request the dealer where you purchased the machine, or your nearest branch
or sales office of our company for inspection with charge at least twice a year.
(Please use inspection and maintenance contract.)
●Do not splash water onto the exterior of the machine.
●Perform maintenance or inspection after turning the main power (local sw
itch/plug) off and the machine is completely cooled down.
●Do not touch electrical components or operate electric switches with wet
hands.
WARNING
●Do not modify or dismantle the machine.
CAUTION
●If you find an electrical leak, stop use immediately and turn the main
power (local switch/plug) completely off. Contact the dealer where you pu
rchased the machine, or your nearest branch or sales office of our co
