WARNINGS AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
If these instructions are ignored, there is a possibility of a hazardous fire or explosion which
could result in physical injury or property damage! It is your responsibility to assemble,
operate and maintain your gas grill properly.
Read all warnings and instructions prior to assembling and operating
your grill.
WARNINGS:
* This grill is for outdoor use only. It should NOT be used in a building, garage or any other
enclosed area.
* The use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair an individual’s ability
to properly assemble or safely operate this appliance.
* Do not leave grill unattended. Keep children and pets away from grill at all times.
* Do not use grill in high wind.
* Grill must be used with propane gas only. Liquid propane is not natural gas. The
attempted conversion or use of natural gas in a liquid propane grill is dangerous and will
void your warranty.
* Do not attempt to attach grill to the self-contained propane system of a camper, trailer,
motor home or house.
* Do not use charcoal or lighter fluid.
* Do not use gasoline, kerosene or alcohol for lighting. LP gas tank must be constructed and
marked in accordance with the specifications for propane gas tanks as stipulated by the
U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
* Do not attempt to move grill when in use.
* Do not use grill unless it is COMPLETELY assembled and all parts are securely fastened and
tightened. If there are any missing or damaged parts, contact customer service for a
replacement.
* Do not alter grill in any manner.
* Do not operate grill if there is a gas leak present.
* The use and installation of this product must conform to local codes. In the absence of
local codes, use the National Fuel Gas Code: ANSI Z223.1/NFPA54, Storage and Handling
of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, ANSI/NFPA 58 or Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code,
CSA B149.1, Propane Storage and Handling, CSA B149.2.
* This appliance is not intended for use in or on a boat or recreational vehicle.
* Place grill with back and sides at least 24 inches (61 cm) from any combustible or non-
combustible materials or construction.
* Keep appliance area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other
flammable vapours and liquids.
* When cooking with oil or grease, have a type BC or ABC fire extinguisher readily available.
In the event of an oil or grease fire, do not attempt to extinguish with water. Immediately
call the fire department. A type BC or ABC fire extinguisher may, in some circumstances,
contain the fire.
* Do not use appliance under unprotected, overhead, combustible construction.
* This appliance is not intended for, and should never be used as, a heater.
* This appliance will be hot during and after use. Use insulated oven mitts or gloves for
protection from hot surfaces or splatter from cooking liquids.
* This appliance is not intended for commercial use.
* The pressure regulator supplied with the Cuisinart Gas Grill must be used.

PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and diagram on page 5. If any part is missing or damaged, do not
attempt to assemble the product. Please contact customer service for replacement parts at

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1. Attach long leg (14) assembly to LH lower tube (3) assembly using bolt M6 X 35
(F).
Step 2. Attach short leg 1 (4) and short leg 2 (5) assembly to upper tube
assembly (7) ，and wheel tube (2) assembly using bolt M6 X 35 (E)
nd bolt M6 X 50 (F).

Step 3. Attach long leg assembly (14) to short leg assembly (4 and 5) using leg bolts (J),
leg spacers (I), and flat washer (C), lock washer (D) and Middle Tube Assembly (6).
Step 4. Attach hood (10) to grill body assembly (8) using hood bolts (K), and pin (H). Press
control knob (12) onto control valve. Press the lid bushing (N) to the grill body.

Step 5. Attach long leg assembly (14) to grill bottom using leg bolts (L) and M6 lock nuts
(B) and Heat resistant washer (O). When the legs are unfolded, the safety latch will
automatically slide over the pin in the leg to prevent the grill from accidentally collapsing.
Before folding the legs, lift the safety latch to allow the legs to fold. The safety latch bracket
can be adjusted if it does not fit over the pin correctly.
Step 6. Attach the wheels (1) to the short leg assembly (4 and 5) using the wheel bolts
(M), Flat Washer (C), and Lock Washer (G), and then attach wheel covers (3) by pressing
them into the wheel.

Step 7. Attach lid handle (11), and cooking grid fix panel (9) using M6 x 16(A) with fibre
washer between bolt head and lid.

4. Installation
If these instructions are ignored, there is a possibility of a hazardous fire or explosion which
could result in physical injury or property damage! It is your responsibility to assemble,
operate and maintain your gas grill properly.
4.1 Choose a safe location.
Once you have assembled your new gas grill, find a suitable location for use.
1. This gas grill is for outdoor cooking use only. Do not operate in garages, breezeways,
sheds or any enclosed area. Never operate the gas grill in enclosed areas as this could
lead to a carbon monoxide build-up which could result in injury or death.
The LP gas supply cylinder(s) to be used must be:
(a) Constructed and marked in accordance with the Specifications for LP-Gas Cylinders
of the U.S Department of Transportation (D.O.T) or Canadian standard CAN/CSA-
B339, Cylinders, Spheres and Tubes for Transportation of Dangerous Goods, as
applicable; and
(b) Provided with a UL-listed overfilling prevention device; and
(c) Provided with a cylinder connection device compatible with the connection for
outdoor cooking appliances.
2. Installation must conform to local codes or, in the absence of local codes, use one of the
following:
* National Fuel Gas Code ANSI Z223.1 NFPA 54
* National Gas and Propane Installation Code: CAN/CGA B149.1.
To check your local codes, contact your local LP gas dealer or natural gas company. This
gas grill was not intended to be connected to a natural gas supply line, or to be installed
in or on a recreational vehicle and/or a boat.
3. Locate the gas grill away from any combustible and non-combustible construction by at
least 36 inches from back and 36 inches from side. Do not locate the gas grill under a
ceiling or cover. Heat from the gas grill could cause damage. A clogged tube can lead a
fired beneath the grill.
Place the gas grill on a level surface. The gas grill will operate best if it is not facing
directly into the wind. Avoid moving the gas grill while it is in use.
4. The gas grill area must be clear and free from combustible materials, spare LP cylinders,
gasoline and other flammable liquids or vapors. Do not use lighter fluid or charcoal
briquettes in a gas grill. Keep the ventilation openings of the cylinder enclosure free and
clear from other debris. The flow of combustion and ventilation air is not to be
obstructed.
5. Do not leave the gas grillunattended while it is in use. Place your gas grill in a location
away from children and pets. Keep children and pets away from the hot gas grill. Not for
use by children.
WARNING:
Never use natural gas in a unit designed for liquid propane (LP) gas. LP gas is not natural
gas. The conversion or attempted use of natural gas in an LP unit is dangerous and voids
your warranty.
