UNPACKING
The shipment should be thoroughly inspected as
soon as it is received. The signed “bill of lad-
ing” is acknowledgement by the carrier of receipt
in good condition or shipment covered by our
invoice. For your own protection, if any of the
goods called for on the bill of lading are shorted
or damaged, do not accept them until the carrier
makes a notation on the freight bill of the shorted
or damaged goods.
Notify MAXXHAUL immediately if any hidden
loss or damage is discovered after receipt.

2. Personal and Work Area Safety
A. Always wear ANSI approved
safety goggles.
B. Always wear hearing protec-
tection when working in
noisy environments. Prolonged exposure
to high intensity noise can cause hearing
loss.
C. Use safety equipment. Safe-
ty shoes, hard hat and work
gloves must be used for applicable condi-
tions.

D. Dress appropriately. Never wear loose
tting clothing or jewelry when working.
Contain long hair, and keep hair, clothing
and gloves away from moving parts.
E. Use common sense when working.
Stay alert and concentrate when setting up
and using the Motorcycle Wheel Chock.
Never work while under the inuence of
alcohol, drugs or medications.

F. While setting up and using the Motor-
cycle Wheel Chock keep work area clean
and well lighted. Keep spectators and
children out of the work area.
3. Use of the Motorcycle Wheel Chock
A. This Wheel Chock is designed to t most
motorcycles. There are some extra wide
tires and specially designed front fenders
which will not t in the Wheel Chock. Do not
exceed the Wheel Chock’s tire size capacity
and do not modify the design of the Wheel
Chock.
B. Before each use, check the Wheel Chock
for loose hardware, cracks, damaged parts
and any other condition that may aect the
safe use of this product. Do not use the
Wheel Chock if it is damaged.
C. Be aware of the danger of “dynamic
loading”. This situation arises when a
load is dropped onto or against the Wheel
Chock, resulting in a short term excessive
load. Dynamic loading can result in damage
and failure of the Wheel Chock and personal
injury to the person loading the motorcycle
onto the Wheel Chock.
D. The Motorcycle Wheel Chock must be
mounted onto a level, at surface before
use. Never use the Wheel Chock unless it is
properly mounted to a solid surface capable
of supporting the total weight of the motor-
cycle and the Wheel Chock.
E. Never ride a motorcycle into the Wheel
Chock. The rider should dismount from the
motorcycle and slowly roll it into the Wheel
Chock.
F. Adhere to all Department of Transpor-
tation (D.O.T.) requirements when using
this product.
G. Before transporting a motorcycle in a
truck bed, secure the motorcycle with ropes,
and/or tie-downs (not included). The vehi-
cle’s engine must be OFF and parking brake
set before loading or unloading the motor-
cycle into or out of the Wheel Chock. Do not
exceed 55 MPH while transporting a motor-
cycle in a truck bed.
H. Product labels contain important informa-
tion. Maintain labels, and if labels need to
be replaced, contact Maxx Group LLC.
Keep in mind that the warnings previous-
ly discussed cannot cover all possible
events and circumstances. It is important
that the person setting up and using
this Motorcycle Wheel Chock use com-
mon sense at all times.
Maxx Group LLC is not responsible for
the attachment or the installation of this
product. The attachment of this product
is critical and beyond the control of Maxx
Group LLC. It neither guarantees, nor will
it be liable for any damage resulting from
its attachment or improper use.

Assembling the Motorcycle Wheel
Chock
Always wear ANSI approved
safety goggles.
1. Refer to the Assembly Diagram at end of
this manual.
2. Connect V-Bracket (A1) to the two Main
Frames (A2) using two Screws (A5) and
Lock Nuts (A6). Tighten the Screws and
Nuts till no gap between tubes.
3. Place the Base (A3) on a at surface, put
the Main Frames (A2) onto the Base, align
the holes and secure the parts with four
Bolts (A10), Spring Washers (A11) and Flat
Washers (A12).
4. Place the Poviting Cradle (A4) between
the two Main Frames (A2), align the holes
and secure the parts with two Bolts (A7),
Nylon Washers (A8) and Lock Nuts (A9).
Note: Each Nylon Washer need to be be-
tween the bracket of Cradle and the Main
Frame. Do not overtighten the bolts to
make sure the Cradle can be swung up or
down smoothly.
Mounting the Motorcycle
Wheel Chock
1. This Wheel Chock must be mounted to
a solid, level surface. It is designed to be
mounted on a concrete oor, or in the bed
of a truck, or on a motorcycle lift.
2. When mounting to a truck bed or on a
motorcycle lift:
A. Find the desired location and
place the Base (A4) in the proper position.
Use the 4 holes in the Base as a template
to mark where drilled holes need to be.
Carefully inspect be-
low and around the truck bed or lift to make
sure that there are no hidden wires, gas
tanks or other obstacles in the drilling path.
B. Using a steel cutting drill bit, drill
the proper size holes for Bolts M10 (A13).
C. Attach the Base (4) to the surface
by rst inserting 4 Bolts (A13) through the
top of the Base; put Nylon Sleeve (A14)
on each bolt from the underside of Base.
D. Secure all Bolts by adding Flat
Washer (A12), Spring Washer (A11) and Hex
Nut (A9), all from underneath the truck bed
or lift surface.
3. When mounting to a concrete oor:

the Wheel Chock; consider size of the
motorcycle and how much room is needed
to maneuver the motorcycle in and out of the
Wheel Chock. The concrete surface must
be level, solid and capable of supporting
heavy equipment.
B. Concrete anchors (not included)
will be needed to secure the Base (A4) into
the concrete.
C. Find the desired location and
place the Base (A4) in the proper position.
Use the 4 holes in the Base as a template
to mark where drilled holes need to be.
D. Use concrete drill bit to drill the
appropriate sized holes.
E. Follow hardware manufacturer’s
instructions for properly securing concrete
anchors in the cement. Then mount the
Base (A4) to the concrete using the concrete
anchors.
Using the Motorcycle Wheel Chock
1. The Pivoting Cradle can be adjusted to
one of three positions depending on the size
of the motorcycle wheel.
Find the position that best locks the wheel
in place when the wheel is rolled in and the
cradle pivots up to it’s closed position.
2. The motorcycle is slowly rolled into the
Wheel Chock when the Pivoting Cradle (A4)
is in the open, horizontal position. As the
wheel rolls in, the Pivoting Cradle will pivot
upward and close,securing the motorcycle
in the Wheel Chock.
3. If the motorcycle is going to be stored in
the Wheel Chock for a length of time, it is
recommended that additional stability sup-
ports are used (straps or rope).
4. To release the motorcycle from the Wheel
Chock, slowly roll back the motorcycle away
from the Wheel Chock.
Maintaining the Wheel Chock
1. Frequently check the condition of the Mo-
torcycle Wheel Chock. Make sure all compo-
nents are in good condition. If the Wheel
Chock becomes damaged through accident,
or if any weld damage is noted, the product
should be replaced. Check to make sure
that all hardware is tightly secured in place.
Keep the Wheel Chock clean.
Limited Warranty
Maxx Group LLC warrants to the original
retail purchaser that the product is free of
defects in material and workmanship at the
time of shipment. This product is warranteed
for 90 days from the date of purchase. This
warranty is expressly in lieu of all other war-
ranties, express or implied. Proof of pur-
chase is required for warranty transactions;
a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt
is required.
