Left :Undersetupmode, it works as Leftbutton.

Press PLAYtoplayrecordedvideo.
16. STOP/ DOWN
STOP: Under DMRRecord/Playmode, it canstoptheaction.
DOWN: Undersetupmode, itworksasDownbutton.
17. PAUSE / UP
Pause: Under DMRplay mode, itcanpausetheaction.
UP:Under setupmode, it works as Upbutton.
18. FF / Right
FF:Itcan play videoforwardathighspeed,andpress FF againtoadjustspeedfrom1,2,4,8,16,32times.
Right: Under setupmode,it canworkas Rightbutton.

Connect theACPower CordwithPower Adapterandplugintoan electricaloutlet. TheRedLEDindicator lightwill be
ON andtheDMRisinStandbymode.

PressthePowerbutton.ThePOWERLEDwill turnfromred toorange,andother redLEDindicatorswill turnON. It
takes approximately5to15secondstobootthesystemwiththemessage: “HDD Detecting ”. Onconnecting, the
POWERLEDwill changetogreen color,andtheAlarmLEDwill beON.

3. Beforeoperating theDMR, pleasesetupthesystemtimefirst. (for setting systemtime,pleaserefer topage.12).
NOTE : When HDD notfound”messageshowsup,pleaserefertoappendix#1.It mayresult fromthe
improperinstallationoftheHDD.

TheDMRoffersavarietyofrecording modes, such ascontinuousrecording,scheduledtime,orbyevents.Youcanset up
recordingspeed and resolution. You cansettheseoptionsbyselectingMENU /RECORD beforerecording,pleasereferto
page.13.Undertherecordingstatus,ifpowerisoffaccidentally,recordedvideowill still bestoredintheHDDs.DMRwill
returntooriginal recordingsituationafterpowerisonagain.
Onthescreen,youwill findthedate,time, HDD recordingtype,theamountofavailableGBleft intheHDDsmemoryand
theletter “M”representsthemethodofrecordingthat isoccurring.

NOTE : 1. WhentheHDDsarefull underO/WRecordingmode,previousrecorded
filesmaybeoverwrittenwithout furtherwarning notices.
2.XXGB ontheleftsidemeanstheleft spaceintheMasterHDD andthatattherightsidemeans
theleft spaceintheSlaveHDD.
3.If theHDD’scapacityisonly5GB left, it will buzzfor3seconds;soasin4GB, 3GB,2GB and
1GB. IftheO/WRecording mode(NOTE 1)ison,it won’thavethewarningbuzzer.
Thereare4recordingmodes inwhichRecordingcanoccur :Alarm, Timer, ManualandMotionTrigger.

DMRistriggeredby analarminput.Indicatedby theletter “A”andwill showdiagramonthetriggeredchannel.
2. TIMERRECORDING
Recordingisscheduledby aTimer. Indicatedbytheletter “T”.
3. MANUALRECORDING
Recordingisinitiatedbymanuallypressingthe RECbutton.Indicatedby theletter “M”.
4. MOTION TRIGGERRECORDING
Recordingistriggeredbymotiondetection. Indicatedbytheletter “D”. Andshowdiagramonthetriggeredchannel.
