Height Restriction Machine
Wheels have been
removed for transport and
wrapping ring has been
placed on top of the
machine
THE DISPENSER RING HAS TO
BE REMOVED FROM THE TOP
FIRST BEFORE THE DOORS
CAN BE OPENED
Timber blocks are placed
underneath the Chassis as
shown
Wheels are stacked in the
back of machine.

Drawbar will be folded up
as shown and the
dispenser ring is fixed
onto the top of the
machine.
THE RING HAS TO BE
REMOVED FROM THE TOP
FIRST BEFORE THE DOORS
CAN BE OPENED
Ring is attached to the
fusion in 3 locations.
Use a four-legged Chain to
lift the ring.

Attach straps to the ring
as shown
Place on the ground as
shown.
Remove the Temporary
Brackets From both sides.
[These brackets are not
required for Re-Assembly
and can be scrapped]

Remove temporary straps
from rear of machine
Use a two-legged Chain
with the aid of a crane or
hoist to remove the
wheels from the back of
the Fusion
Attach as shown to wheel

Lift out carefully past the
Tie-bar.
Remove 2
nd
wheel
Use a similar frame as the
one shown with the aid of
a crane or hoist to lift the
machine to fit the Wheels
[NOTE W.L.L.]

Lift on the front as shown
Attach Chain to the front
lifting eyes as shown.
LIFTING POINTS ARE
LABELLED ON THE MACHINE
Lift on the back as shown.

Attach Chain to the Rear
lifting eyes as shown.
LIFTING POINTS ARE
LABELLED ON THE MACHINE
Lift machine carefully as
shown
Fit wheels as shown.
Ensure Arrow is pointing
forwards.

Always tighten the top nut
first to fully seat the hub
face against the brake
drum.
See the adjacent diagram
for the tightening
Sequence, and tighten in
order from 1 to 8.
Fit the Conical Washers as
shown
Torque Wheels to 220N/M

Use similar stands as the
ones shown for placing
under the front of fusion.
THE WEIGHT HAS TO BE
TAKEN OF THE FRONT OF
THE FUSION TO ALLOW THE
DRAWBAR STAND TO BE
LOOSENED
Drawbar Stand has to be
loosened to fold down the
drawbar
Lift machine using crane
and place stands
underneath to take weight
of the machine.
Place under the LHS of the
Machine as shown

Place under the RHS of the
Machine as shown
Place a strap around the
drawbar and remove
temporary Strap as shown
Remove Nuts, bolts and
Bush’s on both sides

A ¾” Airgun and 2No
46mm Sockets are
required to open the
M30x150mm Drawbar bolts
M30x150mm Drawbar Bolt
Open the Bolts on both
sides as shown

With the Aid of a crane or
Hoist drop down the
drawbar as shown
Insert the drawbar bolts as
shown on each side.
The bolts have to be too
tightened to the torque
values listed :
1. Height setting bolt
[900N M]
2. Safety bolt
[500 Nm]
3. Pivot bolt
[1700 N m]
Open bolt on the Hitch Eye
using a 36mm socket

ALWAYS TORQUE THE BOLTS

Fold down into the correct
position
Tighten the Hitch bolt to
[900 NM]
Ensure Teeth Mesh
together as shown.
Ensure the PTO holder is
free to move

Tighten spacer bolt using
a 24mm Socket
Cut Cable Ties On both
Doors
Only on a Height
Restriction Machines

Remove all Parts

PTO Shafts are Packed
away behind the platform
Baler end of shaft is
packed away in canvas
bag
Remove locking nut from
PTO

Open flap on Cover
Cover can be rotated so
that the locking bolt can
be fitted
Fit PTO as shown
Connect the Chain to
cover
Tighten locking Nut

Remove front marker
lights from the Netbox
Remove these Setscrews
and SKM washers from
both sides
Remove these setscrews
from both sides of the
platform and extension

Remove this setscrew
from the temporary
platform bracket on both
sides
Fold down the Platform arefully as shown
These sets rews may have to be opened
slightly to line up holes on the Platform
