DISIMBALLO, INSTALLAZIONE ED ALLACCIAMENTO ELETTRICO
Dopo aver aperto l’imballo, assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia integro e non presenti danneggiamenti.
In caso di dubbio contattare immediatamente il vostro venditore che vi saprà assistere con la massima
professionalità.
I componenti dell’imballo devono essere smaltiti nel rispetto delle norme vigenti. Non lasciarle alla
portata di bambini o di incapaci, in quanto fonti di potenziale pericolo.
Dal momento in cui si decide di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio si raccomanda di renderlo inutilizzabile
tagliando il cavo nel punto di uscita dall’apparecchio e di consegnarlo a delle strutture specializzate
per lo smaltimento.
L’installazione deve essere effettuata da personale tecnico qualificato ed abilitato a tale mansione
rispettando le norme vigenti nel paese di utilizzo dell’apparecchio. Una errata installazione può
causare danni a cose, persone o animali per i quali la ditta costruttrice non può essere considerata
responsabile.
Attenersi con la massima scrupolosità alle seguenti avvertenze prima dell’utilizzo dell’apparecchio:
Posizionare l’apparecchio su una superficie solida e piana.
•
Non installarlo all’esterno.•
Fare attenzione che l’apparecchio non schiacci il cavo di alimentazione.•
Verificare che la tensione e la frequenza della rete di alimentazione elettrica corrispondano a quelli•
riportati sull’etichetta applicata su ogni apparecchio.
Verificare che la portata elettrica dell’impianto di rete sia dimensionata alla potenza e/o corrente•
massime assorbite dall’apparecchio.
E’ obbligatorio effettuare il collegamento di messa a terra. Verificare quindi che l’impianto di messa•
a terra sia conforme alle attuali norme di sicurezza.
Collegare ad un nodo equipotenziale il morsetto esterno contrassegnato dal simbolo•
Versione trifase: collegare correttamente il motore in modo che le macine, se viste dall’alto del•
macinacaffè, ruotino in senso orario.

Una vez haya abierto el embalaje, compruebe con atención que el aparato está en perfecto estado y
que no presenta daños de ningún tipo. En caso de duda no lo utilice y póngase en contacto con personal
profesional especializado.
Para echar los componentes del embalaje de manera corecta respete las leyes vigentes en materia. No
abandone las partes del embalaje al alcanne de los niños porque son una fuente potencial de peligro.
En caso de que decida no volver a utilizar el aparto, le aconsejamos desenchufar la clavjia de
alimentación eléctrica y cortar el cable en el punto de salida del aparatp para garantizar su
inoperatividad y diríjase a empresas especializadas para su eliminación.
La instalación de la maquina tiene que ser efectuada por operadores habilitados en el respeto de las
normas de seguridad vigentes en el país de utilización. Una instalación errónea puede ocasionar daños
a personas, animales o cosas, por este motivo no se podrá considerar responsable al fabricante.
Antes de usar el aparato leer cuidadosamente los avisos y las instrucciones:
Colocar el aparato en una superficie estable y plana.
•
No colocar el aparato fuera.•
Tener cuidado de que la máquina no se apoye sobre el cable de alimentación.•
Comprobar que los valores de tensión y de frequencia de la red de alimentación corresponden a los•
indicados en la etiqueta de los datos técnicos.
Verificar que la capacidad eléctrica de la instalaciónes la adecuata para el consumo de potencia del•
aparato. Este dato lo puede encontrar en la etiqueta que contiene los datos técnic.
Es obbligatorio que el aparato esté conectado a una toma de tierra. Verificar que la instalación de•
toma de tierra es eficaz y que se adapta a las normas de seguidad actuales.
Conectar a un nodo equipotencial el borne equipotencial exterior.•
Versi• ón trifásica: conectar el motor correctamente en modo que los molinos, si los miramos hacia
abajo, giren hacia la derecha.

UNPACKING, INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
On opening the packaging, check carefully to make sure the appliance is intact and that there are no
sing of damage. If in any doubt contact immediately your dealer that will help you in a professional
way.
The packaging materials should be collected and disposed in conformity with the safety rules in force.
Keep out of the reach of children and irresponsible persons because are potential sources of danger.
If you decide not to use the appliance anymore remember to unplug it so that it cannot be used, and
then cut the cable in the point where it comes out of the appliance. Contact specialized firms for
information on the disposal of the components of the appliance.
The installation must be carried out only by professionally qualified persons who are authorised
to perform such tasks and must be comply with the regulations in force in the place in which the
appliance is installed . Incorrect installation may result in injury of persons or animals, or damage to
property, for which the manufacturer cannot be held responsible.
Before using the appliance read carefully the notices and the instructions:
The appliance must be placed on a stable, flat surface.

Not installed outside.•
Make sure that the appliance is not resting on the power supply cable.•
Make sure the voltage and frequency values of the supply mains correspond to the ratings indicated•
on the label featuring the appliance’s technical data.
Make sure the ratings of the system are suitable for the power absorbed by the appliance and/or•

It’s compulsory to earth the appliance. Check that the grounding system is in compliance with the•
actual safety laws.
The external equipotential terminal must be connected to a equipotential node.•
Three fase version: connect the motor correctly so the blade, if viewed from the grinder, rotate•
clockwise.

Aprés avoir ouvert l’emballage, assureg-vous que l’appareil soit intégral et ne présente pas de
dommages. En cas de doute, contacter immédiatement votre vendeur qui saura vous
assister avec grande professionalité.
Les membres de l’emballage doivent être écoulés dans le respect des normes en vigueur. Ne
pas les laisser à la portée des enfants ou d’incapables, car cela paurrait étre dangereux.
Du moment où vous décidez de ne plus utiliser l’appareil nous conseignons de le rendre
inutilisable coupant le câble au point de sortie de l’appareil et de le consigner aux structures
spècialisèes pour l’écoulement.
L’installation doit être effectuée par du personnel tecnique qualifié et habilité à telle mention
respectant les normes en vigueur dans le pays où l’appareil sera utilisé.Une mauvaise
installation peut causer des dommages à choses, personnes ou animaux là où la, maison
constructrice ne peut pas être considérée responsable.
Suivez scrupuleusement les instructions suivantes avant l’utilisation de l’appareil:

AUSPACKEN, INSTALLATION UND ELEKTROANSCHLUSS
Nachdem die Verpackung geöffnet wurde ist sich zu vergewissern, dass das Gerät unversehrt ist und
keinerlei Beschädigungen aufweist. Im Zweifelsfall ist sofort Ihr Händler zu informieren, der Ihnen
professionell behilflich sein wird.
Die Bestandteile der Verpackung sind entsprechend den geltenden Richtlinien zu entsorgen. Lassen
Sie sie nie in der Reichweite von Kindern oder von Behinderten, da sie eine mögliche Gefahrenquelle
darstellen können.
Ab dem Moment der Entscheidung, das Gerät nicht mehr zu verwenden, empfiehlt es sich, es
unbrauchbar zu machen, indem das Kabel am Austritt aus dem Gerät abgeschnitten und das Gerät den
spezialisierten Entsorgungsbetrieben übergeben wird.
Die Installation hat durch qualifiziertes und autorisiertes Fachpersonal entsprechend den im
Gebrauchsland des Geräts geltenden Vorschriften zu erfolgen. Eine fehlerhafte Installation kann

AVVERTENZE GENERALI
Leggere e attenersi attentamente alla avvertenze ed alle
istruzioni. Staccare sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente
prima di eseguire qualsiasi manutenzione o pulizia sugli
apparecchi .
I modelli MONOFASE vengono forniti già equipaggiati con
cavo spina per il collegamento alla presa.
I modelli TRIFASE vengono forniti con cavo, sarà cura
dell’installatore qualificato collegarli alla rete.
Qualsiasi manomissione e allacciamento non conforme
annullano la garanzia del costruttore.
AVVERTENZE PARTICOLARI
Non manomettere in alcun modo gli apparecchi. Per qual-
siasi intervento sulle macchine rivolgersi esclusivamente ai
centri di assistenza autorizzati.
Non tirare mai il cavo di alimentazione per staccare la spina
dalla presa.
Usare l’apparecchio solo per le funzioni alle quali è desti-
nato.
Posizionare gli apparecchi a una distanza minima di 5 cm
dalla parete in modo da consentire l’ottimale aerazione.
Controllare che gli apparecchi siano distanti da lavelli e
getti d’acqua.
Non lasciare mai incustodito l’apparecchio acceso. Tenerlo
lontano dalla portata dei bambini e persone incapaci.
Non mettere mai in funzione l’apparecchio che sembri
difettoso.
Usare solo accessori e ricambi originali.
Non coprire mai gli apparecchi per evitare pericoli d’in-
cendio.
Disinserire la spina se l’apparecchio non deve essere utiliz-
zato per lungo tempo.
Lasciare raffreddare l’apparecchio prima di spostarlo. Ai fini
della sicurezza gli apparecchi sono da ritenersi sempre con
presa inserita e quindi in tensione.
Il motore è dotato di un sensore termico che interviene
scollegando l’alimentazione nel momento in cui vengono
raggiunte temperature elevate. Se ciò dovesse accadere,
lasciare raffreddare il motore scollegando dalla rete elettri-
ca l’apparecchio e rivolgersi immediatamente a personale
tecnico qualificato. Non improvvisare riparazioni di alcun
tipo.
Qualora il MACINADOSATORE restasse inattivo per un
periodo prolungato, pulirlo con cura, lavare ed asciugare la
campana e lasciarla aperta.
ISTRUZIONI
MACINADOSATORI M80-M1
Apparecchio destinato a macinare chicchi di caffè.
ATTENZIONE:
Organi in movimento.
INTERVALLO DI FUNZIONAMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO
Rispettare il seguente ciclo di utilizzo dell’apparecchio

FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima di inserire la spina nella presa o di attivare l’interrutto-
re generale a monte, verificare che l’interruttore dell’appa-
recchio sia posto sullo “0”. Inserite la linguetta di chiusura
della campana e verificate lo scorrimento nella sua sede.
Posizionate la campana nella sua sede facendo pressione
lateralmente con le dita finché risulti ben ferma. A tal punto
fissarla alla ghiera di regolazione macinatura tramite l’ap-
posita vite fornita con l’apparecchio, facendo combaciare il
foro presente sulla campana con quello sulla ghiera.
Se il vostro Macinadosatore è equipaggiato con l’interrut-
tore AUTOMATICO, controllare che la levetta si trovi nella
giusta posizione verso la bocchetta di uscita della polvere
di caffè.
A questo punto il Macinadosatore è pronto per il funzio-
namento.
Versare del caffè in grani nella campana.
Aprite la linguetta.
Inserite la spina nella presa e attivate l’interruttore gene-
rale posto a monte, portando l’interruttore sulla posizione
“I”. Per questioni di sicurezza, all’utente non è consentito
rimuovere nessun tipo di vite presente sul macinacaffè.
Questa operazione è consentita solamente da parte di
tecnici qualificati e dopo aver staccato l’apparecchio dalla
rete di alimentazione.
Si consiglia di controllare la grana del caffè macinato; ogni
macinino è regolato su una grana “medio fine”.
Nel caso non fosse di vostro gradimento, dovete operate
nel modo seguente:
MACINADOSATORE M80:
Premere il nottolino di arresto ghiera verso il basso.
Ruotare la ghiera in senso orario per ottenere una grana più
grossa, in senso antiorario per ottenere una grana più fine.
Per evitare la rimozione della ghiera con la conseguente
possibilità di avere libero accesso al gruppo macinante,
posizionare la vite antisvitamento in uno dei due fori per-
mettente la più ampia regolazione.
MACINADOSATORE M1:
Agendo sull’apposito perno, ruotare la ghiera in senso ora-
rio per ottenere una grana più grossa.
Ruotare invece la ghiera in senso antiorario per ottenere
una grana più fine.
REGOLAZIONE DELLA QUANTITÁ DI CAFFÈ IN POL-
VERE EROGATA:
Per regolare la quantità di caffè macinato erogato al porta
filtro, si deve agire sull’apposito dado. Girando verso SINI-
STRA, la quantità AUMENTA, verso DESTRA DIMINUISCE.
Il dosatore può erogare da 4gr. a 9 gr.
Per determinare la quantità desiderata prelevare dal dosato-
re N°10 DOSI (dieci battute) e pesare il caffè ottenuto. Così
si determina il peso di ogni singola dose.

M80 - M1 VERSIONE ELETTRONICO:
Funzionamento e programmazione:
1. Funzionamento: prima di inserire la spina alla rete elet-
trica, verificare che l’interruttore sia posizionato su “O”.
Inserire la linguetta di chiusura della campana e verificare
lo scorrimento nella sua sede.
Posizionare la campana nella sua sede facendo pressione
lateralmente con le dita finché risulti ben ferma, a tal punto
fissarla alla ghiera di regolazione della macinatura tramite
l’apposita vite fornita con l’apparecchio, facendo combacia-
re il foro presente sulla campana con quello sulla ghiera.
A tal punto, dopo aver versato il caffè in grani nell’apposita
campana, il macinadosatore è pronto per il funzionamento.
Aprite la linguetta e inserite la spina alla rete elettrica,
successivamente posizionate l’interruttore su “I”. A tal
punto si accenderà il display visualizzando il simbolo “8888”
lampeggiante per 3s; durante questo periodo è possibile
entrare nella modalità di programmazione (vedi punto2).
A riposo viene visualizzato il numero di dosi preceden-
temente erogate (da 0 a 9999). Dopo aver posizionato il
porta filtro nell’apposita forcella, è possibile procedere con
l’erogazione del caffè macinato in tal modo:
-dose singola: premendo il pulsante indicante una tazza
-dose doppia: premendo il pulsante indicante due tazze
-dose manuale: premendo contemporaneamente il tasto
una tazza più tasto due tazze durante l’erogazione del
caffè macinato, il display visualizzerà “run” per avvisare
che l’apparecchio è in funzione.
2. Programmazione dose macinata: la durata di erogazione
del caffè macinato è definita da t1+t3 (dose singola) e da
t2+t4 (dose doppia). I tempi t1,t2,t3,t4 posso essere pro-
grammati in tal modo:
a) regolazione del tempo t1: premendo il tasto “+” viene vi-
sualizzato sul display “t1xx” dove xx va da 00 a 99 centesimi
di secondo. Agendo ora su “+” e “-“ si aumenta o diminuisce
rispettivamente il valore xx. Dopo 2s il valore impostato vie-
ne memorizzato e si esce dal modo programmazione.
b) regolazione del tempo t2: premendo il tasto “-” viene vi-
sualizzato sul display “t2xx” dove xx va da 00 a 99 centesimi
di secondo. Agendo ora su “+” e “-“ si aumenta o diminuisce
rispettivamente il valore xx. Dopo 2s il valore impostato vie-
ne memorizzato e si esce dal modo programmazione.
c) regolazione del tempo t3: spegnere e riaccendere la
macchina, per 3s lampeggerà la scritta “8888”. Premendo il
tasto “una tazza” e contemporaneamente “-“ viene visualiz-
zato sul display “t3xx” dove xx va da 01 a 99 secondi. Agen-
do ora su “+” e “-“ si aumenta o diminuisce rispettivamente
il valore xx. Dopo 2s il valore impostato viene memorizzato
e si esce dal modo programmazione.
d) regolazione del tempo t4: spegnere e riaccendere la
macchina, per 3s lampeggerà la scritta “8888”. Premendo il
tasto “due tazze” e contemporaneamente “+“ viene visualiz-
zato sul display “t4xx” dove xx va da 02 a 99 secondi. Agen-
do ora su “+” e “-“ si aumenta o diminuisce rispettivamente
il valore xx. Dopo 2s il valore impostato viene memorizzato
e si esce dal modo programmazione.
e) azzeramento del contadosi: spegnere e riaccendere la
macchina, per 3s lampeggerà la scritta “8888”. Premendo
il tasto “+” e, contemporaneamente “-“ si azzera il contatore
delle dosi erogate.
f) abilitazione alla programmazione: spegnere e riaccende-
re la macchina, per 3s lampeggerà la scritta “8888”. Pre-
mendo contemporaneamente i tasti una tazza + due tazze
verrà visualizzato “on” se la regolazione dose è bloccata,
“off” se abilitata. Premendo ora “+” o “-”, si cambia stato.
Dopo 5s si torna al funzionamento normale.
SISTEMA DI SICUREZZA CONTRO L’ ACCESSO ALLE
PARTI ROTANTI (VALIDO PER TUTTI I MODELLI E
VERSIONI)
Sono presenti più sistemi di protezione (già più sopra descrit-
ti) per evitare l’accesso alle parti rotanti come le viti di sicu-
rezza presenti sulla campana e sulla ghiera, il cono di pro-
tezione fissato all’interno della campana e la protezione in
metallo posizionata davanti all’uscita del caffè macinato.Tutti
questi dispositivi sono stati concepiti per tutelare l’incolumità
di chi utilizza l’apparecchio. Per questo motivo, insistiamo sul
fatto che non devono essere assolutamente mai rimosse o
modificate e che, per qualsiasi problema di malfunzionamen-
to, Vi rivolgiate a personale tecnico altamente qualificato il

FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima di infilare la spina nella presa o di attivare l’interrutto-
re generale a monte, verificare che l’interruttore dell’appa-
recchio sia posto sullo “0”. Inserite la linguetta di chiusura
della campana e verificate lo scorrimento nella sua sede.
Posizionate la campana nella sua sede facendo pressione
lateralmente con le dita finché risulti ben ferma.
Se il vostro Macinadosatore è equipaggiato con l’interrut-
tore AUTOMATICO, controllare che la levetta si trovi nella
giusta posizione verso la bocchetta di uscita della polvere
di caffè.
A questo punto il Macinadosatore è pronto per il funzio-
namento.
Versare del caffè in grani nella campana.
Aprite la linguetta.
Inserite la spina nella presa e attivate l’interruttore generale
posto a monte, portando l’interruttore sulla posizione “I”.
Si consiglia di controllare la grana del caffè macinato; ogni
macinino è regolato su una grana “medio fine”.
Nel caso non fosse di vostro gradimento, dovete operate
nel modo seguente:
Ruotare la ghiera in senso orario per ottenere una grana
più fine.
Ruotare la ghiera in senso antiorario per ottenere una
grana più grossa.
Nota: il macinadosatore è dotato di un cono di sicurezza
antintrusione fissato sulla testata porta campana.
REGOLAZIONE DELLA QUANTITÁ DI CAFFÈ IN POL-
VERE EROGATA:
P
er regolare la quantità di caffè macinato erogato al porta
filtro, si deve agire sull’apposito dado. Girando verso SINI-
STRA, la quantità AUMENTA, verso DESTRA, DIMINUISCE.
Il dosatore può erogare da 4gr. a 9 gr.

satore N°10 DOSI (dieci battute) e pesare il caffè ottenuto.
Così si determina il peso di ogni singola dose.
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
PER TUTTI GLI APPARECCHI
Qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione o pulizia deve es-
sere effettuata solo dopo aver disinserito la spina e aver
atteso il raffreddamento dell’apparecchio.
Non usare panni, spugne o detergenti abrasivi sulle carroz-
zerie, per evitare di strisciarle o scalfirle.
Per la pulizia usare panni umidi, ben strizzati e prodotti spe-
cifici per acciaio inox, alluminio, verniciature e cromature
delle carrozzerie.
Le parti destinate al contatto con gli alimenti possono es-
sere lavate separatamente, a mano, con acqua e detersivo
per stoviglie.
Non lavare in lavastoviglie.
La campana vuota può essere lavata separatamente con
acqua e detersivo appropriato. Prima di togliere la campana
ricordatevi di togliere la linguetta ed accendere il macina-
caffè, in questo modo si svuoterà il porta macine dai chicchi
residui. Di tanto in tanto controllare che all’interno del dosa-
tore non si verifichino depositi, se si rendesse necessario
rimuoverli, RICORDATE DI SCOLLEGARE L’APPAREC-
CHIO DALLA RETE.
Nei modelli non automatici, ricordatevi di spegnere il maci-
nadosatore dopo aver macinato una determinata quantità
di caffè. Questo per evitare traboccamenti dal coperchio
del dosatore.

El motor está provisto de un sensor térmico que interviene
desconectando la alimentación en el momento en el cual
se alcanza la temperatura más alta. Si esto sucede, dejar
enfriar el motor, desconectar el aparato de la red eléctrica y
contactar inmediatamente un técnico cualificado. No impro-
visar reparaciones de ningún tipo.
Si su molinillo permanece inctivo durante un periodo
prolongado,limpielo cuidadosamente, seque la campana y
déjela abierta.

Antes de introducior el enchufe en la toma de corriente o
de activar el interruptor general amonte, comprube que el

interruptor del aparato esté puesto en la posicion “0”. Intro-
duzca la lengueta de cierre de la campana y compruebe el
desliziamento en su asiento.
Coluque la campana en su asiento haciendo presion lateral-
mente con los dedos hasta que quede bien detenida. Luego
fijarla a la abrazadera que regula la molienda por medio de
los tornillos suministrados con el aparato, haciendo coinci-
dir el agujero de la campana con el de la abrazadera.
Si su molinillo dispone de interruptor AUTOMATICO, contro-
le que la palanquita se encuentre en la posicion indicata.
A este punto el molinillo esta listo para el funcionamiento.
Vierta café en granos en la campana. Arba la lengueta.
Introduzca el enchufe en la toma o active el interruptor en
la posicion “I”.
Por motivos de seguridad, se prohibe al usuario quitar los
tornillo presente en el molinillo de café. Estas operaciones
están permitidas sólo a técnicos cualificados y después de
haber desconectado el aparato de la red de alimentación
eléctrica.
Se aconseja controlar el grano del café molido;los molinil-
los estan ajustados para un grano medio-fino. Si este no
fuese de su agrado, proceda en el modo siguiente:
MOLINILLO M80:
1) Apriete hacia abajo el pestillo de parada de la virola.
2) Girar la abrazadera en sentido horario para obtener un
café molido más grueso, y en sentido antihorario para obte-
ner un molido más fino.
Para que no se quite la abrazadera y no quede libre el
acceso al grupo triturador, posicionar el tornillo antidestor-
nillamiento en uno de los agujeros que permita la mayor
regulación.
MULINILLO M1:
Gire la virola hacia la IZQUIERDA para obtener una grano
mas fino o hacia la DERECHA para obtener un grano mas
grueso, en base a las exigencias.
REGULACIÓN DE LA CANTIDAD DE CAFÉ EN POLVO
EROGADO:
Para ajustar la cantidad, actùe en la tuerca de ajuste ha-
cia la IZQUERDA, la cantidad aumenta, hacia la derecha,
disminuye. El dosificador puerde erogar de 4 a 9 gramos.
Para determinar la cantidad deseada, tome del dosificador
10 dosis (= 10 golpes) y pese el café obtenido, de este
modo se determina el peso de cada dosis.
M80 - M1 VERSIÓN ELECTRÓNICA:
Funcionamiento y programación
1. Funcionamiento: antes de inserir el enchufe en la red elé-
ctrica, verificar que el interruptor esté posicionado en “O”.
Insertar la lengüeta de cierre de la campana y verificar que
se desplace en su alojamiento.
Posicionar la campana en su alojamiento presionando late-
ralmente con los dedos hasta que quede bién firme, luego
fijar la abrazadera que regula la molienda por medio de los
tornillos suministrados con el aparato, haciendo coincidir el

agujero de la campana con el de la abrazadera.
Después de versar el café en granos en la campana, el
molinillo dosificador está pronto para funcionar.
Abrir la lengüeta e introducir el enchufe en la red eléctrica,
luego posicionar el interruptor en “I”. se encenderá el di-
splay y visualizará el símbolo “8888” intermitente por 3s;
durante este período se puede entrar en la modalidad de
programación (véase punto2).
En pausa viene visualizado el número de dosis anterior-
mente erogadas (de 0 a 9999). Después de haber posicio-
nado el porta filtro en el correspondiente soporte, se puede
erogar el café molido de la siguiente manera:
– dosis para uno: presionando el pulsador que indica una
taza
– dosis doble: presionando el pulsador que indica dos tazas
– dosis manual: presionando contemporáneamente el pul-
sador una taza + pulsador dos tazas
durante la erogación del café molido, el display visualizará
“run” para avisar que el aparato está funcionando.
2. Programación dosis molidas: la duración de erogación
del café molido está definida por t1+t3 (dosis para uno) y
por t2+t4 (dosis doble). Los tiempos t1,t2,t3,t4 se pueden
programar de la siguiente manera:
a) regulación del tiempo t1: presionando el pulsante “+”
viene visualizado en el display “t1xx” donde xx va de 00 a
99 centésimos de segundo. Presionando los pulsantes “+”
y “-“ se aumenta o disminuye respectivamente el valor xx.
Después de 2s el valor configurado viene memorizado y se
sale de la modalidad programación.
b) Regulación del tiempo t2: presionando el pulsan “-”vie-
ne visualizado en el display “t2xx” donde xx va de 00 a
99 centésimos de segundo. Presionando los pulsantes “+”
y “-“ se aumenta o disminuye respectivamente el valor xx.
Después de 2s el valor configurado viene memorizado y se
sale de la modalidad programación.
c) Regulación del tiempo t3: apagar o encender la máquina,
por 3s titilará la esctita “8888”.Presionando el pulsador “una
taza” y contemporáneamente “-“ viene visualizato en el di-
splay “t3xx” donde xx va de 01 a 99 segundo. Presionando
los pulsantes “+” y “-“ se aumenta o disminuye respectiva-
mente el valor xx. Después de 2s el valor configurado viene
memorizado y se sale de la modalidad programación.
d) Apagar o encender la máquina, por 3s titilará la esctita
“8888”. Presionando el pulsador “dos tazas” y contemporá-
neamente “-“ viene visualizato en el display “t4xx” donde
xx va de 02 a 99 segundo. Presionando los pulsantes “+”
y “-“ se aumenta o disminuye respectivamente el valor xx.
Después de 2s el valor configurado viene memorizado y se
sale de la modalidad programación.
e) Puesta en cero del contador de dosis: apagar y encender
de nuevo la máquina, por 3s titilará la esctita “8888”. Presio-
nando el pulsador “+” y contemporáneamente “-“ se pone
en cero el contador de dosis erogadas.
f) Autorización para la programación: apagar y encender
de nuevo la máquina, por 3s titilará la esctita “8888”. Pre-
sionando contemporáneamente los pulsadores una taza
+ dos tazas se visualizará “on” si la regulación dosis está
bloqueada, “off” si está autorizada. Presionando “+” o “-”,
cambia de estado. Después de 5s vuelve al funcionamiento
normal.

SISTEMAS DE SEGURIDAD PARA EVITAR EL ACCESO
A LAS PARTES GIRATORIAS (VÁLIDO PARA TODOS
LOS MODELOS Y VERSIONES)
El aparato está provisto de varios sistemas de protección
( descriptos más arriba) para evitar el acceso a las partes
giratorias como: los tornillos de seguridad presentes en la
campana y en la abrazadera, el cono de protección fijado
dentro de la campana y la protección de metal colocada
adelante de la salida del café molido. Todos estos dispositi-
vos han sido previstos para tutelar la incolumidad de quien
utiliza el aparato. Por este motivo, insistimos en el hecho
de no quitar o modificar nunca tales dispositivos, en caso
de problemas de mal funcionamiento, contacte un técnico
cualificado.

MANUTENCION Y LIMPIEZA
DE TODOS LOS APARATOS
El mantenimiento y la limpieza deben efectuarse sólo de-
spués de haber desenchufado la clavija y de haber espera-
do a que la maquina se enfrie.
Para la limpieza de los aparatos use trapos humedos bien
escurridos y productos especificos para el acero inox, alu-
minio, barnizados en las cajas.
Los componentes que están en contacto con los alimen-
tos pueden, en cambio, lavarse por separado,a mano, con
agua y detergente para vajillas. No lavarlos en el lavajillas.
La campana vacia puede lavarse por separado con agua y
detergente apropriado.
Antes de extraer la campana, recuerde cerrar la lengueta y
enceder el molinillo, de este modo se vaciarà el deposito de
los granos residuos.
De vez en cuando, controle que dentro del dosificador no
se formen depòsitos, ental caso eliminelos,RECORDANDO
DESCONECTAR EL APARATO DE LA RED :
En los modelos econòmicos, recuerde apagar el molinillo
depues de haber molido cierta cantidad de cafè a fin de
evitar desbordamientos por la tapa der dosificador.

GENERAL WARNINGS
Read thoroughly and stick closely to the instructions and
warnings.
Always remove the plug from the socket before carrying out

TREE PHASE models are provided with a cable which must
be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician or a
skilled installation technician.
Any tempering with the machine or connections not com-
plying with the above indications invalidate the manufactu-
rer’s guaranty.
PARTICULAR WARNINGS
Never tamper with the machines anyway. For all interven-
tions or tampering on the machines, always apply to the
authorized centre service. Never pull the power cable to
remove the plug from the socket. Only use the appliance
for the purposes it is meant for. Position the appliance a
minimum of 5cm from walls so as to allow good aeration.
Keep the appliance away from sinks and incompetent peo-
ple. Never switch on a machine that seems to be faulty. Use
only original accessories and parts. To avoid the danger of
fire, never cover the appliances. Unplug the appliance from
the mains when it is not in use. Let the appliance to cool
down before moving it. In the interest of safety, the applian-
ces must always be considered as live. The motor is equip-
ped of a thermal sensor that switch off the feeding when
high temperatures are reached. If this happen unplug the
machines from the mains and let it cool down, then contact
technical staff. Do not repair by yourself.
If the coffee grinder is to remain inactive for a long period,
clean it carefully, dry the top container and leave it open.

upstream from the machine, ensure that the switch on the
machine is on position “0”.
Insert the shutter that closes the container and check that
it slides in its seat.
Fit the container in its seat, pressing at the side with your
fingers until it is firmly in place. Then fix it to the ring nut of
milling regulation with the appropriate screw supplied with
the apparatus, match the hole on the beans container with
the one on the ring nut.
If your coffee grinder ha san automatic switch, check that
the lever is in the position indicated. The coffee grinder is
now ready for work.
Pour the coffee beans into the top container. Open the shut-
ter. Insert the plug in the socket or turn on the main switch
upstream from the machine, then turn the machine switch
to position “I”. For security issues, the customer not have to
remove any type of screw on the coffee grinder. This ope-
ration is only concurred by qualified technicians and after
detached the apparatus from the feeding net.
Check the grain size of the ground coffee; each grinder is
set for medium-fine grain. If you’re not satisfied with this re-
sult you must proceed as follows:

2) Turn the ring nut to the LEFT for finer grain or to the
RIGHT for coarser grain.
To avoid the removal of the metal ring with the consequent
possibility to have free access to the milling group, place
the screw in one of the two holes allowing the widest re-
gulation.
COFFEE GRINDER DOSER M1:
Turn the ring nut to the LEFT for finer grain or to the RIGHT
for coarser grain.
ADJUSTING THE QUANTITY DELIVERED:
To adjust the quantity, turn the adjusting nut. Turn to the
LEFT to increase the quantity, to the RIGHT to decrease it.
The dosing device can deliver from 4gr to 9gr.
To set the amount you want, take 10 doses (ten pulls of the
lever) from the doser and weight the coffee that comes out,
in this way you can calculate the weight of each dose.
M80 - M1 “ON DEMAND”VERSION
Operation

At rest it comes visualized the number of doses previously
distributed (from 0 to 9999). Put the door filter in the ap-
propriate staple and then is possible to proceed with the
distribution of the milled coffee in this way:
- single dose: push the button with a cup

- manual dose: push at the same time the button with a cup
+ the button with two cups
during the distribution of the milled coffee, the display visu-
alize “run” to inform that the apparatus is in function.
2. programming milled dose: the distribution duration of the
milled coffee is defined from t1+t3 (single dose) and t2+t4
(double dose). Times T1, t2, T3, t4 can be programmed in
this way:
a) regulation of time T1: press key “+” and visualize on the
display “t1xx” where xx is from 00 to 99 cent of second.

visualized “on” if the regulation dose is blocked, “off” if quali-
fied. Press now “+” or “-” to change state. After 5s it is re-
turned to the normal operation.
SECURITY SYSTEM TO AVOID THE ACCESS TO THE
MOVING PARTS (VALID FOR ALL THE MODELS AND
VERSIONS)
There are many protection systems (already described) to
avoid the access to the rotary parts as the safe screw on
the beans container and the metal ring, the fixed cone of
protection inside of the beans container and the protection
in metal placed in front of the milled coffee exit. All these
devices are conceived in order to protect who use the ap-
paratus. For this reason, we underline that you don’t have
absolutely remove or modify them and, for any problem of
malfunctioning, you have to contact technical staff which
will know how to help you.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
OF ALL THE APPLIANCES
Any maintenance or clearing must be performed only after
the machine is unplugged and has cooled down. To avoid
dragging or scratch on the body, never use cloth, sponge or
detersive with abrasive action. To clean the appliance use
a well-wrung damp cloth and specific products for stainless
steel, aluminium, paint, chrome.
Components that come into contact with food can be clea-
ned separately by hand with water and washing-up liquid.
Do not put them in the dish washer.
The empty container may be washed separately with water
and suitable detergent.
Before removing the container, remember to close the shut-
ter and switch on the coffee grinder; this will remove any
beans left in the grinding area.
From time to time check the inside of the doser to make
sure there are no deposits and if you have to remove any,
REMEMBER TO DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM
THE MAINS. On ECONOMY models, remember to switch
off the grinder after you have ground a certain amount of
coffee, to prevent the ground coffee from overflowing from
the cover of the doser.

Ensuite la fixer à l’aneau de réglage du moulinage par l’in-
termédiaire de la vis apprapriée fournie avec l’appareil ,fai-
sant coincider le trau présent sur la cloche avec celui sur
l’anneau.Si votre moulin-doseur est équipé d’un interrupteur
AUTOMATIQUE,contrôler que le levier se trouve dans la ju-
ste position vers l’auverture de sortie de la poudre de cafè.A
ce point le moulin-doseur est prêt pour le fonetionnement.
Verser du café en grains dans la cloche. Ouvrir la languette.
Insérir la fiche dans la prise et activer l’interrupteur general
positionné à mont, portant l’interrupteur sur la position “I “.
Pour question de sécurité,à l’usage il n’est pas consenti de
retirer aucun type de vis presente sur le moulin à café. Cette
apération est consentie seulement des technitiens qualifiés
et aprés avoir débrancher l’appareil du réseau d’alimenta-
tion.
Il est conseillé de contrâler le grain du café moulu;chaque
Moulin est réglé sur un grain “moyrn-fin”. Si cela ne vaus plait
pas, suivez ce gui suit :
MOULIN-DOSEUR M 80:
1) Appuyer le levier d’arrêt de l’anneau vers le bas.
2) Tourner l’anneau en sens horaire pour obtenir un grain
moulu plus gras ,en sens anti-haraire pour obtenir un grain
moulu plus fin.
Pour éviter le déplacement de l’anneau pour avoir libre accés
au groupe de moulage, positionner la vis anti-dévissement
dans un des deux troux permettant le plus grand réglage.
MOULIN-DOSEUR M1:
En agissant sur l’axe approprié, tourner l’anneau en sens
horaire pour obtenir un grain plus gros. Tourner l’anneau en
sens anti-horaire pour obtenir un grain plus fin.
RÉGLAGE DE LA QUANTITÉ DE CAFÉ EN POUDRE
FOURNIE.
Pour régler la quantité de café moulu fourni au porte filtre, il
faut agir sur le dé approprié. En tournant vers la gauche,la
quantité augmente,vers la draite, diminue.
Le doseur peut fournir de 4 gr. à 9 gr. Pour déterminer la
quantité désidérée, prélever du doseur n°10 doses (dix bat-
tues) rt peser le café obtenu. Comme ça nous savans le poid
de chaque dose.

Fonctionnement et programmation.
1. Fonctionnement : avant d’insérir la fiche au réseau électri-
que, vérifier que l’interrupteur soit positionner sur “0”. Insérir
la languette de fermeture de la cloche et vérifier le glisse-
ment dans son siége.
Positionner la cloche dans son siége en faisant pression la-
téralement avec les daigts jusqu’à ce quelle sait arretée, à

fiche pour le branchement á la prise. Les modélesTRIPHASE
viennet fournis avec câble,l’installateur qualifié s’occupera de
les brancher. N’importe quel endammagement et branche-
ment non conformes annulent la garantie du constructeur.
INSTRUCTIONS PARTICULIÉRES
Ne pas endommager d’aucune façon les appareils.
Paur n’importe quelle intervention sur les machines s’ad-

Ne jamais couvrir les appareils pour éviter les dangers d’in-
cendie.
Débrancher la prise si l’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé pen-
dant longtemps.
Laisser reffraidir l’appareil avant de le déplacer.
Pour motifs de sécurité, les appareils se considérent toujours
avec prise branchée done et tension.
Le moteur est dote d’un senseur thermique qui intervient dé-
branchant l’alimentation au moment aù viendraient rejointes
des températures élevées.Si cela devrait arrivé, laisser ref-
fraidir le moteur dèbranchant du réseau électrique l’appareil
et s’adresser immédiatement au personnel qualifiè.
Ne pas improviser reparations d’aucun type.
Au casa ù le Moulin-doseur devrait resté inactivf pour une
période prolongée, le nettoyer avec cure, laver et essuyer la
cloche et la laisser auverte.

A tel point, aprés avair versé le café en grains dans la clo-
che appropriée, le moulin doseur est prêt pour le fonction-
nement. Ouvrir la languette et insérer la prise au réseau
électrique,ensuite positionner l’interrupteur sur “I “. A tel
point, s’allumera le display montrant le symbole “8888” cli-
gnatant pour 3s; i pendant ce temps il est possible entrer
dans la modalité de pragrammation.A repos, il vient visualisé
le numéro de doses (voir point 2) précédentes fournies (de
0 à 9999).
Aprés avoir positionner le porte filre dans la fourche appro-
priée, il est possible de procéder avec la distribution du café
moulu de telle façon:
• Dose unique : en appuyant le bouton qui indique une tas-
se.
• Dose double : en appuyant le bouton qui indique deux tas-
se.
• Dose manuelle : en appuyant ensemble la touche une tasse
+ la touche deux tasse.
Durant la distribution du café moulu, le display visualisera
“RUN” pour avertir que l’appareil est en fonction.
2. Programmation dose moulue : la durée de la distribre-tion
du café moulu est définie par t1 +t3 (dose unique) et par
t2 +t4 ( dose double). Les temps t1 ,t2, t3, t4, peuvent être
programmés de telle façon:
a) Réglage du temps t1: et appuyant la touche “+” apparira
sur le display “t1 xx” aù xx va de 00 à 99 centiémes de se-
conde. En agissant sur “+” et “-“ la valeur xx augmentera au
diminuera . Aprés 2s. la valeur établie viendra mémorisée et
nous sortirons du mode de programmation.
b) Réglage du temps t2: en appuyant la touche “- “ apparira
sur le display “t2 xx “ aù xx va de 00 à 99 centiémes de se-
conde . en agissant sur “+ “ et “- “ la valeur xx augmentea au
diminuera. Aprés 2 s. la valeur établie viendra mémorisée et
nous sortirons du mode de programmation.
c) Réglage du temps t3: éteindre et rallumer la machine ,
pendant 3s. l’inscription “8888 “ clignatera. En appuyant en
méme temps sur la tauche “ une tasse “et “ – “ sur le display
apparira “ t3 xx “ aù xx va de 01 à 99 seconde. En agissant
sur “ + “ et “ – “ la valeur xx augmentera au diminuera. Aprés
2s. la valeur établie viendra mémorisée et nous sortirons du
mode de programmation.
d) Réglage du temps t4 : éteindre et rallumer la machine,
pendant 3s. l’inseription “8888 “ clignatera. En appuyant en
même temps sur la touche “deux tasses “ et “ +“ sur le display
apparira “ t4 xx “ aù xx va de 02 à 99 seconde. En agissant
sur “ + “ et “ – “ la valeur xx augmentera au diminuera. Aprés
2s. la valeur établie viendra mémorisée et nous sortirans du
mode de programmation.
e) Remise à zéro du compteur de doses : éteindre et rallumer
la machine, pendant 3s. l’inseriptéon “8888 “ clignatera. En
appuyant en méme temps la touche “ + “ et “ – “ le compteur
de doses distribriées se remettera à zéro.
f) Habilitation à la programmation: éteindre et rallumer la
machine, pendant 3s. l’inseription “ 8888 “ clignatera. En ap-
puyant en même temps la touche une tasse + deux tasses
apparira “on “ si le réglage doses est blaqué, “ off “ si habilité.
Aprés 5s. En appuyant “+“ et “-“ état changeant. Nous re-
tournons à un fonctionnement normal.
SYSTÉME DE SÉCURITÉ CONTRE L’ACCÉS AUX PAR-
TIES EN ROTATION (VALABLE POUR TOUS LES MODÉ-
LES ET VERSIONS)
Plusieurs systémes de protection sont présents (déjà décrits
plus haut) pour éviter l’accés aux parties en rotation comme
les vis de sécurité présentes sur la cloche et sur l’anneau,
le cône de protection fixé à l’intérieur de la cloche et la pra-
tection en métal positionnée devant la sortie du café moulu.
Tous ces dispositifs ont été construits pour défendre la sé-
curité de qui utilise l’appareil. Pour u motif, naus insistons
sur le fait qu’ils ne daivent jamais être enlevés et que, pour
n’importe quel prabléme de malfonctionnement, vaus vous
adobressiez au personnel technique hautement qualifié le-
quel saura vaus supporté dans le meilleur des modes.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Avant de mettere la fiche dans la prise au d’actives l’interrup-
teur général à mont, vérifier que l’interrupteur de l’appareil
soit mis sur “ 0 “. Insérir la languette de fermeture de la cloche
et vérifier le glissement dans son siége.
Positionner la cloche dans son siége en faisant pression
latéralement avec les doigts jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien fer-
mée.
Si votre moulin doseur est équipé d’interrupteur AUTOMATI-
QUE, contrôler que le levier se trouve dans la juste position
vers la bauche de sortie de la poudre de café.
A ce point le moulin doseur est prét pour le fonctionnement.
Verser du café en grains lacloche. Ouvrir la languette.
Insérir la fiche dans la prise et activer l’interrupteur général
mis à mont, en le mettant sur la position “ I “ .
Il est conseillé de contrôler la grasseur du cofé moulu,chaque
moulin est réglé sur un grain “ moyen-fin “.
Si cela ne vous plait pas, suivez ce qui siut : tourner l’anneau
en sens horaire pour obtenir un grain moulu plus fin.
Tourner l’anneau en sens anti haraire pour oblenir un grain
moulu plus gros.
Note : le moulin doseur est doté d’un cône de sécurité anti
intrusion fixé sur la tête porte cloche.
RÉGLAGE DE LA QUANTITÉ DE CAFÉ EN POUDRE
FOURNIE

quantité AUGMENTE, vers la DROITE, DIMINUE.
Le doseur peut fournir de 4 gr. à 9 gr. Pour obtenir la quantité
désirée, prélever du doseur n° 10 DOSES (dix battues) et pe-
ser le café obtenu. Cela détermine la poids de chaque dose.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
POUR TOUS LES APPAREILS
N’importe quelle opération d’entretion ou de nettoyage doit
être effectuée seulement aprés avoir débranché la fiche et
avair attendu que l’appareil soit refraidi. Ne pas utiliser tis-
sus, éponges au détergents abrasifs. Sur les carrasseries
pour éviter de les griffé au rayé. Pour le nettoyage utiliser
des tissus humides,bien tordus et des produits spécifiques
pour l’nox, alluminium, peintures et chrôme des carrosseries.

Les parties destinées au contoct avec les aliments peuvent
être lavées séparément à la main, avec eau et détergent
pour vaisselle. Ne pas laver au lave-vaisselle. Lacloche vide
peut être lavée séparément avec eau et détergent approprié.
Avant d’enlever la cloche, rappelez vous d’enlever la languet-
te et allumer le moulin à café, comme ça le porte meules
se videra des grains restant. De temps et temps contrôler
qu’à l’intérieur du doseur il n’y ait pas de dépâts, s’il devrail y
en avoir, retirez-les, RAPPELEZ-VOUS DE DÉBRANCHER
L’APPAREIL DU RÉSEAU.
Pour les modéles mon automatiques, rappelez-vous d’étein-
dre le moulin doseur aprés avoir moulu une certaine quantité
de café. Ceci pour éviter des débordements par le couvercle
du doseur.

Versichen Sie sich nach dem Anschluss des Gerats, ob die
Drehrichtung auch mit der am Great angegebenen Pfeil-
rihtung uberstimmt.
SPEZIAL ANWEISUNGEN
Die Geraten auf Keinen Fall nicht aufdrechen.
Für jede Veränderung oder Eingreifen auf der geraten nur
am autorisiert Dienstzentrum sich wenden. Beim Heraus-
ziehen des Steckers nie am Anschlußkabel ziehen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für die Funktionen für die
es vorgesehen ist jede andere Verwendung ist falsch und
daher gefährlich.
Halten Sie beim Aufstellen der Geräte einen Mindestab-
stand von 5 cm. Von den Wanden ein, um eine optimale
