IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warnings or Cautions
To avoid hearing damage, keep the volume ata moderate
level. Avoid listening to music at high volume for long
periods of time, which may cause permanent damage to
hearing or loss of hearing. Please do not use Mates Pro
T10 while driving, cycling, crossing roads etc., where your
concentration is required.
Note: Audio and video may be slightly out of sync when
watching video using headphones.
After charging, please pull the charging cable out of the
body to avoid the product being charged for a long time.
The output voltage and current of the charger is 5V/1A or
V/1.5A is preferred. If the output voltage and current of
the charger exceed the specified, it will cause serious
damage to the product, and the product warranty will be
invalid at the same time.
To avoid accidental ingestion, keep the earbuds away
from children and pets. The earbuds contain a lithium-ion
battery, and may be hazardous if swallowed. If ingested,
seek immediate medical attention. When not in use, store
the earbuds in the charging case with the lid closed and
keep out of reach of small children and pets.
Use caution and follow applicable laws regarding mobile
phone and headphone use if using the earbuds for phone
calls while driving. Some jurisdictions impose specific
limitations, such as single earpiece configuration, on the
use of such products while driving. DON’T use the
earbuds for any other purpose while driving.
Do NOT use the earbuds with noise canceling mode at
any time the inability to hear surrounding sounds may
present a danger to yourself or others, e.g., while riding a
bicycle or walking in or near traffic, a construction site or
railroad, etc., and follow applicable laws regarding
headphone use.
– Turn the earbuds off, or use the earbuds with noise
canceling off and adjust your volume, to ensure you can
hear surrounding sounds, including alarms and warning
signals.
– Be aware of how sounds that you rely on as reminders
or warnings may vary in character when using the
earbuds, even with Auto Transparency mode.
DON’T attempt to remove the rechargeable lithium-ion
battery from this product. Contact us or other qualified
professional for removal.
Please dispose of used batteries properly, following local
regulations. Do not incinerate.

Holding the earbud, gently squeeze the eartip and peel it
away from the earbud.
Choose a new eartip size.
Align the eartip with the earbud nozzle and press
eartip onto the nozzle until you feel it snap
securely into place and hear it click.
CAUTION: To prevent tearing, do NOT pull on the
edge of the eartip.

First Time Setup
a. Turn ON
In shutdown state, press and hold the touch multi-
function button for 2 seconds to turn on.
Open the earphone charging box, the earbuds will
automatically turn on.

b. Turn Off
Put the earphone into the charging box for charging,
close the lid of the charging box, and the earbuds will
automatically shut down after 3 second.
In the disconnected state, press and hold the touch
area for 6 seconds to power off.
c. Bluetooth Pairing
Take out the left or right earphones separately from the
charging box, the earphones will automatically turn on
and enter the TWS pairing mode.
Search for pairing name Mates Pro T10 on your device
Bluetooth settings and select it.
The Earbuds has a TWS pairing record.
After the left and right earphones are turned on, the
earphones will automatically reconnect.
(The Earphones has a mobile phone pairing record),
turn on the Earphone, the headset will automatically
reconnect to the recently used mobile phone, if the
reconnection fails, it will enter the pairing mode after
10 second.
If the pairing state fails to connect to the mobile
phone, it will automatically shut down after 3 minutes
Pairing Timeout: If the pairing state fails to connect to
the mobile phone, it will automatically shut down after
3 minutes.
d. Charging Earbuds
Place the earbuds in Bluetooth earbuds case and close
the Lid. Upon closing the lid, the case indicator light will
flash, the charging case starts charging and the earbuds
get disconnected from the connected device.
e. Charging Case and charging levels
Plug the charging cable into the charger port to charge
the charging box and earbuds. When charging, the
indicator light of the charging box flashes, and the green
light is always on when it is full.
When charging the charging box, the battery indicator
light shows the current battery level indicator flashes
(green light 70%-100%, white light 30%-70%, orange
light 0-30%), and the green light stays on when fully
charged.
Low Battery indication: When the voltage is low, a
low battery prompt will be reported (once every 100
seconds), and the green light will flash slowly.

The battery for earbuds last up to 5 to 6 hours for Music
Play or Talking time on Single Charge, 34 hours with
multiple charge with case and the Standby time is 80
hours.

and water splashproof.

Mates Pro T10 comes with state of art In Ear Detection
Technology, In-ear detection tells your Earbuds when
they're in your ear or when you take them out. If your
Earbuds detect that you've taken them out, your current
audio selection will automatically pause. When you put
them back in, the audio will automatically resume.
(Light Sensing) When playing music, remove the single-
sided earbud to automatically pause the music, and
automatically play after wearing it again. It takes five
clicks to turn on or off the in-ear detection, and it is turned
on by default.
10. Independent Driver (Dual Connect)
Mates Pro T10 have independent Driver, this allows you
to use earbuds with single or double ear use.
You can share your music or phone call with your loved
ones.

C. Emparejamiento Bluetooth
