INSTALLATION
1. Series Set Up
1.1 Unplug the line from
your telephone.(Don't touch
the other end on the wall.)
1.2 Insert the line into
“LINE” port of call blocker.
1.3 Insert the supplied short
cable into “TEL” port, placing
the other end into your telephone.

2. Parallel Set UP
If there is no ringtone or the ringtone is intermittent, try parallel set up.
1. Unplug the your phone line from the wall socket. Connect the splitter
to the wall socket.
2. Insert your phone line to your telephone.
3. Insert the supplied short cable to call blocker.

FUNCTIONS
Large Capacity
Block all nuisance calls. Creates a blacklist of unwanted calls.
Add or Remove Blocked Number
Manually enter or remove numbers to/from the Blocking list.
Block Area Code
Blocks the Area Code or the first few digits of a incoming calling number. (Hint:
Limited to 10 Groups)
Ring Setting
You can choose 1-Ring or 0-Ring for blocked calls.
This product requires Caller ID service from your network
provider.

DISPLAY
① : If the “NO CID” feature is engaged, display shows “BLOCK NO
CID”
②: If the phone number shown in the display is blocked, the display
shows “BLOCKED”
③ : Call LOG 003 is the sequential number assigned to the recorded
telephone number

OPERATIONS
1. Recorded Calls
While receiving new incoming calls, the telephone will record the
number automatically and display the number and also count the
numbers.
1.1 View all recorded numbers
Press “UP/DOWN” arrow to view numbers. The "CALL LOG"+ count will
shows on display, Call LOG 003 is the sequential number assigned to
the recorded incoming calls, for example "CALL LOG 003", which
means this call is the second number called.
1.1.1 Delete recorded numbers
Press “UP/DOWN” key to view all calls listed on the BLOCKER. Press
“DELETE” key twice quickly to remove listed number. To remove all
saved numbers, press “DELETE” key for 3 seconds until “DONE” shows
on display.
(Hint: Even though the recorded number was removed from the call list,
as long as this number has been blocked, it will still remain in the block
list.)
2. Block NO CID Calls
Press “NO CID/BACK” key, then press “UP/DOWN” to toggle “NO CID
ON or NO CID OFF”. Press “NO CID/BACK” key again to exit and save.
All unavailable, private, anonymous, name not provided, unknown
numbers and calls with no Caller ID will be rejected when NO CID ON is

turned on. ( Warning: you may stopped ALL calls from coming in after
turn on BLOCK NO CID.)

3. Create Blacklist (list of blocked callers)
3.1.1 From numbers already recorded by the call blocker. Press
“UP/DOWN” arrow to view recorded numbers one at a time. Press
BLOCK to save displayed phone number to blacklist. SAVE-SUCCEED
will show on display.
3.1.2 To add an incoming call to the blacklist, press the red BLOCK
button on the call-blocker and hang-up.
3.1.3 If answering an incoming call on a remote hand-set, press “*”
and hang up. “SAVE-SUCCEED” will show on the display.
3.1.4 To add a telephone number to the blacklist manually, using the
hand-set, press speakerphone, press asterisk key twice, enter number,
press # key to exit. (** + phone number + # ). “SAVE-SUCCEED” will
show on display.

Hint: The blocker cannot duplicate numbers to the blacklist, the screen will
show “Rep” when a number has been repeated.
4. Review and Delete Block Call Numbers
On the BLOCKER, press “BLOCK” button first, then press UP/DOWN
arrow to view blocked numbers. To remove a blocked number from the
blacklist, select the number and press DELETE twice. The “DONE”
should show on display indicating the removal of the number from the
blocked calls.
5. To Create and Review Area Code Blacklist
5.1.1 Using the hand-set, press speakerphone, press “*” key, then
press 8, press “*” again, enter a area code, and press “#” key to
save.(*8*+ Area Code + # ), you will hear "beep", which means the
setting is saved successfully and this area code will be blocked.
5.1.2 To create more area codes, press speakerphone, then input "
*8*+ Area Code + # "repeatedly. Use the "Delete" key to modify the
error.
5.1.3 To review the area codes in the blacklist, press the “BLOCK” key
on call blocker, there will be 2 minus sign " - - " after the area code, for
example " 524- -". Use UP/DOWN arrow to review the code.
Hint: You can blocked max. 10 groups of Area Code. You will hear 3
"Beep" if you have entered 10 groups of codes and the word "FULL" will
be shown on display.

WARNING - If a area code has been added to blacklist, ALL CALLS
from that area code will be blocked. If there have families or friends from
that area, do not use this features.
6. Adjust Display Brightness
The default lightness is LCD 3.
There are five levels of brightness. Press “DOWN” arrow for 3 seconds.
The display shows “LCD + brightness level”. Then press “UP/DOWN” to
choose brightness between 1 and 5. With 5 being the brightest. Press
“NO CID/BACK” key to exit.
Hint: The setting will exit automatically if no operation in 5 seconds.
7. Change the Ring Setting
7.1.1 The default setting is “0 ring”.
7.1.2 If you don't want the blocked call rings, you may have to process
1-ring operation. Press and hold "BACK" key for 3 seconds until " 0
RING" shows on display. Then use UP/DOWN arrow to choose " 1 RING
", Press “BACK” when done.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)
1. Q: how to unblock some accidentally blocked numbers?
A: Hit "BLOCK" button first, then hit UP or DOWN arrow to view the
blacklist. Numbers are stored in numerical order. Hit "DELETE" twice to
remove the listed number.
2. Q: how to use the handset to add an unwanted number to
blocker?
A: a: If answering an incoming call on a remote hand-set, press
“asterisk” (*) key once and hang up. “SAVE-SUCCEED” will show on
display.
b: To add a telephone number to the blacklist manually, using the
hand-set, press speakerphone, press asterisk key twice, enter number,
press # key to exit. (** + phone number + # ). “SAVE-SUCCEED” will
show in the display.
3. Q: Why does my blocker block cell phone calls without my
telling it to?
A: Please turn off BLOCK NO CID on call blocker. First press the NO
CID/BACK button, then press the DOWN button to toggle the NO CID on
to off. Press BACK when done.
B: After turn off BLOCK NO CID, remove accidentally blocked numbers
from blacklist. Press “BLOCK” key, then use UP/DOWN arrow to scroll
the blacklist, press “DELETE” key to remove the numbers from blacklist.

4. Q. We got a busy signal when calling the a number, no ringing
tone?
A: Try to switch to “1 ring” status. Press “NO CID/BACK” key for 3
seconds until “0 ring” shows on display, then use UP/DOWN arrow to
choose “1 ring”. Press “NO CID/BACK” to exit. After that, the phone
should have a dial tone. If not, try to connect the blocker to your
extension in parallel set up.
Q: Can I go back to factory setting?
A: Using handset, press speakerphone, press asterisk (*) key on your
telephone, then enter "61806180", press "#" key to exit.
5. Q: My answering machine not work since I installed the blocker.
A: Firstly, please make sure the answering machine has been turned on.
Secondly, connect the call blocker and answering machine with the
parallel set up.
6. Q: The blocker disconnected me in the middle of a calls.
A: Try to connect the blocker to your phone with parallel set up.
9: Q: Can not receive voice message since I installed blocker.
A: If your landline is bundled with your TV/Internet service provider,
please call your landline company to set up a voicemail box via your
internet service account.
10:Q: Try to add a number to blacklist manually, double press star
key but got busy signal, any suggestions?
A: Please ignore the busy signal, just follow the instructions. Double

click on the star button, enter the phone number, followed by the pound
button to save.
