Q: What kind of battery can be charged by these solar panels?
A: Check the battery charging requirements set out by the battery manufacturer, and compare them
to the output specs of the charge controller attached to the solar panels. It is important to choose
a regulator, charge controller or DC-DC charging device that is compatible with you battery type.
Q: How to clean the solar panels?
A: When dust and dirt covering at the surface of solar modules can be cleaned with a soft brush,
then use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar panels, to remove the remaining dust and
dirt. It is recommended any animal droppings, adhesives or other contaminants be removed as
soon as possible from the surface of solar modules, so as not to aect performance.
Q: Are the solar panels waterproof?
A: No, but they are water resistant to a degree. Ensure water does not get into electrical connections.
Do not submerge any part of the panels in water. The panels do not generate electricity in the
rain, so bring them inside.
