ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO:
Ci sono tre controlli ai quali prestare attenzione.
Il primo è la valvola sulla bombola, che serve ad attivare e disattivare l’alimentazione del gas.
Il secondo è la manopola di controllo del gas con quadrante su cui sono segnate tre posizioni.
Questa manopola di controllo si trova sull’estremità superiore della stufa (fig.4).
Il terzo è il tasto di accensione piezoelettrico vicino alla manopola di controllo del gas (fig.4).
Premendo questo tasto si genererà una scintilla sul bruciatore pilota accendendo così la
fiamma pilota.

INSTALLAZIONE
1. Installa la bombola nella stufa a gas.
2. Installa il deflettore di protezione per accertarti che la bombola non possa muoversi.
3. Collega il tubo alla valvola del gas con tappo (accertati che non ci siano perdite).
4. Collega l’altro capo del tubo al regolatore con tappo (accertati che non ci siano perdite).
5. Apri il rubinetto del gas prima di usare la stufa e chiudi il rubinetto del gas dopo l’uso.
ACCENDERE LA STUFA
Prima di collegare il regolatore alla bombola del gas, verifica la presenza e le buone condizioni
della rondella di gomma sul regolatore.
Collega il regolatore alla bombola del gas ruotando la rotella in senso antiorario.
Apri la bombola del gas ruotandone la valvola in senso antiorario. Ruota la manopola di
regolazione del gas sulla stufa in posizione 1 (fig.4).
Tieni premuta la manopola di controllo verso il basso, in modo da permetterealgasdifluire
verso il bruciatore pilota centrale.
Tieni premuta la manopola di comando, premi il tasto di accensione piezoelettrico (fig.4) per due
o tre volte. Alla pressione del tasto di accensione piezoelettrica sentirai un clic e il bruciatore
pilota emetterà una scintilla.
Una volta che la fiamma pilota è accesa, continua a premere la manopola di regolazione del gas
per altri 10~15 secondi, attivando così il dispositivo di sicurezza contro la mancanza di fiamma.
La fiamma pilota centrale dovrebbe rimanere acceso.
Potrai ora possibile impostare il riscaldatore su Basso/Medio/Alto come richiesto.

SPEGNERE LA STUFA
Per spegnere la stufa, ruota la manopola di comando in posizione 1 e chiudi la valvola della
bombola del gas ruotandola in senso orario. Accertati che la fiamma pilota del bruciatore
centrale sia spenta.
CONTROLLA PER PERDITE DI GAS
Se si sospetta che la stufa perda gas, chiudi l’alimentazione del gas e fai ispezionare l’unità da un
tecnico qualificato. Non tentare di individuare la fonte della perdita con una fiamma libera.
Individuala con il suono, l'olfatto o applicando acqua saponata. La formazione di eventuali bolle
indicherà la presenza e la posizione della perdita.
IN CASO DI PERDITE, L’APPARECCHIO DEVE ESSERE SPENTO AZIONANDO
LA VALVOLA DEL REGOLATORE E IL REGOLATORE SCOLLEGATO DALLA
BOMBOLA.
SUGGERIMENTI PER LA SICUREZZA
Questo apparecchio non è adatto agli appartamenti a più piani, ai bagni, agli scantinati o alle
camere da letto.
Non spostare l’apparecchio durante il funzionamento, urti e scossoni potrebbero attivarne il
dispositivo di sicurezza.
Non dirigere il flusso della stufa verso apparecchiature, mobili, tende o qualsiasi altro
oggetto che possa incendiarsi.
Non utilizzare la stufa mentre dormi.
Rivolgi sempre il flusso della stufa verso il centro della stanza.
Utilizza solo in locali ben ventilati. La ventilazione è vitale per garantire le prestazioni
efficienti di questa stufa e la sicurezza dei presenti nel locale in cui viene utilizzata. Lascia
passare aria fresca in quantità, senza sigillare mai porte e finestre.
Evita che bambini e anziani entrino in contatto con le superfici arroventate.
Il normale salva‐abiti protegge solo gli indumenti dal contatto accidentale con la stufa.
Non appoggiare sulla stufa vestiti o altri materiali. Conserva tutti i materiali infiammabili ad
almeno un metro di distanza dalla stufa.
Chiudi la valvola e l’alimentazione del gas dopo l’applicazione.
Non utilizzare o conservare mai solventi e bombolette sotto pressione vicino alla stufa a gas,
anche se è spenta.
Non gettare mai rifiuti come mozziconi di sigaretta nel fuoco a gas, in quanto potrebbero
compromettere la normale combustione e produrre pericolose sostanze inquinanti.
Aziona sempre i controlli del gas e la valvola della bombola stando a lato o sul retro della
stufa. Stando davanti alla stufa ci si espone al rischio di ustioni.
Non utilizzare la stufa con un programmatore, un timer o qualsiasi altro dispositivo di
accensione automatica.

COME CAMBIARE LA BOMBOLA
La bombola deve essere cambiata secondo le istruzioni fornite.
Spegni il regolatore e lascia raffreddare completamente la stufa prima di rimuovere e
sostituire la bombola. Non tentare di sostituire la bombola mentre la stufa è in funzione.
Le bombole vanno sostituite in ambienti privi di fiamme libere.
Non fumare durante la sostituzione della bombola.
Durante la sostituzione della bombola vuota, chiudi la valvola del gas ed il regolatore, ed
estrai la bombola dalla stufa. Rimuovi il regolatore dalla bombola vuota.
AVVERTENZE
Leggi attentamente il manuale delle istruzioni, in quanto contiene importanti informazioni
sia per l’uso che per la sicurezza dell’utente.
Non utilizzare apparecchi difettosi.
Gli interventi di manutenzione e riparazione sono riservati a del personale qualificato.
Conserva queste istruzioni per riferimento futuro, e se necessario richiedi una nuova copia
al tuo rivenditore.
Dopo l’uso, spegni l’apparecchio dalla valvola di accensione del regolatore e scollegar il
regolatore dalla bombola.
L’apparecchio è adatto per bombole di GPL da 5~15kg.
Non torcere il tubo flessibile, e controllane regolarmente l’integrità per la tua sicurezza,
sostituendolo se necessario.
Non collocare la stufa in funzione vicino a pareti, tende o mobili. Quando è in uso, rivolgi
sempre la stufa verso il centro della stanza. Non mettere mobili o altri oggetti davanti alla
stufa; la distanza minima dai combustibili sul retro e sui lati del riscaldatore è di 1000mm. Il
salva‐abiti di questo apparecchio è conforme ai requisiti standard; non offre una protezione
completa per i bambini piccoli o gli infermi. la protezione serve a ridurre il rischio di ustioni,
e non va rimossa o alterata in nessuna parte.
Questo apparecchio va controllato per perdite prima dell’uso iniziale e ogni volta che la
bombola è stata ricollegata dopo la sostituzione. Non controllare per perdite di gas usando
fiamme libere.
Questo è una stufa senza canna fumaria. Accertati che il locali siano ventilati mentre la stufa
è in funzione. Non usare in camere da letto, bagni, roulotte, barche o qualsiasi locale di
volume inferiore a 84m3. Mantieni un’area di ventilazione di almeno 105cm2.
Questo apparecchio necessita di un tubo flessibile e un regolatore. Verifica con il tuo
fornitore di gas per il tipo corretto in base alla bombola da usare e alle normative
attualmente vigenti.
Non utilizzare in veicoli, roulotte o autocaravan.

TERMOCONVETTORE ELETTRICO AL QUARZO
Quando utilizzi la stufa con l’alimentazione elettrica rispettando le
seguenti procedure.
Il modello di stufa SC23QZ‐R è progettato per funzionare sia con l’alimentazione elettrica che a
gas. Segui le istruzioni di seguito quando utilizzi la modalità di riscaldamento “Quartz Heating”.
1. Accertati che la spina sia dotata di messa a terra prima di inserirla nellapresa.
2. Premi l'interruttore “–“ per attivare il tubo al quarzo superiore, oppure
3. Premi l'interruttore “=” per attivare gli altri due tubi al quarzo.
4. Premi l'interruttore “‐“ e “=” per attivare tutti e tre i tubi al quarzo.
5. Dopo l’uso, spegni tutti gli interruttori e stacca la spina.

Quando gas ed elettricità vengono usati insieme, i due tipi di metodi sopra menzionati
devono essere messi in pratica.
AVVERTENZE
La stufa non deve essere collocata immediatamente nei pressi di una presa elettrica.
Non usare questa stufa nelle immediate vicinanze di bagni, docce o piscine.
Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, va sostituito dal produttore, daunsuoagentedi
assistenza o da persona similmente qualificata, per evitare rischi.
Questo apparecchio NON è adatto all’uso da parte di persone (bambini inclusi) con ridotte
capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive delle necessarie esperienza e perizia, a meno che
non siano supervisionate o istruite sull’uso sicuro dell'apparecchio da un tutore responsabile
per la loro sicurezza.

PULIZIA & MANUTENZIONE:
Gli interventi di manutenzione e pulizia devono essere effettuati con l’alimentazione del gas
chiusa e la stufa fredda. Non tentare di pulire la stufa mentre è in funzione.
La stufa deve essere controllata annualmente da una persona qualificata per garantirne un
funzionamento sicuro e per rilevare eventuali guasti.
Se rilevi guasti durante l’uso, interrompi immediatamente l’utilizzo della stufa e consulta subito il
tuo rivenditore.
Pulisci regolarmente la bombola esterna sul retro e l’area dove è collocatalastufaperrimuovere
la polvere e la lanugine accumulata, che potrebbero comprometterne il funzionamento.
Una leggera aspirazione con una spazzola morbida rimuoverà l’eventuale polvere accumulata
sulle superfici degli elementi in ceramica. Non raschiare o urtare questi elementi poiché
diventano molto fragili con l’uso.
Non pulire la stufa usando prodotti abrasivi o corrosivi.
Quando la stufa è in funzione, controlla che la fiamma pilota bruci costantemente, se tremola o è
gialla, la stufa dovrebbe essere controllato per verificarne il corretto funzionamento.
Se fosse necessario sostituire delle parti, andranno utilizzate solo parti originali fornite dal
produttore. L’uso di parti non compatibili può essere pericoloso e inficerà qualsiasi garanzia.
Non pulire usando stracci bagnati o spruzzando acqua sulla stufa, in quantopotrestiseriamente
danneggiarla. In caso di normale utilizzo, contatta i nostri agenti per eseguire una manutenzione
regolare. Quando non viene utilizzata, conserva la stufa in aree pulite e asciutte.
ATTENZIONE
Questo apparecchio NON può essere utilizzato da bambini di età inferiore agli 8 anni e da
persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o prive delle necessarie esperienza e
perizia, a meno che supervisionate e istruite sull’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio sui pericoli coinvolti.
I bambini non devono giocare con l’apparecchio.
La pulizia e la manutenzione affidate all’utente non devono essere eseguite da bambini.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
There are 3 controls need to be paid attention.
The first is the valve on the cylinder, which will be used to turn ON and OFF thegassupply.
The second is the gas control knob with a dial which has 3 positions marked on it.
This control knob is located on the top end of the heater (fig 4).
The third is the piezoelectric ignition button next to the gas control knob (fig 4).
Pressing this button will generate a spark on the pilot burner thus igniting the gas to the pilot
burner.

INSTALLATION
1. Put the cylinder into the gas heater
2. Install the protection baffle to make sure the cylinder cant' move
3. Connect the pipe to the gas valve with cap (make sure no leakage)
4. Connect another side of the pipe to the regulator with cap (make sure no leakage)
5. Open the gas tap before using the heater, and close the gas tap after using.
LIGHTING HEATER
Before connecting the regulator to the gas cylinder. Cheek whether there is a rubber washer on
the regulator, and the washer must be in good condition.
Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder by turning the hand wheel anticlockwise.
Open the gas cylinder by turning the gas cylinder valve anticlockwise. Turn the gas control knob
on the heater to setting 1 (fig 4).
Press the control knob down and hold in the pressed condition. This will allowgastoflowtothe
pilot and center burner.
While holding the control knob in the pressed position push the piezoelectric ignition (fig 4)
button 2 or 3 times. Each time you strike this piezoelectric ignition you will hear a clicking sound
as well as see a spark on the pilot burner.
Once the pilot has lit, continue holding the gas control knob in the pressed position for a further
10 to 15 seconds thus activating the flame failure safety device.
The pilot and center burner should remain alight.
You may now adjust the heater setting to Low/Med/High as required.

turning the knob on the cylinder clockwise. Ensure that the pilot flame the center burner are
extinguished.
TESTING GAS LEAKS
When you suspect that the heater is leaking, turn off the gas supply and have the unit inspected
by a qualified technician. Do not attempt to locate the source of leak with a naked flame. Locate
it by sound, smell or by applying soapy water. Any bubbles forming will indicate the whereabouts
of a leak.
IN EVENT OF LEAKAGE, THE APPLIANCE SHOULD BE TURNED OFF AT THE
REGULATOR SWITCH‐ON VALVE AND THE REGULATOR DISCONNECTED
FROM THE CYLINDER.
SAFETY TIPS
The appliance shall not be used in high rise flats, in bathrooms, basements or bedrooms.
Do not move the appliance when operating, shocks and bumps may activate the safe
device.
Do not direct the heater towards equipment, furniture, curtains or anything else that may
catch fire.
Do not use your heater while sleeping.
Always face the heater towards the center of the room.
Use only in a well‐ventilated room. Ventilation is vital for the efficient performance of this
heater and for safety of the occupants of the room in which it is being used. Allow plenty of
fresh air in, never seal up the doorways and windows.
Prevent young children and elderly people from touching very hot surfaces.
The normal dress guard only protects against accidental clothing contact.
Do not place clothes or other material on the heater. Keep all flammable materials
at least one meter away from the heater.
Turn off the gas valve and gas supply after its application.
Never use or store solvents and pressure pack can sans near a gas heater‐eveniftheheater
is turned off.
Never dispose of rubbish such as cigarette butts in a gas fire‐this can affect
combustion and produce dangerous pollutants.
Always operate the gas control and cylinder valve from the side or rear of the
heater. Standing in front of the heater exposes you to the risk of burns.
Do not use the heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the
heater on automatically.
HOW TO CHANGE A CYLINDER
The cylinder should be changed in accordance with instructions provided.
Turn off at the regulator and allow the heater to cool fully before removing and replacing
the cylinder. Do not attempt to replace the cylinder while the heater is still in use.

While replacing the empty cylinder, turn the gas off at the valve or regulator and take the
cylinder out of the heater. Remove the regulator from the empty cylinder.
WARNING
Read the instructions in the manual carefully. it has important information both for
operation use and for your safety.
Do not use faulty appliances.
Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by a qualified person only.
Retain these instructions for future reference. if necessary, a new copy may be obtained
from your dealer.
After use, turn off the appliance at the regulator switch on valve and the regulator
disconnected from the cylinder.
The appliance is suitable for 15kg/ 5kg LPG container.
Do not twist the flexible tube or the hose. The hose should be regular checking for your
safety, replace it if necessary.
Do not place the heater near walls, curtains or furniture while in operation. always face the
heater towards the center of the room when in use. do not put furniture or other thing in
front of the heater; minimum clearance to combustibles to the rear and sides of the heater

Operate the heater according to following procedures when electric
power is used.
The electric heating system for SC23QZ‐R is designed to use electric heating as well as gas heating.
Follow the instructions as below when using the Quartz Heating mode.

When gas and electricity used together, the two kinds of above‐mentioned methods
must be put into practice.
WARNING
The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not
use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the
room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.

CLEANING &MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance and cleaning must be carried out with the gas supply turned off and the heater cold.
Do not attempt to clean the heater while it is in use.
Your heater should be checked annually by a qualified person for safe operation and to detect
any faults.
If any faults are detected in use, stop using the heater right away and contact your dealer for
advice.
Periodically clean the exterior and rear cylinder, storage area of your heater to remove dust and
lint built‐up, which may affect operation of the heater.
Light vacuuming with a soft brush will remove any dust built‐up on the surfaces of the ceramic
elements. Do not scrape or knock these elements as they become very fragile with use.
Do not abrasive products to clean the heater.
Watch the pilot flame while it is in operation, it should burn steadily, if it flickers or is yellow
tipped, the heater should be checked for correct operation.
If any parts need replacement, they must be replaced only with genuine original parts supplied
by the manufacturer. The use of incorrect or substitute the parts may be dangerous and will void
any warranty.
Do not use a wet rag or sprinkling water on the heater while cleaning. This maycauseaserious
problem to the heater. Under the circumstance of normal usage, contact our agents to conduct
regular maintenance. Leave the heater at a clean and dry area when it is not used.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
