richiedere l’utilizzo di ricambi originali.
- Il mancato rispetto di quanto sopra può compromettere la sicurezza dell’apparecchiatura.
- Non lavare l’apparecchiatura con getti d’acqua diretti e ad alta pressione.
- Non ostruire le aperture o feritoie di aspirazione o di smaltimento del calore.
- Tutte le apparecchiature sono fornite di cavo, della lunghezza di m. 2, con caratteristiche come specificato in Tab. 3.

1.1 CONTENITORE CALDO SCALDAPATATE SERIE MINIMA
L’installazione deve essere eseguita da persone qualificate secondo la normativa in vigore.
AVVERTENZE:
Nel caso in cui l’apparecchiatura venga installata contro una parete quest’ultima deve resistere ai valori di temperatura di
100°C e deve essere incombustibile; in caso contrario è indispensabile l’applicazione di un isolante termico.
Prima di procedere all’installazione, togliere dal rivestimento la pellicola di protezione in plastica, eliminando gli eventuali
residui adesivi con prodotto adatto alla pulizia per l’acciaio inossidabile.
Installare l’apparecchio in posizione orizzontale, la corretta posizione si otterrà ruotando i piedini livellatori.
Le varie apparecchiature possono essere installate singolarmente o possono essere accoppiate ad altre apparecchiature della
stessa gamma MINIMA.
Questa apparecchiatura non è idonea per l’incasso.

2.3 COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO
L’allacciamento elettrico deve essere eseguito nel rispetto delle norme CEI, solo da personale autorizzato e competente.
In primo luogo esaminare i dati riportati nella tebella dati tecnici del presente libretto, nella targhetta e nello schema elettrico.
L’allacciamento previsto è del tipo fisso.
IMPORTANTE: A monte di ogni apparecchiatura è necessario prevedere un dispositivo di interruzione omnipolare della
rete, che abbia una distanza di contatti di almeno 3 mm., esempio:
- interruttore manuale di adatta portata, corredato di valvole fusibile
- interruttore automatico con relativi relè magnetotermici.
2.3.1 MESSAA TERRA
E' indispensabile collegare a terra l'apparecchiatura. A tale proposito è necessario collegare i morsetti, contraddistinti dai
simboli ( ) posti sulla morsettiera arrivo linea, ad una efficace terra, realizzata conformemente alle norme in vigore.
Il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile per eventuali danni causati dalla mancanza di messa a terra
dell’impianto.

2.3.2 EQUIPOTENZIALE
L'apparecchiatura deve essere inclusa in un sistema equipotenziale la cui efficienza deve essere verificata secondo le norme
in vigore. La vite contrassegnata con la targhetta «Equipotenziale» si trova sul retro.
2.3.3 CAVOD’ALIMENTAZIONE
L’apparecchiatura viene consegnata predisposta per la seguente tensione : 1N AC 220...240 V 50/60 Hz.
Il cavo flessibile per l’allacciamento alla linea elettrica deve essere di caratteristiche non inferiori al tipo con isolamento in
gomma H07RN-F. Il cavo deve essere introdotto attraverso il ferma cavo e fissato bene. Inoltre la tensione di alimentazione,
ad apparecchio funzionante, non deve discostarsi dal valore della tensione nominale ± 10%.
L’apparecchiatura è fornita di cavo con caratteristiche come specificato in Tab.3 ; per accedere alla morsettiera o per sostituirlo,
occorre:
- smontare il pannello frontale
- collegare il cavo d’alimentazione alla morsettiera secondo le necessità, seguendo le indicazioni riportate sull’apposita
etichetta collocata vicino alla morsettiera e nel presente libretto.

3.1 USO DEL CONTENITORE CALDO SCALDAPATATE
Per accendere lo scaldapatate ruotare la manopola (Fig. 1)
dalla posizione “0” alla posizione “1”: automaticamente
si accenderà la spia luminosa verde che segnala il suo
funzionamento. Per lo spegnimento è sufficiente riportare
la manopola sulla posizione “0”.
PARTI INACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE
- Le parti in acciaio inox devono essere pulite con acqua tiepida saponata, quindi risciacquate e poi asciugate con un panno
morbido.
- La lucentezza viene mantenuta mediante ripassatura periodica, con POLISH liquido, (un prodotto facilmente reperibile).
- Evitare nel modo più assoluto di pulire l’acciaio inox con paglietta, spazzola o raschietti di acciaio comune, in quanto
possono depositare particelle ferrose che ossidandosi provocano punti di ruggine. Può essere eventualmente adoperata
lana di acciaio inossidabile passata nel senso della satinatura.
- Qualora l’apparecchiatura non venga utilizzata per lunghi periodi, passare energicamente su tutte le superfici in acciaio un
panno appena imbevuto di olio di vaselina, in modo da stendere un velo protettivo. Arieggiare periodicamente i locali.

1.1 MINIMA SERIES POTATO HEATER HOT CONTAINER
Installation must be performed by qualified persons in accordance with current regulations.
WARNINGS:
If the unit is installed against a wall, the wall needs to withstand temperatures of 100°C and must be fireproof; if not, it is
essential to install thermal insulation.
Before proceeding with the installation, remove the protective plastic film and eliminate any adhesive residues by means of
a suitable product for cleaning stainless steel.
Install the unit horizontally, correct positioning is obtained by turning the levelling feet.
The various units may be installed separately or combined with other units in the MINIMA range.
- This unit is not suitable for encasing.

2.3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
The electrical connection must be made in compliance with CEI standards, only by authorized and skilled personnel.
Firstly, check the data given in the technical data table of this manual, on the data plate and in the wiring diagram. The
envisaged connection is of the fixed type.
IMPORTANT: A multi-polar mains cut-off device must be provided upstream from each unit, with a contact gap of at least 3
mm., for example:
- a manual switch of suitable capacity, equipped with fuses
- circuit breaker with relevant miniature circuit breakers.
2.3.1 EARTHING
It is vital to earth the unit. Connect the terminals marked by the symbols ( ) positioned on the line-in terminal block to
an efficient grounding complying with the regulations in force.
The manufacturer cannot be considered responsible for any damage caused by failure to earth the system.
CAUTION: NEVER CUT THE GROUNDING CABLE (yellow-green)
2.3.2 EQUIPOTENTIAL SYSTEM
The unit must be included in an equipotential system whose efficiency must be checked according to the standards in force.
The screw marked with the ”Equipotential” label is on the back.
2.3.3 POWER CABLE
The unit is delivered fitted for the following power: 1N AC 220...240 V 50/60 Hz.
The specifications of the power supply connection flexible cable must match or be superior to those of the cable with rubber
insulation H07RN-F. Introduce the cable through the cable clamp and secure it firmly. During operation, the power supply
voltage should not differ from the voltage rating by +/-10%.
The unit is supplied with a cable with the specifications given in Tab. 3 (page 7); to access the terminal block or replace it, it
is necessary to:
- remove the front panel
- connect the supply cable to the terminal block according to need, following the instructions given on the label located near
the terminal block and in this handbook.

3.1 USINGTHE POTATO HEATER HOT CONTAINER
To switch on the potato heater, turn the knob (Fig. 1) from
“0” onto “1”: the green indicator light will automatically
come on
to show it is working. To switch it off, just turn the knob
back onto “0”.
STAINLESS STEEL PARTS
- Clean the stainless steel parts with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
- You can keep it shining brightly by periodically wiping it over with liquid POLISH (an easily available product).
- You must never clean the stainless steel with steel wool, wire brushes or common steel scrapers since they can deposit
ferrous particles that on oxidizing cause points of rust. It is possible to use stainless steel wool applied in the direction of the
satin finish.
- If the unit is not to be used for a long time, give all the steel surfaces a good wipe over with a cloth lightly soaked in Vaseline
oil in order to apply a protective film. Periodically ventilate the premises.

1.1 CHAUFFE-POMMES DE TERRE SERIE MINIMA
L’installation doit être effectuée par un personnel qualifié dans le respect de la législation en vigueur.
MISE EN GARDE :
Si l’appareil est installé contre une cloison, le matériau de cette dernière doit pouvoir résister à des températures de 100°C et
être incombustible, si ce n’est pas le cas, il est absolument obligatoire d’appliquer un isolant thermique.
Avant d’installer l’appareil, enlevez la pellicule en plastique qui le recouvre et éliminez les résidus éventuels avec un
nettoyant adapté à l’acier inoxydable.
Installez l’appareil horizontalement et réglez sa planéité en agissant sur les pieds.
Les appareils peuvent être installées seuls ou avec d’autres appareils de la gamme MINIMA. Cet appareil n’a pas été conçu
pour l’encastrement.
2.1 PLAQUETTE D’IDENTIFICATION DU CHAUFFE POMMES DE TERRE SERIE MINIMA

2.2 LEGISLATION A RESPECTER
L’installation doit se conformer à la législation suivante :
- Lois sur la prévention des accidents du travail et des risques d’incendie.
- Réglementation de la compagnie de distribution d’énergie électrique.
- Les normes d’hygiène en vigueur.
- Les normes sur les installations électriques.

2.3 BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE
Le branchement électrique doit s’effectuer dans le respect des normes CEI par des professionnels agréés et compétents.
Il faudra examiner d’abord les données reportées dans le tableau des données techniques de ce manuel, sur la plaquette
d’identification et sur le schéma électrique. Le branchement prévu est de type fixe.
IMPORTANT : Il faudra prévoir, en amont de chaque appareil, un dispositif d’interruption omnipolaire du réseau qui ait une
distance entre les contacts soit de 3 mm au moins, par exemple :
- interrupteur manuel d’un débit adapté, avec fusibles,
- interrupteur automatique avec relais magnétothermiques correspondants.
2.3.1 MISE A LA TERRE
L’appareil doit obligatoirement être relié à la terre. A ce propos, il faudra relier les bornes reportant le symbole ( ) placés
sur le bornier d’arrivée de la ligne, à une prise de terre, réalisée conformément aux normes en vigueur.
Le Fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de dégâts causés à des personnes ou à des biens provoqués par l’absence
de mise à la terre de l’appareil.
ATTENTION ! N’INTERROMPEZ JAMAIS LE CABLE DE TERRE (Jaune -Vert).
2.3.2 EQUIPOTENTIEL
L'appareil doit être inclu dans un système équipotentiel dont l’efficacité doit être vérifiée selon la législation en vigueur.
La vis signalée avec la plaquette «Equipotentiel» se trouve au dos de l’appareil.
2.3.3 CORDON D’ALIMENTATION
L’appareil est prévu pour fonctionner à une des tensions suivantes : 1N AC 220...240 V 50/60 Hz.
Les caractéristiques du flexible de branchement à la ligne électrique doivent au moins être égales à celle du flexible avec
isolation H07RN-F. Le flexible doit être introduit à travers la bague d’arrêt et fixé correctement. La tension de l’appareil en
marche ne doit pas dépasser la tension nominale de ± 10%.
Le cordon de l’appareil correspond aux indications du Tableau 3.
Pour accéder au bornier ou pour le remplacer, il faut:
- démonter démonter le panneau de façade,
- brancher le cordon d’alimentation au bornier en fonction des besoins en suivant les indications reportées sur l’étiquette
placée à côté du bornier et reproduite dans ce manuel.

3.1 UTILISATION DU CHAUFFE-POMMES DE TERRE

voyant vert s’allume automatiquement pour signaler son
fonctionnement. Pour l’éteindre, il suffit de ramener la
manette sur “0”.
PIECES ENACIER INOXYDABLE
- Nettoyez tous les jours les composants en acier inoxydable avec de l’eau tiède et savonneuse. Rincez abondamment et
séchez soigneusement. Le brillant est maitenu en passant régulièrement un produit spécial sur les surfaces (produit qui
s’achète dans le commerce.
- N’utilisez jamais de paillettes abrasives, brosses ni de racleurs métalliques car ils laissent des particules ferreuses, qui en
s’oxydant, provoquent des points de rouille. Vous pouvez éventuellement utiliser des laines d’acier inoxydable que vous
passerez dans le sens du satinage.
- Avant toute période d’inactivité prolongée, passez énergiquement sur toutes les surfaces en acier un chiffon imbibé d’huile
de vaseline de façon à étaler une pellicule de protection. Aérez périodiquement la pièce.

- Dieses Handbuch enthält wichtige Anleitungen für eine sichere Installation, Verwendung und Wartung und muß

1.1 WARMHALTEGERÄT FÜR KARTOFFELN SERIE MINIMA
Die Installation muß in Übereinstimmung mit den geltendenVorschriften von qualifizierten Fachkräften durchgeführt
werden.
HINWEISE:
Wenn das Gerät gegen eine Wand installiert wird, so muß die Wand einer Temperatur von 100°C standhalten und feuerfest
sein; andernfalls ist unbedingt ein Dämmstoff anzubringen.
Vor der Installation ist der Plastikschutzfilm vom Gerät zu lösen und die eventuellen Klebereste mit einem für Edelstahl
geeigneten Putzmittel zu entfernen.
Das Gerät in einer horizontalen Stellung installieren und durch das Drehen der Nievellierungsfüße eben stellen.
Die verschiedenen Geräte können alleine installiert werden oder in der Kombination mit anderen Geräten der selben Serie
MINIMA. Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Einbau geeignet.

2.3 ELEKTRISCHERANSCHLUSS
Der Stromanschluß darf nur durch befugtes und sachverständiges Personal und in Übereinstimmung mit den IEC-Normen
durchgeführt werden. Vor Beginn der Anschlußarbeit müssen die in diesem Handbuch in der Tabelle der technischen Daten
und auf dem Typenschild und im Schaltplan enthaltenen Angaben durchgesehen werden.
Es muß ein fester Anschluß durchgeführt werden.
WICHTIG: Dem Gerät muß ein Stromnetzausschalter mit einem Kontaktabstand von wenigstens 3 mm vorgeschaltet
werden, z.B.:
- ein manueller Schalter mit angemessener Leistung und mit Schmelzsicherungen
- ein Selbstausschalter mit entsprechenden Thermomagnetrelais.
2.3.1 ERDANSCHLUSS
Das Gerät muß unbedingt geerdet werden.
Hierzu müssen die mit dem Symbol ( ) gekennzeichneten Klemmen des Leitungseingangs auf dem Klemmenbrett an
einen leistungsfähigen Erdanschluß angeschlossen werden, der den geltenden Normen entsprechen muß.
Der Hersteller kann für eventuelle Schäden, die auf das Fehlen der Anlagenerdung zurückzuführen sind, nicht
verantwortlich gemacht werden.
ACHTUNG: DER ERDLEITER (gelb-grün) DARF NIE UNTERBROCHEN WERDEN.
2.3.2 POTENTIALAUSGLEICH
Das Gerät muß zu einem Potentialausgleichsystem gehören, dessen Leistungsfähigkeit nach den geltenden Normen überprüft
werden muß. Die mit dem “Potentialausgleich”-Schild gekennzeichnete Schraube befindet sich auf der Rückseite.
2.3.3 SPEISEKABEL
Das Gerät wird für die folgende Spannung aufnahmebereit geliefert : 1N AC 220...240 V 50/60 Hz.
Das biegsame Kabel für den Stromnetzanschluß darf keine geringeren Eigenschaften als die des mit Gummi isolierten Typs
H07RN-F besitzen. Das Kabel muß durch die Kabelklemme eingefügt und gut befestigt werden. Außerdem darf die
Anschlußspannung bei in Betrieb stehendem Gerät nicht mehr als ±10% vom Nennspannungswert abweichen.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Kabel mit den in der Tab. 3 (Seite 7) genannten Eigenschaften ausgestattet.
Um Zugriff zum Klemmenbrett zu bekommen oder um das Kabel auszuwechseln sind folgende Schritte auszuführen:
- montieren Sie die vordere Vertäfelung ab;
- schließen Sie das Speisekabel je nach Bedarf am Klemmenbrett an und befolgen Sie dabei die Anleitungen auf dem
entsprechendem Klebeschild neben dem Klemmenbrett und im vorliegenden Handbuch.
